My husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon. Coasters is right on the water and the ambience was wonderful. The service was excellent. The food came out quickly and was just OK. He had the boneless wings which were typical pub food and were good. I had the lobster nachos. The nachos are not your usual nachos, but rather are homemade potato chips. There was a little bit of chopped up lobster meat on it mixed in with some kind of sauce. I would not order that again. This is a nice place to hit up due to its location on the water. read more

We hope they get their act together because 3 out 4 of us weren't happy with our food. We also don't like the plastic utilities at all! The location is wonderful and we need a good restaurant at Crazy Horse! There's only one way to go but up! We hope they improve and make it. read more

The Restaurant has changed the whole experience, There are more than enough Servers and staff to meet everyone's needs . They now have seating as you walk in down stairs or upstairs which ever you prefer. Staff is very attentive and appetizers appear as quickly as your drinks. The food is delicious I had the Shrimp Taco first time ever and it was Delicious, My wife had the burnt tip tocos and thought they were delicious. They definitely have a following! Within 5 minutes of opening they were half full. Food came surprisingly fast. Loved the burnt end tacos. Will order 2 of the 3 appetizers we ordered again with the lobster being the best. One of the best views from a dinner place on the lake. read more

One of the coolest restaurants on the lake with the best view! The vibe is amazing. There are multiple bars to sit at which gives you different options and indoor and outdoor seating! The food is amazing I tried the crab puppies and the coastal vibes burger both were really good! Excited to go back and try everything else. read more

We were so excited to try this new restaurant, being locals here we are always excited to try something new. We arrived and there was one couple in front of us that took the last table for 2. No problem, the greeter said it would be a 15min wait. We told her great, we will be at the bar waiting. After 30min and watching her seat other 'couples' we went to check. I'm sure that was an oops, but we were then finally seated about 10min later. While at the bar we ordered a couple of drinks (double vodka tonic) which came to a little over $30... then we ordered ONE orange crush. The bartender didn't show a receipt but said "that will be $15" we gave him a $20 and he said "do you need change?" Ummm yes please. This was NOT a double. We then got seated, our waitress was lovely!! Friendly and helpful!!! We ordered crab puppies for an appetizer. She came back to the table apologizing that they were out, but then said they haven't had them since opening... she suggested the burnt ends, great we said we will try them. Then we ordered shrimp nachos for our dinner. Burnt ends came, they were soooooo salty, small portion for $16. Then the nachos came. They were served on a small salad plate, cold, EXTREMELY salty, and the 'homemade chips' were not tortilla chips they were potato chips. So it gave them a burnt taste as well. These were $16 too. THEN... we ordered an orange crush at the table. When we got the bill we were charged $13 for the drink, but remember we were charged $15 at the bar (without seeing a receipt).... Honestly, I wasn't going to write a review but being charged 2 different prices for the same drink and the feeling that was dishonest, I couldn't not write about our experience. Gotta do better!!!! An evening at Coasters was truly the worst dining experience I have ever had. We were told the wait for a table would be 15 minutes. One hour later, we were finally seated. Not once, but twice. The first table was a 6-top. We were told they needed our table for a group of six people that arrived after us, but they had an empty table for four around the corner. Twenty minutes later, we were served water and were told the wait staff would be there to take our order momentarily. Twenty minutes after that, they took our orders for two beers, two of the Flounder Fish Tacos, one of the burgers and one of the Burnt Tips Tacos. We waited another hour for our food to arrive. All of it was ice cold. ICE COLD!!! It was all colder than the air temperature outside. How is that even possible?!? I went over to the bar and demanded to speak to THE manager. The wait staff arrived promptly and said the "Big Man" (yes, they really called the manager by that name) was upstairs and wasn't available to talk to us. I announced I was not going to pay for any of our meals. They said fine, they understood and hoped we would visit another time. We got up, tipped our waitress $20.00 and left. We had to navigate our boat in the dark back to our dock, 30 minutes away. I have worked in food service before; I understand this is a new place and they may have some growing pains. But what got me the most upset was the lying about wait times - for our table, for our food which was inedible and possibly dangerous by how long it sat out before being served. They took away our option to make an informed choice about visiting on another night when things might have been less hectic. We only saw four separate people who were seating customers, waiting on and clearing tables. If I was employed there, I wouldn't go back for my shift on Saturday. Coasters is hosting an antique boat show on Saturday and Sunday. I wonder how people are going to be treated and what they will have to say about this restaurant. Seriously, don't bother ever going there. There are other choices around the lake. Coasters is just a time burglar. read more

5 of us went to Coasters today by boat. It was great! We had a variety of drinks and food and all was delicious! They lightened up the inside so it looks more coastal, the staff were all very friendly. I had a Pain Killer, lobster roll and lobster bisque, others had fish tacos, salad, chicken sandwich, corn chowder, beer, wine etc all was good. Will definately be back. read more
