We waited for about 20 minutes and then she came and told us that since we weren't "established patients" we would have to pay out of pocket. We said ok. She told us she needed to talk to the doc again. We waited again and then she came back and told us to try CVS or RiteAid.

I came in over the summer actually because I had had a persistent sore throat and wanted to make sure it wasn't strep. My appointment was with Dr. McKell, a new practitioner who has been added to the office. She is absolutely amazing, I might add. She's got a wonderful bedside manner, is incredibly friendly, and will actually listen to you and make you feel like your input is valued. Nowadays, that's rare in a doctor. I've been in once more since then and had the same great experience. Dr. McKell is patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't recommend her highly enough. Their new office is located a little ways down Main St (across from Cetrella). The little parking lot off to the side usually has plenty of spaces. The staff is polite and professional, and the waiting room is clean & bright. Reminds me of the down-home doctor offices of my youth.

Which is okay, But what worst is staff at FootCare Specialist, Inc . I spoke to Sylvia. She didn't even try to understand the issue and spoke very bad and hung up phone by saying i can't help you. She didn't listen when i told her that i would put bad reviews. Her response was do whatever. Dr. Kaplan should advise his staff to be nice with the patients and should understand that patient will be upset if he gets collection notice even after making a payment. Please fix the issue. Patient will not return if they faces such behavior from staff. Hope you will review and train your staff.

He saw my toe nail and scheduled me for surgery two weeks later. Actually worked out great since I'm not leaving the house with "shelter in place." I was really nervous and anxious about getting my toe nail removed. Dr. Cohen assured me that I would not feel a thing and asked how easy it was for my teeth to get numb at the dentist. I responded with not easy, I always have to tell them "I can still feel it!" He made sure my toe was extra numb. And I didn't feel a thing! He checked on me continuously during the procedure, making sure I was okay. And had me come back every couple of days to assure that the healing process was going well. I felt taken care of and had nothing to worry about. Dr. Cohen and I really built a rapport and at appointments felt like I was hanging out with an Uncle or family member. I went to seemingly every kind of doctor, including Stanford Pain Clinic, but still the pain kept coming back and ruined my quality of life. Finally I found Dr. Perry and went to see him. He examined me and we talked for a long time. I was impressed by how much he cared and listened. Dr. Perry gave me some medication that immediately got the pain under control. In subsequent visits, he monitored my progress and suggested various ways to avoid aggravating my condition. After a while, I was able to go on a small dose of a maintenance medication, and live my life generally pain-free. I am so grateful to Dr. Perry for showing me a way out of the terrible pain I used to suffer from every day. From time to time Dr. Perry has seminars about pain control. These are really useful. Also he recommends other therapies that can be used to help heal old injuries and reduce the amount of medication required to get a good result.
