Terrible customer service.you shouldn't have to wait a half hour to drop product when there are no others waiting.

A very critical bus line when I head out to the Eastside…read more One time I requested to stop at the Montlake Freeway station. As the bus approached the bus stop, I was getting ready to get off. However, the male driver kept on driving. I was like so maybe bus 271 doesn't stop here? Then as the bus got on the ramp, the driver realized something and was like "Oh SH*T! SH*T!!!!! Do you need to get off?" I was like it's ok I can just get off at the next stop. He was like "Oh no...are you sure?" I was like yes positive. Recently metro went through big changes taking out ride free area and having people pay on entry. I got on the bus and sat near the front of the bus because I had to make a transfer pretty soon. I normally exit from the back door but as I requested the bus to stop, the driver only opened up the front door and nobody was getting on at the bus stop. So I decided to walk off from the front door. The female driver was so pissed off and she yelled at me "EXIT FROM THE BACK DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Would be a great route if it didn't have time issues. Buses are usually very clean and not that crowded, it's just seriously almost always late. Currently, it's the entire route isn't running for a few days of week and during certain times at night due to 520 construction, but there's no information about this online.

Uber in Seattle is... well, it's what you use because there aren't really any other options. Taxis?…read morePractically extinct. Hailing one here feels like waiting for a unicorn to trot down Pike Street. So, Uber it is. The service itself is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get a clean car, a driver who actually knows the city, and a smooth ride. Other times you're stuck on a scenic "Seattle detour" that's just code for "the GPS lost its mind in SoDo." Traffic is brutal no matter what, so don't expect miracles--whether you're in an Uber or your own car, you'll be staring at brake lights. Pricing swings with the mood of the city. Surge pricing during a Mariners game or when it rains (so, basically every other day)? Expect your wallet to feel lighter. But compared to the ghost town of taxis, Uber at least shows up when you need it, which is really the only reason it wins by default. Uber in Seattle isn't glamorous. It's not particularly cheap, and it's not always smooth. But it exists, it functions, and it gets you where you need to go--eventually. And in a city where taxis are a relic of the past, that's about as good as it gets.

I cannot believe the prices Uber is getting away with. It's insane in Seattle. A simple math…read moreequation: needed ride to SeaTac, distance 20 miles. If you car got just 20 mtg, then say it's $7.00 in gas. So my 25 minute, 20 mile ride was $87.00. Let's say the driver makes $25 per hour, which means they made $12.50 on my 25 minute ride. This means Uber made $67.50 which is $135 per hour. Get real! Stop gouging Seattle Uber! !!
