I have had more bad experiences than good ones at this car wash, but today takes the cake. I had high hopes for them too. I bought the basic full service wash. I unloaded my kids and went inside to wait. They were very quick to finish, but soon found out why. As soon as I got in my van it was blatantly obvious it was not vacuumed. I have 4 kids. It gets messy. There were crumbs everywhere! They didn't even bother with the 3rd row. They didn't even vacuum the passenger seat! There were pieces of wreath that I had bought and it shed on the passenger seat and floor , very obviously. Even the manager was shocked when I showed him. The above paragraph happened months ago and I have gone back 4-5 times since only because I was dumb enough to buy the booklet of car washes. Every time I have done a full service its been the same story. They are awful! I get the same schpeel from a manager everytime saying they will make sure it will never happen again , yet somehow it has never gotten any better. Even when I take their advice and specifically tell the vacuum guys what I expect and need done. I hate this place. I'm far from a clean freak, but at least I know how to vacuum a car. What amazing customer service. This location sure knows what they are doing!! We work with David today and he was great. We came from the single butte location after horrible service and honestly did not have much hope in Cobble stone anymore. I can honestly say that the val vista was worth the drive. They apologized for the service we received at single butte and took great care of us. David even went above and beyond and asked us to check out the vehicle inside and out to make sure he didn't miss anything?!? Wait what? We have never had any service like that before. Car owners beware. I took my brand new car in to get washed, the brushes knocked off the cover to my satellite antenna on my roof. The manager first said they won't do anything for me then lied saying he called my dealership and they told him it was under warranty. It wasn't. I called the Corp office 3 times over 2 weeks and no call back. This is a brand new car with no damage till that day. Companies make mistakes. The ones worth going back to own theirs and fixes them. Best car wash I have found in my area so far. Employees are very nice. I've even had my oil changed here and they did a good job.

I came in for an uber inspection... And I will not be returning. I didn't catch anyone's names but one of my mechanics was rude and rolled his eyes right when I pulled up because I didn't pull in exactly right. The place was messy, and dirty. I noticed this before I saw the mechanic on his phone not paying much attention to my inspection. I can only categorize this place as sub standard. Try somewhere else. read more

Worst experience I've had at a cobblestone. Clearly not enough workers to dry off the cars. My car was left so long there were water spots everywhere. Cars that came in way after I did were being dried while others just sat. Horrible! I have a monthly pass and have been to several stores, most do a great job. Terrible car wash. Left hard water soap spots on entire car. Wheels not cleaned. Hard to believe that everyone who worked on the car didn't care to run the car through the wash again and clean wheels properly. Nice customer lounge though. People working there very nice. Andrew and Robert did way more than I expected. They were extremely thorough and clean in their work. I would definitely recommend people come here for their oil changes. I had my car washed today at Cobblestone on Val Vista and Baseline Rd in Gilbert. They were busy, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. What I didn't like about the service is that I paid for a deluxe that included vacuuming my car. I do keep my cars meticulously clean and I believe they gave me my car back without vacuum service. I noticed the same debris on both passenger and driver side floor mats. In addition I have noticed at more than one car wash that they don't clean or wipe the passenger side down very well because it's usually just the driver who goes and gets the car washed. If you don't do a walk around they put out the extra effort. This is where I judge their integrity and professionalism. I'll give them a second chance in case they had a bad day but if it happens again I'm going elsewhere. read more

Every time I use this location there are issues, broken windshield wiper, aromatic spray sprayed on the black leather seats and headrest, I have to go home and wipe down the interior, today the inside was not cleaned properly, had to clean interior after getting home, water running down side of vehicle and exterior smeared and still dirty. So tired of having to go back each time with issues. Will find somewhere else. They charge plenty and expect tip, but don't provide the product. Would not recommend this location. read more

Service is on the decline. They wanted to charge me $20 to armorall my car. I have a 2 door Mustang, really?? They use to be soo good! I always got the supreme and they use to armorall my car which I had to tell them not to do or they would since it came with the package. For $20 I could buy a ton of the stuff and armorall it myself! Next thing you know, they're going to start charging for something else that is included for another $20. What a rip off! Oh and thanks for "dusting" the interior of my car. They didn't even touch it and that IS included in the package now instead of the armorall. Ps. The seating is in the sun, not the shade. read more

Instead of handing me my Fob or putting it in the Fob holder it was thrown on the seat and fell between seat and console. I had to go to my Auto Shop the next day in order to remove it from the tight space. When I called Cobblestone to ask where they normally put the Fob they said they sometimes put it on the windshield! That's crazy! read more

I used to dread going to the car wash due to the long wait to get back on the road at one of the "handwash" car places. My son recommended Cobblestone. I had a fantastic experience. I was in and out of the car wash in under 15 minutes and they did a wonderful job. I purchased the monthly package which includes unlimited washes being dried off by the workers and vacuumed for $29.95. I know this sounds like an advertisement, but they have lower dollar packages if you don't mind drying and vacuuming your own car. This is the best car wash I have been to yet. I have been a monthly pass member for almost 3 years now. I just moved down to this area, but still try to go to my old Scottsdale location whenever possible, because this location just never gets it right. I never write bad reviews, so it took me probably a solid 30 washes at this location (once a week since about October) for me to reach my breaking point today. When I went last week, they did such a terrible job that I had to pull around to the vacuums where the express washers go and redo The vacuuming job. This was after I asked the front staff to pay special attention to vacuuming (when they ask if there is anything special or specific I would like) as that is the main reason I get my car cleaned. I even tipped a little extra upfront. I then went to target and bought seat wipes to clean the interior of my car, since they didn't seem to do anything inside either. The outside looks fine, but honestly I mostly care about the inside. The Scottsdale location has always done an amazing job, I guess I just took it for granted. Today when I went, I spent a solid 45 minutes waiting outside. When I got my car, it was just as bad as last week, if not worse. As you can imagine, my car is never very dirty to begin with when I bring it. When I got it back today, again after specifying a good vacuum and tipping extra again, The same debri remains on the floor, and there is a white liquid dripping down my door that I'm not even sure was there when I dropped it off. I completely understand that it's hard to work outside in this AZ heat and I completely sympathize. It just seems that they do nothing more than putting my car through an assembly line to make it look like something has been done I will now have to go out of my way and find time to continue going to the Scottsdale location. The only reason I gave this more than one star, is because the woman who is always inside at the register is very sweet and does a great job. read more

My wife and I shop and eat at certain places out of convenience and this place is right around the corner from our house. We have brought our BMW's here for the past year now. Well Christmas came and we got a new X5. So naturally we have taken it to this location to get washed. After a weekend in Sedona and taking the vehicle to its limits it was time for a full wash. I specifically told the attendant to remove the mud from the wheel wells and that was the most important. I also requested leather cleaning and protectant to be applied and thought sure, wash the floor mats too. Well they did not of that to my request when I came to the finish line to retrieve my vehicle.(wife's car) when I got in the car the floor mats were extremely damp and the guy said "no need to pull them out, they're already dry". Well I got home and wanted to remove the mats so I didn't get a moldy smell and to my dismay the mats were ripped right off their Velcro attachment. I called them right away and spoke with Sean (I think that's how you spell his name) he not only apologized but offered right away to replace them with a similar if not better mat. After a couple of days they couldn't spring for $400 replacement so we came to agreement that we would order WeatherTec Digital Liners. I'm stoked! With a baby on the way these will come in handy! These guys took care of us. And we feel that our $30 car washes were treated like we have spent thousands there. My father once told me, that a person with a title means nothing when people don't respect you. These guys have definitely earned my respect. And my future business. read more

Had interior/exterior detailing & engine compartment done. Exterior and engine looked good, but not worth the cost. Interior detailing was HORRIBLE! Had to ask them to go over it again - not once... not twice... 5 times!!! Spent an entire day waiting for them to go back over it after they said they would take it back and take care of everything they missed. They didn't move the seats forward or back to vacuum underneath so there was a lot missed. They also didn't fold down our flat-fold rear seat to vacuum behind it either. They misplaced my floor mats. When I got them back they were still dripping wet. There were MANY areas that had been quickly wiped down, but the dirt and grime remained. Basically everything was just quickly wiped to make it look shiny but nothing was actually detailed. I got the impression that they were trying to get away with doing as little as possible until it was "good enough" to pass for being detailed! Way too expensive for the service offers. $219.99 for all, felt like it was barely worth $100. I'd save my money and do the work myself - at least I'd actually do the work. read more
