The work was completed as discussed, and the communication throughout the process was consistent. When I picked up the car, everything looked properly aligned and secure, and it drove smoothly. The results met my expectations in terms of quality. Considering the level of work and the overall experience, the pricing felt fair.

He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Thank you Bobby & Platinum Collision Repair Crew!

This was my first accident so I was new at all this insurance stuff and getting my car repaired. I…read morehave a family member who used Magnum twice and loved their work. I called and spoke to Kurt who was incredibly helpful. He told me to come in any time (no appointment needed) to take a look at my car. He came out and inspected everything and told me the process of how to get my car fixed. I'm pretty attached to my girl so kept bugging Kurt almost twice a week about updates and he was always quick to respond! It did take 3 weeks to get my car back but dealing with insurance is never easy nor a quick process. The second day Magnum had my truck they had already started working on it and provided my insurance company with an estimate and ordered a part. We were really just waiting from insurance to get everything together. The day came and my car was ready! I wasn't able to pick up during their business hours so I asked Kurt if he could leave my keys somewhere. Kurt hid my keys and even sent me a pic so I could find them easily. Hot damn! She was detailed to the 9's! Washed, waxed, vacuumed, interior cleaned, shes looked like a brand new car! Yes I'm a sap and started crying. It was great to finally have her back but she looked better coming out than she did in. We have 2 large dogs so they make a mess obviously but she was incredibly clean! The bumper and tow hitch look like I wasn't ever rear ended! They really did an amazing job. Even the paint is like 100% a match. Customer service, quality of work, ease of communication, top notch! I will always recommended Magnum and while I hope to not need them again, if I do I know I'll be reassured my car and I will be taken care of.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what turned into a nearly seven-month ordeal, I feel…read morecompelled to share my experience. I dropped off my 2016 McLaren 650S at Magnum Collision around November 12th for repairs after another driver, insured by State Farm, hit my vehicle. What I was never told before leaving my car was that Magnum Collision was involved in litigation with State Farm. As a result, State Farm was extremely difficult to work with throughout the repair process. While that may not have been entirely Magnum's fault, they accepted the job knowing this situation existed, and I was the one who ultimately paid the price with months of unnecessary delays. For nearly two months, I watched the repair estimate increase through multiple supplements--from approximately $21,000 then $30,000 to then $37,000, and eventually over $42,000. Eventually I had to involve my own insurance company just to get the claim moving. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told my car would be ready "very soon." In February, I was specifically told it would be no more than four additional weeks. Instead, I didn't get my car back until almost June. The problems didn't end there. My wheels had no damage when I dropped the car off, and I specifically told them they did not need to be repaired. Despite that, Magnum removed all of my wheels and sent them to a wheel repair shop anyway. They came back a completely different color than the factory finish and looked terrible. They were no longer the original color I had carefully maintained. The shop also removed my driver's door, which I do not believe was necessary for the repairs being performed. Afterward, the vehicle was sent to MotorCars of Atlanta for calibration. I was then informed that my driver's airbag had supposedly "gone bad" and needed to be replaced. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted a former McLaren technician from Sector 32 who has extensive experience with these vehicles. He discovered that the airbag wiring connector had simply been left disconnected. Once it was plugged back in, the system worked immediately with no replacement airbag needed. Finally, after paying approximately $1,500 out of pocket on top of a repair bill exceeding $42,000, I drove away expecting everything to be finished. Instead, my steering wheel began shaking violently at highway speeds. When I stopped to check the tires, I discovered they had been inflated to nearly 60 PSI--far above the proper pressure and, in my opinion, a serious safety concern. I also requested the alignment printout because Magnum told me an alignment had been performed. Adam told me he would send it the following day, but never did. After following up with owner Sal, I was told CJ would contact me. CJ eventually informed me they had recently replaced their alignment machine and had no alignment records to provide. That left me questioning whether the alignment had actually been completed, especially since the car was vibrating badly and still needed to be aligned correctly. After almost seven months, I received a car with wheels that no longer matched the original finish, an improperly connected airbag harness, tires inflated to nearly 60 PSI, and an alignment issue that still wasn't resolved. For a repair facility that specializes in high-end and exotic vehicles, I expected meticulous workmanship, honest communication, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The repeated delays, poor communication, unnecessary work, quality control issues, and unresolved problems made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend Magnum Collision based on my experience.

They had to fix the bumper. The headlights were in back order, so they gave my car back with second hand lights until they came in. The lights came in January 2026. A sensor on the front bumper was not properly installed. It fell out in March. I was told they ordered it. The manager relayed the message to the person on the phone. It is now June 2026 and I still have no sensor or updates! I called in twice before only to be told by the receptionist that it was ordered. This has been the worst experience and most unprofessional business I've dealt with.

In late June, I clipped a deer while in KY. Fortunately, the damage was relatively minor (busted blinker, dent in front fender, busted windshield). The first red flag should have been that they scheduled me to bring in the vehicle on July 5 when they were closed. I made a new appointment for July 8. At that time, the service agent told me it would take until July 31 (minimum) to have it repaired. I explained that wouldn't work for me since I had to pay for a rental (don't ask -- agent made an error). Initially, I wanted to leave with my vehicle and find someone else, but the service agent told me that it was unlikely I would find anyone who would do it sooner and they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Reluctantly, I left it. At first, I was encouraged when I received a text 2 days later that said they were working on it. Then I received a text saying it would be ready the following Wednesday. That was great since it was only a week. Except it wasn't. And it wasn't ready for 2 more weeks. Ultimately, it was there for 21+ days. Apparently, the body work was pretty minor and was done within 4 days. It took the rest of the time to replace the windshield. The first one they ordered (aftermarket) would not calibrate despite multiple tries. The second one wasn't in a box (?!?!). Finally, they got the third one in and I was finally able to pick it up. Btw, during the 3 weeks it took for the repairs, it became increasingly difficult to get updates. Twice I physically went to the repair shop after not receiving callbacks. At one point, I made up an excuse to get something out of my vehicle to make sure it was actually there. Additionally, although I reached out to the GM via email 3 times, I never received an acknowledgement. I'm positive I sent my emails to the correct address because I asked for his card at the shop and they did not bounce back. In case you thought that was it though, it was not. A week after I picked it up, the lane assist etc. stopped working. After doing a little research, I discovered it was most likely due to a problem with the windshield calibration. I called the service agent and made an appointment for a few days later. I was told that I had to be there at a certain time because they use a mobile glass guy (one of the reasons the original replacement took so long) or it would not be fixed. On the day of the appointment, I left work 4 hours early and arrived 15 minutes early. There was just one problem. The service agent didn't tell the mobile glass guy I was going to be there and he was also not there. Fortunately, they were able to get the glass guy to stop what he was doing and come to the shop. While I was getting that done, I pointed out that the molding over the fender that had been replaced had already started popping out. It was at this point, I also found out that it was an aftermarket replacement and sometimes they don't quite line up. I was assured that a replacement would be ordered. However, to this date, I have not been contacted. And, I am now having a problem with another piece of the molding (bottom of door) also coming loose. I will attempt to contact them once more. However, I am quite over it. I selected this place because I had read good reviews online and we all know that people usually only leave reviews when they are bad. To say that I'm disappointed in the service I received and quality of work performed would be an understatement at this point. The Jeep Renegade
