Unfortunately, when I arrived, I experienced what felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The receptionist suddenly claimed the quoted price was only for their most basic, non-ceramic tint. I explained the situation, showed her the competitor quotes I had passed up, and explained that my schedule is very tight. She was completely dismissive, refused to honor or price-match the original quote, and didn't even offer an apology for the 'miscommunication.' Because I was already there and couldn't easily reschedule my day, I ended up paying double the original quote to get the ceramic tint. My advice to anyone coming here: get your quote in writing and make sure it explicitly states the exact type of tint (e.g., nano-ceramic). You can easily find top-tier ceramic tint elsewhere for the price they charge for their mid-tier film. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the two brothers working in the garage. They were super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on the installation. It's a shame the front-office sales tactics don't match the quality of the work in the back.

The windshield on my car is notoriously challenging to tint because of the size and layout, but they did it perfectly! They really go above and beyond. When I told them that I would not be able to pick up my car during normal business hours because of my schedule, they went out of their way to be available on a weekend, so I could get my car back ASAP. The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.
