The unit we were given (#214) had been poorly maintained with a refrigerator that would not cool on the lowest temperature setting, a bedroom mattress that would sink one foot as you sat on it and patio furniture that was coming apart. My 2-year-old boy got onto a patio chair and the cushion sank to the floor and the back gave out in pieces. We reported the problem to the front desk, but they charged us three days after the departure $156. When I called to resolve the problem with Matthew, the manager, he basically said he did not care what had happened and he was going to charge us anyways. In response, I said I will dispute the charges and will never have us or the group of 6 families we came with ever stay at this property again, he again ignored the plea to work with me. So, I am leaving this review for anyone who considers staying here and working with a management team who does not value their customer base. They should remove the name "Hospitality" from their name.

After another 10-15 minutes, I still never spoke with James, and only then did I finally receive the corrected salad to go. I spent $200.66 including tip, which is a lot to pay for this level of service. While the food itself was good, it was very overpriced for what you receive, and the lack of attentiveness and accountability from management ruined what should have been a special meal.
