Terrible customer service.you shouldn't have to wait a half hour to drop product when there are no others waiting.

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable…read more I had a terrible experience trying to book transportation with this company. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

It is a long route as it runs from the U District to Issaquah via Medina and Bellevue. I do not take it regularly as the bus is slow due to its meandering route map and because I would have to make another bus connection. It is a good option though if you want to get to Downtown Bellevue from the U District as it is faster than taking the 2 Line. I just learned today that the 271's days are numbered as it will be deleted in a few weeks. Metro is splitting up part of the route with 2 new buses, the 220 and 270 which start on 8/29. Supposedly breaking up the route into parts is going to make bus operations more efficient and reliable which actually makes some sense. Another bus that I take runs late often in the afternoon because of this issue. Will miss the 271. But hopefully the upcoming changes will make commuting to the U District from the Eastside better and easier for regular commuters on this route.

As the bus approached the bus stop, I was getting ready to get off. However, the male driver kept on driving. I was like so maybe bus 271 doesn't stop here? Then as the bus got on the ramp, the driver realized something and was like "Oh SH*T! SH*T!!!!! Do you need to get off?" I was like it's ok I can just get off at the next stop. He was like "Oh no...are you sure?" I was like yes positive. Recently metro went through big changes taking out ride free area and having people pay on entry. I got on the bus and sat near the front of the bus because I had to make a transfer pretty soon. I normally exit from the back door but as I requested the bus to stop, the driver only opened up the front door and nobody was getting on at the bus stop. So I decided to walk off from the front door. The female driver was so pissed off and she yelled at me "EXIT FROM THE BACK DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Hailing one here feels like waiting for a unicorn to trot down Pike Street. So, Uber it is. The service itself is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get a clean car, a driver who actually knows the city, and a smooth ride. Other times you're stuck on a scenic "Seattle detour" that's just code for "the GPS lost its mind in SoDo." Traffic is brutal no matter what, so don't expect miracles--whether you're in an Uber or your own car, you'll be staring at brake lights. Pricing swings with the mood of the city. Surge pricing during a Mariners game or when it rains (so, basically every other day)? Expect your wallet to feel lighter. But compared to the ghost town of taxis, Uber at least shows up when you need it, which is really the only reason it wins by default. Uber in Seattle isn't glamorous. It's not particularly cheap, and it's not always smooth. But it exists, it functions, and it gets you where you need to go--eventually. And in a city where taxis are a relic of the past, that's about as good as it gets.
