BEWARE: Dishonest and unprofessional. Both times I took my car there, it did not work the day after. Cobb Collision told me to get a diagnostic test and they would pay for repairs if they caused it- so I did. The diagnostic test confirmed they burned my starter, yet they are still refusing to correct it. Joel Treigger was verbally aggressive and admitted he had no idea what the issue was and had to use AI to understand. Joel said, "You act like the diagnostic test is God and everything the tech says is the Bible" and "You can't get it through your head that you are wrong." Shortly after Cobb Collision Center worked on my car, I had to take it back twice; once to fix a door handle which they installed improperly, and again because a roof molding came loose. That alone should be reason for concern about their workmanship, but after three years, the roof molding came off completely and they refuse to take any responsibility, even though if properly installed that should never have happened. I added one star only because during the original service, the advisor was helpful in cleaning discoloration from the car until further work was done. read more

Integrity is really lacking here. Shop charges insurance for parts they don't actually replace. Was told that I would receive a check for the difference so I could purchase the aftermarket accessory for my vehicle involved in a rear end collision. I called numerous times and was told the file was still on their desk and they would take care of it. That was in March 2024. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. read more

Came here for repairs after an accident. I wish I would've listened to people that told me to go to the Toyota in Marietta off 41. This location is closer to me, and I always do my oil changes/tire rotations/etc. with them , so I chose to go here since I liked them. The pictures attached are before my repair and after my repair when I picked my vehicle up. I'm just appalled honestly. They literally stole the silver change from my change box and left the pennies. I will never go here again to service my vehicle after what happened. I am still trying to figure out if there's anything else that was stolen from my vehicle. read more

Not sure they deserve preferred status w/State Farm anymore. Quality of work is great BUT communication is just absent. If you don't need to know when your vehicle will be ready (even a ball park), they are for you. If you want anyone to return call, get an idea when your car will be repaired, or basically provide any info, this is not for you (or me ever again). I would go farther to get some semblance of decent customer service. read more

Horrible customer service and communication. This company does not keep their commitments. My net promoter score is negative zero. They initially stated that the repaint of our Highlander would take six weeks. Now they call early to say it's done which is great but they call on a Wednesday afternoon expecting we should pick it up yesterday because Toyota corporate supposedly will only pay for the loaner for 17 days and they took longer than that to finish the job. I shared that I am going out of town for the weekend and asked the woman who called if we could keep the loaner until Monday with out an additional charge. She said let me ask and came back to the phone "yes, that is ok. No extra charge to pick up your vehicle Monday". 20 minutes later someone else called back saying the loaner was due back yesterday but they would "do us a favor and pay for today". We live 2 hours away and could have had this work done locally. Big mistake in hindsight giving our business to Cobb County Collision. We were going to have our service work done at Cobb Toyota but they lost a customer over this. We just hope the work isn't as lousy as the customer communication. Definitely would not recommend this shop for your vehicle repairs. read more

Cobb County Collision Center was extremely friendly and did a great job with my car. They not only put my muffler in (I was in an accident months ago, so I needed a new muffler), but they also cleaned my car! I'm an extremely messy person, and I'm not kidding when I said I was so messy, my car looked like a dumpster. Yikes! I'm so grateful Cobb County Collision Center cleaned my car. They put everything in a cardboard box. I can actually see the floor of my car now! I also think they cleaned the outside of my car too, because it looked cleaner on the outside than I remember. And they have complimentary shuttle service, so I was able to be dropped off at Panera, and get my work done while they worked on my car. Even though it took a very long time to get my muffler (which may have not been their fault), they did a great job working on it. Thank you Cobb County Collision Center! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my Toyota Sequoia repaired here last year and my car has never driven right since. It took them an additional 2 weeks and 3 attempted pick ups for them to get my alignment correct so it wasn't driving straight to the curb. They refused to acknowledge there might be an issue why it wouldn't properly align after two times of it not being aligned when I picked it up after they had it aligned. There's been a shaking in the front wheel/suspension ever since that was a result of where my vehicle was hit directly on the interstate in the accident and it was never fixed properly. I've since had alignment fixed twice myself since then and replaced all suspension and it still shakes. Take your car anywhere else but here. I've never had so many issues not addressed and fixed by a collision center before. read more

Did fix my car completely then directly after they fixed it my whole dash had lights on that wasn't there before my accident plus my oil light stopped working which hid a bigger issue the neglected to fix. Very upset that geico recommend this place. read more

I am very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. Unfortunately I had backed up into another car in parking lot at Trader Joe's back in California. I decided to wait until I moved out to Georgia as I was pretty sure the cost would be less here. I was hoping that it would be under a $1000 but boy, bumpers are expensive. I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla and it was going to be a little more than 1K. Khemara was very helpful and gave me the best and worst case scenarios. I decided it was smarter to use my insurance. I know that depending on how much insurance pays out for repairs it could affect your premium so I was hoping it would no be as much. I had to call the Geico insurance adjuster and have her look at the car and get an estimate. The good news is that my insurance adjuster Jennifer (who was also very friendly and knowledgeable) works with Cobb Collision Center regularly so once I got the quote from her things went very quickly. I dropped off my car on Tuesday and I got it back on Saturday! Another added plus is that they offer rental cards onsite so you drop your car off and drive off with a rental car. I am new to this area so I was hoping I would just get a Corolla as I am not used to the roads arounds here. And so I did! I actually was provided a brand new Corolla as my rental. They did warn me that I had to drive around 15 minutes or so as the battery had died earlier due to it not being driven. When I tried to start the car later that day to go to the gym, unfortunately the car would not start. I called Khemara and she took care of it right away. She sent someone out for me to swap the car with another new Corolla. When I went to pick up my car on Saturday, Bo was there by himself juggling customers. He wanted to make sure that I did not get wet whilst transferring items from my rental car to mine. It is a small thing but it shows that he genuinely care. Since they do detail work on cars I will definitely bring my car back to get it serviced! read more

I took may 2010 Chevy Traverse to Cobb County Collision after being Rear ended the end of March. I talked to Melissa who was very helpful and Eddy was my repair/service contact. I was given daily updates on my car and it was ready a day earlier than originally given. They were much more helpful than my Farmers adjuster who could not get the order sent to them so they Called Farmers and got the issue resolved for me. I would recommend them. read more

I had a terrible customer service experience with this place. They miscommunicated car rental information, they didn't estimate or communicate with me when my car would be ready, and when I was critical of the communication my rep started avoiding me. After that they charged me two days for a car I had one day, and they sent me multiple text and phone survey where I said how rotten the experience was, and never followed up. Hopefully my insurance company will take my advice and drop them as an approved provider. read more

They do a decent job repairing the vehicles. The problem is that they will not keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle despite telling you that they will. When you call to get the status, they're upset that you called. The only call you get is on the day that the vehicle is finished telling you to come pick it up. Customer No Service. After leaving my estimate many weeks ago and meeting with someone to have them write an estimate, I was ready to bring my car in to be repaired. Upon arriving I was told the person I had been dealing with could not help me because he did not handle my insurance. Then the person who does handle my insurance told me across the room that he could not look at it, just leave it and he would get back to me within 24 hours. He could have walked over, shook my hand and explained politely. I was then told by the receptionist to leave it or not, it was up to me. I left. They really didn't care about losing my business. I want to feel like my car is going to be repaired by people who care. read more

DISHONEST AND RUDE!! STAY AWAY.. When I returned to get my car, it had new chips and scratches in several locations. I brought this to their attention and was told by Eddie that he had eyes on my car and no one parked next to it. He then told me he watched the techs take off the bumper, paint the bumper and reinstall the bumper so there was no way the damage could have happened at their facility. My car is black and the new damage was all the way down to the grey primer, very obvious. In the pictures they took of my car when it first went into the shop you can't see the chips that are now there, but they still refuse to admit fault. Marty was just as bad. So do yourself a favor and take pictures of all sides of your vehicle and have them sign something as to the condition of it. Stay away from these rude and untrustworthy people. It's bad enough to be inconvenienced by someone hitting your car just to have to deal with this kind of crap. STAY AWAY FROM COBB COUNTY COLLISION. read more
