Paid for a platinum wash. They tell me they are finished it was never vacuumed, they didn't whole down the dash or the windows inside, the bottom of the truck was still dirty and wet (they couldn't be bothered to bend over to dry it). I have not liked going to cobblestone because there was a greeter that was SO. OBNOXIOUS! And I would get him at my car every time I came. This time, I got a new guy named Matt. HE WAS AWESOME!!!!! He was nice and efficient but not overbearing. I am completely ok keeping my membership here now because of him. In regards to a clean car, cobblestone does a great job. They're very thorough and always respond if you ask them to do extra. read more

Never bringing my truck back here again. I paid for a wash and I paid for extra $20 for mud removal and my truck was filthy! They asked to redo it but it's dinner time I don't have another 20min to wait. I asked for a refund of the mud removal. The cashier today was a completely rude yelling back at me because she messed up. She was suppose to refund just the removal but refunded the entire thing and then wanted to run my card again for the wash. I told her I wasn't going g to let them run my card again! When I refused she called her manager over and told him I wouldn't pay for the wash. She messed up and yelling at me for it. Thankfully he just told me to go. I won't be back here! Man, these guys are objectively terrible! I came into this location for the first time today to get my 2021 F150 cleaned up. The greeter was very nice and sold me on a carpet shampoo service in addition to their diamond wash or whatever. The carpet shampoo service plus the wash Was $166. I thought this is a little expensive, but why not I have some time to kill. So I go next-door and have lunch for an hour or so and come back and notice my truck is sitting near the detail bay with the drivers door open so I have a seat on the concrete in the customer waiting area and relax. After about another hour, I didn't see anyone working on my car, so I got concerned And I pulled someone aside. So keep in mind it's been two hours now. Come to find out no one there has any idea who's doing what on the car so they tell me my car is ready to go. I say great and go to get in it and notice that the carpets haven't even been vacuumed let alone shampooed and this is what I paid a bunch of money for so I call someone over to talk to get it sorted. Again - no one has any idea who did what. The lack of coordination was appalling. Bottom line: They didn't execute the service that they were contracted to execute and the services they did were done shoddily. There's no attention to detail whatsoever, and I'm going to have to clean the car myself just to get it to a reasonable degree of cleanliness. But the worst thing is they sprayed a heavy coating of silicon all over my step surfaces and my floor mats so anytime I put my foot on any of my pedals it wants to slip right off like it's greased and I couldn't even safely get in the truck to begin with. I told them they should never silicon peoples step rails, but they seem to think that's perfectly acceptable over there! So no I don't suggest you ever take your vehicle to this location. They don't seem to have any idea what they're doing and you'll probably have to do more work yourself just to undo what they did. They did refund me so I'm only out 2 hours of my time plus whatever it will take for me to get the silicon out of my truck. read more

I visited the Cobblestone on Val Vista and Baseline yesterday afternoon around 1:30Pm for an oil change that I had a $29.99 coupon for. Jacob was the attendant who assisted me. He did everything to "upsell" as protocol. Fuel injector, oil cleaner, coolant flush, etc. He took out my engine air filter to show me that it looked good. Told me he would top off my fluids for coolant and windshield washer fluid. I didn't need much windshield fluid as I had just filled it maybe a week prior. After telling me everything that he suggested, he sent me in to pay with the coupon and stated he would come in and get me when finished. When I went in to pay, they couldn't scan the coupon and somehow came up with a number of $12 to discount instead of the $20. Fine, no big deal. My total was around $70 instead of $29.99 but i did include the oil cleaner. Jacob came and got me shortly after and told me everything was good to go. I got in the car and rode through the car wash and went home. When i got home, i noticed, what appeared to be water dripping from the front of the car under the bumper. I assumed it was water from the car wash and went inside. About and hour and a half later, I went back outside to leave and saw that it was still dripping. So I touched the liquid to see if it was oil, which it was not so again I assumed it was water from the car wash. When I pulled out, my car immediately said "low washer fluid". How could that be possible when they just filled it not 2 hours prior? So I called Cobblestone and let them know that something was going on and they asked me to come it. When I arrived, the "manager in training" immediately came over to my car and told me they couldn't have done anything wrong but he would check to see what was going on. Upon checking, he discovered that there was a lette "L" written on my fluid cap, which according to him stands for "leak", and they wrote it on there because I had a leak in my washer fluid tank. I advised him that the Letter wasn't there before, considering i fill my fluid at home and I didn't write it on there. He then offered to "fill it again". once he started filling it, the other mechanic under my car was blown away with how much it was leaking and how fast. I let them know again, that it didn't have a leak before i got there but suddenly had a pretty fast leak after services were performed. I was told that "it happens all the time. the heat can make it rupture but they couldn't have done it. and it is peculiar that mine ruptured seeing as this is a fairly new car". I was then told by the manager that he spoke to the actual manager and told me to call my dealership to see if they will fix it for free because a lot of times they do that. Still not taking any responsibility. I reiterated that there hadn't been a leak in 4 years and then 5 minutes after parking at home after a service at your establishment, i have a terrible leak. They didn't care. Offered a free car wash and to top me off again. Pointless. I don't appreciate being gaslit to think that maybe it is a coincidence that it broke at the same time. I take great care in my vehicle and have never had an issue until i left your establishment. This is so incredibly unacceptable. I need someone to call me and figure out a better solution than a free car wash. read more

I am very non confrontational so I just pay and be on my way but TWICE this has happened to me. They have selected a pricier wash that I DID NOT ASK FOR. He replied "ok" then proceeded to walk away, leaving us sitting there for an extended period of time. So we left. I guess this place does not want any new paying customers. We wanted a complete car wash-in and out - for our van. Place was very busy, but greeter took his time explaining the various combinations of service. No pressure to buy up or get long term wash or yearly subscriptions. Outside wash completed quickly including full hand dry. At least two workers did the inside, one was very short and another came over to help with sun roof, another helped with inside glass. Very nice team effort. Windows were sparkling inside and out, as was dash, doors and back end . Excellent job, other than dings and dents acquired over 14 years van looked showroom new. The attendant at check-in told me about all the options for various levels of service and gave me a discount on the medium detail service for the outside and interior of the car, I was very happy with the service; so nice to see out of my windows again. The waiting room is super nice as well, with snacks available, comfortable cushioned chairs, beverages available for purchase, free popcorn, restrooms clean, a view of the cars going through the wash, overall a pleasant experience, staff at the counter was friendly and professional, I'll be back! I have frequented this location since it first opened. I have an unlimited pass, this means I can wash my car every day if I like (I think if you go more than once a day there is a small charge). On This particular day I had the pleasure of being serviced in the drive thru by Berata (I hope I spelled his name correctly), He was so nice and it was the small things he did that made his customer service skills stand out. He made sure there was ctomfortable space between the cars, (this is important because when you exit the wash, cars already present can be backing out and the distance can be tight if you need to stop), he sprayed just well enough, and he was smiling and looking at the customer at he did this. I was very appreciative of his excellent customer service and just wanted to say "Thank You". I also let the Manager know what a good job he did and what a good employee he has. read more

The car wash employees are nice & the locations are convenient but trying to manage a plan is not easy. If you leave your plan alone & do not switch cars or add you'll probably be fine. I have tried for over a month to add a car to existing plan with no luck. You have to do it through their contact us system & wait for a call. I was also informed my current family price would not be honored on my other cars if I added a new car. We no longer have our oil changed here or do anything else we just have basic car washes. Last oil change they killed our battery & we had to have AAA come help & the one prior we were charged for someone else's oil change & ours on accident but took awhile to correct. read more

Now I will say the seats looked beautiful afterwards. I have before photos but did not get after and my seats have covers on them now. I did not like the mess left behind on my car and my water cup. Update - Went back to the carwash and got the same wash which was comped so giving two extra stars for customer service. They don't wipe down the interior because only the parts that needs conditioning gets cleaned apparently so this excludes your wood panels and cup holders. At least my car came out like it went through a car wash and towel dried this time. $49 for inside outside which they called the diamond touch is still not worth it. I will only use this place for express wash. 12/24/2020 - Terrible job. We decided to try this place since they had decent reviews on google. Got the diamond package which was supposed to be clean inside and out for $49. We were told this would take 45 minutes. The car was out in 10 mins and it literally looked like what it did when it went in except shinnier on the inside since they put conditioner on top of dirt. Glad we didn't get the buy 4 get 2 free deal they were offering for Christmas. I am not sure if we just got unlucky or this is really how this car wash runs but what a rip off. read more

The employees that greet you at this location are engaging and receptive to you saying no thank you to the membership. The quality of the wash is terrible. The car comes off the line and immediately goes to bake the water spots into the finish. For $37 you would expect the car to be clean. Didn't happen. Simple things like wiping the inside windshield, wiping the dash, looking for large dirt marks on the exterior don't happen. They do not lack in people walking around in Polos eating and doing absolutely nothing while the employees on the line try to keep up. I feel for them. I went there and asked for my truck to be washed and detailed. The first thing they did was try to charge me 735$!!! Almost a grand for a car wash. they had an entire speech about a 150$ service that was needed for my truck and the only way to tell if the truck needed it was" to close my eyes and feel the outside of it feel the roughness and then he would spray a solution and to feel it now" it felt EXACTLY the same. The guy said well the other guys are going to do a better job.. I, being a pregnant girl knew they were ripping me off and low and behold advising I'd give my husband a call they dropped that $150 and offered it for "free" they took me through the truck to ask what I wanted cleaned specifically though they would clean everything regardless because I was paying $585. the parts that I pointed out did not get fully cleaned and the parts that they pointed out to me and said they would make sure were cleaned like the arm rest between the seats were also not done at all. There's now a chip in my leather arm rest. I dropped my truck off there at 330 and had to go there myself to see of it was done by 730 because no one called me to tell me it was ready I don't know how long my truck sat there.. I had my car washed and detailed last year, and it cost 120, and now, just a year later, they are charging 735 for a truck. Super scummy. Watch out if you are a woman! They will try to overcharge you. I'm very sad to be writing this. I was trying to convince my husband to go back to this place instead of going to a mobile facility, but I was wrong they would have done better and charged less. read more

When showing them the swirls in my truck they refused to say it was from them. Then I catch attitude from the cashier. This is after speaking with the GM. To HELL WITH YOU GUYS! They have totally gone down and not the same at all from when they started. Their car wash damaged one of my $4,000 black BMW M4 Competion rims and scratched off the paint and scraped the rim significantly and after being a customer for several years... they refused to fix the damage and I just bought my new 2024 BMW M4 Competion and took it there a few days after.. and they said it wasn't their fault at all and I must of did it... yeah right and basically called me a lier and f- off! So I have a very vood attorney and I'm going to sue them to the bone for this disrespect, rudness, non accountability, insulting and awful treatment! I willnnever go to a Cobblestone again and I advise you to never go either! Poor service and increased charges and they've gone down hill significantly.. but I'm going to teach them a big lesson for how they treated me like trash and totally ruined my high performance $4,000 black rim on a $150k BMW! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT go here. I paid for the 40 dollar wash & detail. I also tipped an extra 10 (my mistake for being nice & tipping before I really saw my car). The fact that they advertise it as detailing is a JOKE. My windows were still filthy, my dash inside looked like no one had even attempted to wipe it down. You would've thought, I never even got it washed. My grill was still dirty, absolutely trash. I had left and then decided you know what that was half A hundred dollars. So I went back talked to the assistant manager Brian (I think, he didn't even introduce himself). He didn't even apologize, he blankly stared at me and said well I will give it a quick wipe down inside I guess. He again half ass wiped it down and then said here ya go. So I reiterated, you see my point right and finally he said well yeah I apologize and then offered nothing else to reconcile. So then my wife and I had to drive to the 8 dollar car wash down the street and redo it and took our time to actually wipe it down like they should've done. Needed to have my car cleaned and since I was by Nardo's Mexican restaurant, I thought I'd go to Cobblestone. Big Mistake! I needed a full service wash, etc. I tried to ask about the different levels of service. Their cashier was very rude and finally told me that if I was not going to buy something, I was wasting his time. There was no one else in the line so I'm not sure why he was in such a hurry! At 72, I do not move or think as fast as I used to. I deeply resent the way I was treated and will never go back! Instead, I went to Super Star even though it was out of my way. Those people are great! The cashier even called a manager to take my car through the wash itself and over to the detailing area.
