    A+++ Aaron was our salesperson and did a great job. We needed to replace our older jacuzzi and they helped us out and did everything like they said they would. I highly rec. The delivery crew was great and quick. The before-after pics are dramatic. Steve

    I thought about getting a cuzzi but I was skeptical. Walked into this place and immediately felt welcomed. I was greeted and set free to roam the lot with no pressure. Saw the one I liked and began asking questions. Tim was very precise and informative. Bought a cuzz and I will frequent for cuzz cessories. A lot of options: 2, 4, 8, 10 person cuzzes. You can bring the trunks and take a dip if you want to be sure.

    Thank you for an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly the electrical person come out and took a look at our existing electrical and made some changes the LyftYour Spa Guys came out and installed the spa very professional and they worked very efficiently. We are very excited with our new instillation.

    Five stars for Backyards in Style. I purchased a Tropic Seas Spa Tropic Pool by Artesian Spas and a Covana cover and it is installed and in use. Tim and Brian of Backyards in Style are very knowledgeable of their products and provide great insight. It was a tough time to wait for our products to get shipped as Covid prevented faster delivery but this in no way is the store's fault. Brian was our salesman and he made it easy to ask questions and get informative responses for us to make a decision. They we're flexible after we signed out contract to switch our swim spa from above ground to semi ground. In addition to the swim spa, we added a Covana cover later and they made it easy. Installation was smooth and there weren't any surprises. We are pleased with our product and pleased with the service and updates we got especially with the many uncertainties that were out of their control. I plan to go to Tim and Brian for their expertise and products to maintain my swimspa. Great job!

    We went to them to have a new spa cover made for our above ground. And they told us all they needed was a model number and a year. We provided all the info they asked for and even offered measurements and pictures. And Aaron told us it was not needed. Pick up our cover and is doesn't fit properly. Too long in one corner. New straps are located on a vent. Reaches out to them to explain something went wrong and they are telling us it's all our fault for not providing proper instructions. We offered everything even to bring the old cover in to clone. And we're told by Aaron. That they didn't need that. We are 7 minutes from the store and they refuse to even come look at it. We've sent pics and videos and even though I'm able to fit my hand between the cover and spa. They claim all is fine. Plain and simple the are the middle man here. They don't make them. It's like they just buy it off Amazon or some warehouse and cross their fingers it fits. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place. Get a company that's willing to come out and fully measure your hot tub at your home.

    We paid in full for a hot tub and were promised on the contract that they would remove the old hot…read moretub for $350. When they got there they moved the old hot tub onto the grass and placed the new hot tub but said it would be $1100 to remove it because it was too heavy. It is the same size tub as the one being delivered and the seller knew exactly which hot tub we had. They did not honor the contract agreement and I still have my old hot tub killing my grass. They refused to remove it for the agreed amount.

Blaine has been easy to work with and even identified issues with my pool as it was new construction. When I had my new pool constructed he repeated the exact instructions the pool company did without knowing it. That is usually a really good sign because neither had conflicting requests. He was able to get our system up and running and working fantastic. We are trusting him with quite an intense pool with a baja shelf, flagstone, black pebble, and flagstone caps. I am sure it is probably one of the hardest pools to keep clear and maintained and its always crystal clear. He is always pretty responsive with my texts and phone calls and really nice to deal with.

You're stating all of this to me as if you had communicated this, which you had not. Your tone is also clearly quite rude, as in "this is not on us", which again refers to issues that you had never apprised me of. You said that you have "addressed" the issue -- but nowhere below did you actually do so. All of this is verifiable. I don't even understand what expenses exactly you're referring to since you've never told me exactly what the issues are. Moreover, you initially said that there is a lack of power and now you're saying the heater not working is due to normal wear and tear - I'm not sure how these are connected, what the diagnosis is, or what your recommendation is exactly as to next steps. Although I was about to purchase a hot tub from a large, well known dealer in Corona, I decided to look at Custom Spas Direct, which has good online reviews and happens to be very close to our house. I'm glad I did. I was not familiar with the Vita spa brand that Custom Spas Direct sells. There's very little information available online. After doing some digging, I determined that Vita is a decent, mid-range spa with competitive pricing. Nothing fancy, but it's built with good components from companies like Balboa Water Group. Dealing with Custom Spas Direct has been fantastic. It's a small company and we interacted directly with Jim Galpin, the owner. Jim is a straightforward guy and he was very helpful in choosing a spa. Since I was unfamiliar with Vita, I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He quickly responded whenever I sent him a text with a question or request. After the purchase, he was super flexible with regard to delivery, setup timing, coordinating with the electrician's schedule, etc. The delivery and setup was quick and well done. The installer did a good job answering all of my questions. We've had the spa six months and have had a couple of minor issues. One was probably due to user error on my part and the other was not. In both cases, Jim responded to my texts immediately and quickly resolved my issue, even during a holiday week. I'm so glad I purchased from a local dealer that provides such fantastic service after the sale. I'm sure a larger dealer would not have given us the same treatment. Thanks Jim! Five stars!
