4.5 stars!! I'd give it 5 stars if it was open later. Stumbled upon this by accident after my car was in the auto shop. For the last hour, I've noticed that it would be an excellent spot to study at!! They've got TVs, Dunkin' Donuts, FREE WiFi, three computers, TONS of drinks, chips, snacks.. etc, AND GOOD MUSIC!!! Snacks and such are inexpensive here which is a steal bc at coffee shops, you'd be spending 3x as much. I truly like it here and wish it was open later!!! read more

When I have to get an oil change I usually print out the coupon online and head over to Cobblestone for my oil change and free car wash. The good: They have a system where they can tell you the last time they did anything to your car, ya know the Transmission flush and/or filter change. They also have a reward system that adds up points and you can get free things. Also depending on when you go they can get you oil changed and out of there quick, even with some added services at times. The bad: They are always trying to talk you into some other service. The last few times I went I spend more than I had planned on. I am not sure if it is because I'm a women or my vehicles really needed the extra services. My goals, Try to remember what my book says about when it needs services so I don't get unnecessary services or services too soon. II went in on 12/10/21 for an oil change on my car. The young gentleman, I believe his name is Jay, had outstanding customer service, from first greeting me to helping me choose the best service for my car. The technician, Cesar that was doing the service on my vehicle, took his time to show and explain to me how the previous business I took my vehicle to used incorrect tools, causing my oil filter and drain plug to be stripped. I will go back just for the excellent service of these two gentlemen. read more

I had heard so many great things about this business from personal contacts to reviews here on yelp. I went in about a month ago to get a car wash and a representative noticed a small chip (about half the size of a pinky nail) near the top of my windshield. He approached me, expressing that if my insurance covered small damages like this, he could have it fixed very easily and quickly. With my insurance on board, I gave him the approval to fix it. Some time later, the same rep comes to deliver the awful news. The small chip spread to a full size crack on my windshield. I'm talking about a side to side, major crack that anyone could notice a mile away. The rep explained that the job should have been easy but because of the heat and the chip being on the upper side of the windshield, this was a possibility. He SHOULD have warned me before because I would have told him to just leave it alone. He admit he should have as well and it's my guess that he just wanted the sale. I kept my cool and asked him to get it fixed to which he replied that I would have to pay for it. What?!! I asked for him managers name and number. He game me a name and number of someone who doesn't even work there and nobody seems to know. I contacted the store clerk to ask if I could speak to the manager and he's always away or not in at the moment. this has been going on for a month. I contacted corporate and never received a response. I was even encouraged by the representative to buy window replacement insurance and then lie to my insurance about when the crack happened to they would replace it for me. Not only is that unethical but I'm fairly confident it is illegal too! All in all, this business has been shady at best with it's lack of upper management presence, terrible service and immoral and illegal tactics with insurance. I would strongly recommend not placing your business here with their glass department. On the other hand, their car was was very good. read more

For some reason I keep going back to this place because it is convenient but every time I've been disappointed! They never vacuum the car like it says they will! I even pointed out my past experiences to one lady she made a special note about it and promised it would get done! 20 minutes later I picked up my car drove home opened the back of the car and they hadn't vacuumed the back out after I just pointed it out to them. I did have some questions and before I could even look around for anyone Gabriel helped me out immediately. He was fast, friendly and very professional. They aren't the best car wash ever but they do get the job done. There's a Dunkin Donut inside the gas station so if you needed a snack while waiting for your car, there's that. Also at the end of the "race line," there's a nice shaded area where you can sit and wait for your car as well. There's always a lot of people whenever I'm here, so that's a good thing! This is where I've been coming for my oil change for the last 2 years. It also comes with a free wash. With a coupon (I get it online, emailed to me as a rewards member, in my mail, or from a previous visit) it usually costs me around $21-27 total. I never go without a coupon (I guess it's the asian in me, haha) so it comes out to a fair price. At regular price $35.99, not so much. Most of the guys at the lube station know me here and have never really tried to sell me anything/everything else. I usually pull up and say "JUST an oil change today" and they go about their way. They take down my name and plate number down and I go inside and chill til they're done. read more

This place is terrible, after you get threw the line of salesman telling you how bad your car is (my car has 1500 miles) no detail necessary. I purchased the second to highest wash and when I got it back the inside was still terrible. There was a layer of dirt all over the dash and the seats. There was still trash everywhere. There are much better options. As you can see the manager emailed the warm and fuzzy, I provided him with the information and again nothing. What you can expect from this place. UPDATE. I was a little nervous about coming here for an oil change, but was quickly reassured. The person working on my car showed me my filters and let me decide if I felt like I needed to change them. We talked about what would happen if I did or did not change them and did not pressure me one way or another. The waiting area is amazing. There are recliners, tv's, a play structure for kids, dunkin donuts, and an outside area with a water feature and comfortable chairs. While I was sitting outside waiting for my car and drinking my coffee the manager came up and introduced himself and said he heard I was a first time customer so he wanted to know how my experience was so far. They even call your name over a loud speaker to let you know when your car is ready. The customer experience for me has been an awesome one. I will definitely be back. read more

My favorite station in town! Not only do you get Shell gasoline for a good price(even better price if you bring your Fry's VIP card), but they also have a really good car wash with many levels to pick from, window tinting, vehicle maintenance service, propane tank fill-up, AND there's even a Dunkin Donuts inside! I bring my truck and my boat here for detailing, and it's always a great job. They also have a comfortable waiting area inside next to the Dunkin Donuts with couches and chairs. So honest! I came in for an oil change because the cobblestone on Val Vista and Williamsfield placed the sticker that said I was due for an oil change. I visited the cobblestone on Alma School to have it done since I live closer to that one now and Devin told me I was not due for another 5K (new cars I guess). I've been coming to this car wash for several years and in the past 2 or so the quality has gone way down. I pay for the $15.99 wash and I always have to ask the staff to come wipe bugs off the front or water spots or marks on the windshield. They do not wipe down the interior of the car anymore either. And the last time I took my car there they failed to put in the air freshener. They do however have the charming guys who are all over you for windshield repair. I'm disappointed as they're so close to home but it's just not worth the money anymore. I'd rather drive farther and have a nice clean interior and non-spotty/buggy exterior. read more

Not very happy with Cobblestone spa at first. The verdict is still out. I bought a pre Paid detail card from them back on 8/29/09 and I tried to use it today. When I bought it the person that sold it to be stated they would take me back to work and then pick me up when they were done. This was a huge selling point for me so I agreed to purchase. I tried to use it today only to find out they do not shuttle people back and forth. So I went in there to get a refund but I was told I would have to co to the corporate office. This did not make me very happy. Mike the manager gave me a free car wash and invited me back for the detail. He said he would make arrangements for me to get to and from work. I just got back from a road trip and needed to get all the dead butterflies off the front of my car. I was asked if I wanted my car detailed, umm it's brand new so I think not. Then there was the requisite upsell but I just went with the $19.99 car wash. No the car wasn't that dirty, I really just needed the front end cleaned. That wasn't done too well until I the end when I pointed it out to the guy and he proceeded to scrub the rest of the gunk off the front of my car. I know they saw that the car wasn't that dirty and half-assed cleaning it - but how do you miss the remnants of so many butterflies? The guy who helped me at the end was very accommodating, but overall I think it's overpriced when they don't get the car totally clean. read more

If I could give them no star I would. They damaged my car during a car wash and refused to pay for the cost. So you can guess what going on now.. NEVER GO THERE It's funny how management doesn't remember since a police report was made. WOW The conversation below just proves to the PUBLIC what type of company Cobblestone is. Jason considers his several attempts on the basis of this post only as he has never contacted me after i left him a voicemail. They are still in denial of their destruction after they have admitted in recordings and to the police. It's terrible they took an incident that could of been resolved months ago into something that will be on a much larger scale. I still have the same smudge on my rear window even after taking it for an expensive wash every week or two. Today I waited 45 minutes while people who came after me kept getting out the door before me. My RAV4 sat for 30 minutes untouched for the drying and window cleaning portion of the clean. Meanwhile, people who got there after me are leaving and leaving while my vehicle is just ignored. Mind you I pay the monthly membership $50 a month just to have my vehicle dry on its own, not bothering to clean ALL the windows, and if they do open my back hatch, they don't clean the inside and outside of the glass as I stated earlier, the same smudge mark has remained untouched through several washes. Then what really troubles me is my back hatch is on hydraulics and you simply need to push a button to open and close, I've watched them force closing the hatch which is very expensive to repair. I don't know why they bother opening it as they aren't cleaning the glass. Rarely do they wipe my dash, I've literally had to have them clean my windshield several times as you can see where they sprayed but forgot to wipe the windshield. I'm most likely going to cancel the $50 monthly membership as I don't get what I'm paying for. I bought a car detail when they were pushing that and once I'm done getting that completed, I'll just pay as I go. They really need to hire more staff to dry and complete the cleaning so the staff can be more thorough and timely. My vehicle would still be sitting there had I not complained to the cashier after sitting there for 35 minutes. Then the cashier seemed bothered. He then shouted into the overhead speaker asking the status of my vehicle. Just tacky. The entire business heard my inquiry. read more

At first glance Cobblestone Auto Spa might seem too good to be true; After all it is a full service car wash, full service oil change place, a world class convince store and a Dunkin Doughnuts all under one roof. Even more there is an indoor, air-conditioned playground with free balloons for the kids! Yes it's a glimpse of heaven right there on the corner at Alma School and Germann. I have been a regular customer for a few years now and have always been satisfied with the car washes and oil changes. My most recent visit merited a special mention on Yelp. My car refused to start after it's wash - dead battery. When Tom the manager saw me waiting for the auto club he offered to help in any way, and sent someone from oil change over to help out. Alan, the oil change manager came over and got it started and once we got it over to the garage gave it a thorough inspection, tightened the cables and tested the battery. Fixed it. While going through the wash my car told me that I had low tire pressure on my front left tire, I didn't think anything of it at the time, tires do lose air. I drove slowly to the exit and left the lot, however as soon as I got the car up to speed it started to shake and rattle. I pulled over and saw that the valve on the tire had been sheared off. I turned around and returned to the location immediately, the first person I talked to went to get the manager as we stood around and looked at the car several of the staff members commented how the valve stuck out a little and could have easily been caught on the rail. The manager showed up and started commenting how I have "after market parts" that make the valve longer. I don't, this is all stock factory equipment. Then started telling me that there was no way his wash could have caused this damage. So which is it do I have aftermarket parts that stick out to far that caused it, or is it impossible that the damage happened in your wash? He then showed me video that proved it didn't happen in the wash, even though they have no clear shots of the tire in or out of the wash. I asked, "So you're telling me that the valve stem on my tire randomly popped off in the three minutes I was off the lot with no other influence." His response, a shoulder shrug and, "Yeah." When I explained that I would be leaving a negative review here, that I would never be coming back, and that my girlfriend would be cancelling her contract his response to me. "Intimidation isn't going to work on me sir." Well, that's just fine. Between myself and my girlfriend Cobblestone has already lost more revenue than it would have cost them to offer me a tow to a tire repair shop, or even offer me a ride back home down the road. Those simple gestures would have turned me into a lifetime and dedicated customer. Instead they've decided to show their poor customer service again and lost 2, and probably more customers. Edit: I watched the video with the manager, there is no video that clearly shows the drivers side front tire, either working or not. I was driving slowly until I left and didn't realize I had a flat until I got the vehicle up to about 10mph and it started to shake. read more

Here in AZ after 58 years in Oregon, I've had a great experience with an Oil Can Henry's in Portland for the last five years. They recently were bought out by Valvoline Express, but the service remains top notch. So, I was looking for a place I could trust just like in Portland. I looked at the Yelp reviews for several oil change places around the Chandler area and decided on this Cobblestone. Two reasons, I wanted a place that could change my oil today and do it for a reasonable price. I had a very pleasant experience and saw a group of hard working people doing what can be a thankless job many days of the year. The service team that changed my oil were fast friendly and for purposes of their management try to up-sell everything all the time. Business is business and you need to know that as a customer. That being said, you the customer, need to use information that's useful and reject what isn't. I received a good tip through the service crew checking my battery, the cold cranking amps were lower than it should be and the indicator on the top of the battery is showing "Red". A new battery starts at $150.00. I took the information and will use it to replace my battery, but not at the quick lube shop. The crew lead did appear somewhat upset I didn't take his advice and buy the battery. Nothing verbal or even noticeable by most people, but it was obvious to me. They finished the service after I was presented with the bill and excused to pay the invoice inside the store. This is where I was extremely uncomfortable, I'm accustomed to staying seated in my vehicle until the service is completed. That wasn't happening for a couple reasons; the team hadn't taken the steps to complete the service while I was there and the vehicle was going through the wash. This was uncomfortable, but I did go in and pay. The pricing was very reasonable 5,000 mile oil with a car wash $64.50 this is right inline with what I was paying in Portland without the wash. I verified the oil level and checked the battery again at home, I intend on going to the dealer to purchase an OEM battery. It will be at a higher cost, but that's not the issue I want to know the battery I get is one that will last and provide the power needed for my vehicle. I take my car here all the time. The team at Cobblestone is straight-forward and does good, honest work. I am currently enrolled in their unlimited washes program and it's a good value if you care about the look of your car. Never any problems and always friendly, quick staff if you have any questions. I also had my car detailed at this location and they do phenomenal work. I highly recommend you consider the monthly plan if you wash you car more than twice a month. Worst. Car wash. Ever. If you need a reliable, thorough car wash, do not go here. It begins with a very hard selling greeter who tries to push wash packages no matter how many times you say no. It ends with black shoe prints on the carpet, soaking wet carpet from the scent they douse it with, dirty thresholds, and dirt/dust smeared inside windows. Hint: Dousing the carpet with scent does not fool me into thinking my car is clean.) The first time I took my car to this car wash I had just moved to the area. It was disappointing. However, I decided to give it another chance, thinking that may have been a fluke. No, it wasn't a fluke. Never again. My husband and I got our car washed and a spray wax done. The inside of our car didnt look like it was clean near the dashboard and the passenger side. The exterior looked great though. It would have been nice if the inside was clean as well as the outside of our car like it usual is when we are there.
