DO NOT USE! Unreliable and inconsiderate. I made an appointment with him about 10 days prior. Leading up to the install day, I received no fewer than 3 texts reminding and confirming the appointment. Then, 2 hours before, I got a text simply saying that the appointment was cancelled. No reason and no offer to reschedule. I tried calling and texting him several times after that, with zero response. Unprofessional and unacceptable. BE FOREWARNED. read more

Jeremy came over to see my project which was replacing tint in several house windows that were over 20 years old. When I showed him the paperwork, he realized that these windows might be under warranty and pointed me in the right direction. He also realized that I have Vista tint and he wanted the tint to match correctly so he referred me to two other companies that use Vista. Such an honest guy! He was trying to save me money!! Waste of time!!!! Had my scheduled appointment last Friday and the night before they called to say they would not make the following day appointment after I took the entire day off from work! Rescheduled for today and the service provider was not friendly and had attitude. He started to enter the house and I said that my interior designer who referred you made it very clear to wear booties. He said they're in the car and looked at me. I said well can you go ahead and put them on??? It seemed like I was asking him to do an unbearable task! The last straw was I have a new puppy and right when he got here the dog was licking him to get to know him. He made a complaint asking "is this dog going be licking me during the entire time?" After that, I fired him. 1. Not showing up on a scheduled appointment. 2. Giving attitude because I want booties on my new remodeled home, even after my interior designer three times made it very clear that we wanted booties on. 3. Not dog friendly. A few of my neighbors today asked how the window tint person worked out. I let them know as well as my designer who will not be giving any business to him. read more

When I stopped in one day, and talked to Taryn, she showed me that she was extremely knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. She took the time to explain their process, the products they use, and what would be the best fit for my needs. I am extremely impressed with everything that they do. I set up an appointment and had them tint my vehicle. Their installer, Lalo is absolutely phenomenal, and an expert at what he does. Tinting is an art, and he definitely knows what he's doing. I'm so happy with the work that was done that I'm bringing in my wife's 2023 BMW X7 to have them get her car done as well. I definitely recommend them. They use only the best products the market has to offer. My first appointment the technician was not there and when I got a hold of him, he said that he thought my appointment was an hour later, even though I got confirmation, and that he was at lunch. When he came back, they didn't have the Tint that I wanted and said they would have to order it so I rescheduled the appointment. The day before the appointment they called me back and told me the Tint was still not available so I had to reschedule again. I rescheduled for a Saturday morning and the technician did not show up, did not respond to my text messages and I left two messages with the company and they never got back to me. Today I received a text message asking for me to leave a review if I loved the experience. I did not love the experience because there was no service whatsoever. I've decided to go with another company, and I would suggest that you do too. read more

I went to the tint shop because it's convenient and only about 2 1/2 3 miles from my house and at the car wash at the corner which is a union 76 station and I seen them for years and I finally needed to get a tint so I went in and had them do my wife's BMW 228i and my two windows on my BMW X3. well so far so good. It looks fantastic on both cars and I'm very happy and would recommend them if you want to get your windows tinted and you're in this area. read more

I have hired SC Window Tinting twice. The first was to place uva uvb film on some windows that were fading a beloved couch. Taryn came by to measure. She was very pleasant and professional. Full Price, No Service Recently I attempted to tint my vehicle at South Coast Window Tinting and had a BAD experience. I was hoping the expensive cost was going to be worth the experience and it was not. The job was only ¼ done when I received a phone call that they had run out of tint. I got a ride back to pick up my unfinished car and was given an arbitrary dollar amount for the 2 windows that were done. After wasting my time for 4 hours I unwisely rescheduled for the following week. Twenty minutes prior to my rescheduled appointment, I received a text saying they would not be open for that appointment and then a follow-up text saying they hoped to receive the tint later that day to finish my job. With this poor customer service and random charge for unfinished work I feel SCAMMED. I highly recommend 3M tinting products and I highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere. read more
