My wife and I were at the location this morning and have an unlimited plan. I have been going to this location after your location on Alma School and Germann Rd, locked my keys in the car and let my car run for about 20 minutes or so without notifying me as we sat in the lobby waiting. I attempted to cancel my unlimited plan but of course that took a couple of weeks and finally someone called back and talked me into taking 2 months at half price, which we did. Now on to today, we paid an up charge to our plan and noticed that the car, 2021 BMW X1 was ready in about 7 minutes after we drove thru to wash. Once inside the car, we noticed, the car had not been wiped down on the inside, the windows were dirty, and the interior did not get vacuumed. Also the rims were not touched. This is very disrespectful and a waste of our hard earned money. Since, I do not expect anyone at your company will address this in anyway, my next step is to post my experience on all review boards regarding this experience I can find, the consumer should not be treated this way. How do you propose to rectify this situation or are you simply do what you always do and ignore a customer's valid complaint? read more

I haven't even gotten home yet and I'm taking the time to review this location because I'm so dissatisfied with the result of my carwash. I paid $31 for a middle/high level wash seeing as my car wasn't even really that dirty. They didn't even wipe down my leather seats (one problem area that drove me to get a car wash in the first place) so I ended up wiping them down myself at a nearby Wells Fargo. The small spill ended up coming up quite easily, but if I wanted to wash my car myself, I would have done so and saved myself the $36 (with tip). Also, the cup holder was left with sticky remnants inside, another area I'm cleaning myself. Finally, the last time I got my car washed at a completely different business, they left writing on my back left window from their service (I guess it's very difficult to find good service around here, huh?) and I was very disappointed that they didn't even bother trying to clean that window all together. I guess I'll clean that myself as well. I will say that the staff was friendly and the service was speedy.... it WOULD be speedy since I ended up cleaning the major problem areas myself though, right? I won't be returning. read more

Super disappointed with the service. I paid $50 for a full interior cleaning, once I saw the finished service I was forced to tell them about a spot they had missed and now that I'm actually in the car I can see that my dashboard wasn't cleaned properly. read more

Very nice! I utilized the basic automated wash followed by the self-serve vacuum, floor mat cleaning stand, clean and damp cloth rags, paper drying towels, and small air hose for blowing away residual water deposits. The vacuum suction is strong, so no problem evacuating dirt from the carpet. Great self-serve facilities and car wash for $7! read more

I have been a loyal car wash subscriber at Cobblestone for over three years. Today I canceled my subscription due to the severe lack of customer service from supposed manager Gustavo. Someone within the organization should teach their employees how to approach a customer with a concern. My truck had some mud on it and was allowed to go through the wash. At the end, an employee asked if I wanted to power wash the remaining mud off the vehicle. He turned it on and I started power washing. Within a minute I was recklessly approached by Gustavo. First words were "this is not for customers." I told him that an employee had asked if I would like to use it and turned it on for me. Again, "this is not for customers, I will talk to him." You need to pay for mud removal. I explained that most the mud was removed during the wash already and will run it through one more time to get the remaining mud off. He said he would not allow that to happen. I then told him that I would cancel my subscription. His reply was "go ahead," and stormed off like a child. Gustavo is the only reason I have canceled my subscription. Terrible customer service. I'm sure another car wash in the area will appreciate a loyal subscriber. Too bad! read more

Honestly they did a good job washing the car I know I had a lot of things in the back seat and trunk area so it was hard to manover around the only reason I'm giving them a two is because later on in the day when I went to put my back seats down to air out my amp for my subwoofer I realized it had been yanked off I understand accidents happen and it was probably just from them trying to get behind my box but it would of been cool to atleast get a heads up luckily it's just a couple of screws but other then that it was an alright job read more

I think today was the hottest day in Mesa/Gilbert Arizona so far during this 2018 summer and even with the heat "Josh" was so friendly and courteous when I asked him to wipe down some interior that was missed. Went for a car wash, but was considering additional services. I was hesitant, but they gave me a great deal on a combo of services. I came here to get an oil change and I felt they did a very good job and it was reasonably priced. They checked to make sure everything else was good to go and the transmission fluid needed changed out. The car is three years old and I've put on quite a few miles on it. But I noticed after my visit to Cobblestone that it felt like the car was running a little smoother. This was just my first time using Cobblestone but I liked their service and I also liked watching the monitors watching what they were doing with my car from the lobby. They will have my business in the future. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the parking lot is kind of small and as my first time, I was confused where I was supposed to drive my car. This car wash is incredible. There's no better treatment for your car. The staff is super friendly. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. Their machine doesnt grab on to your rim so you don't have to worry about damage. They have great air freshener choices. It's full service unlimited washes for cheaper than a usual wash elsewhere. These clowns will buff through your paint and claim it's not their fault. Very sloppy work at best, dirty rims, streaked glass, spilled headlight lens buffing chemical on the paint causing discoloration. This is the second time my vehicle has come through this car wash and still been dirty afterwards where I had to request a towel to self clean what they missed. Maybe the manager of this location should watch his cameras right around 5:30 for the white CRV on On December 21 who pulled back in Where they finish wiping and drying your car and requested a towel. Not one person offered to come wipe my windows instead they gave me a towel and I did it myself. I feel pretty phenomenal paying for a $24 car wash and tipping five dollars and having to do my own damn windows. This car wash used to be phenomenal and flawless. When this carwash first opened I wrote a less than stellar review based on poor customer service. It is only fair that I update my review as I have returned to Cobblestone many times since, happily finding that the rather troubled customer service provider who prompted my bad review is long gone (thank goodness!). I am now a regular customer and use Cobblestone weekly to clean my vehicles. Their customer service and facility are great. They work quickly but are thorough. I dont mind this place, definitely the best out of all the other self service car washes in this local area, and i always get my oil changed here too....to be honest they have tried to sell me on stuff that was annoying, but I just need my oil changed not a transmission flush. But I have the monthly pass and go at least twice a week. The same workers have been there the past year so I know if you can keep workers there that long, the company is doing something right. $15.99 for unlimited car washes is a really good deal. I have used this Cobblestone for more than two years. I have never had a bad experience. Yesterday, after I went inside to wait I realized that I had left 2 twenty dollar bills on the seat. I thought I would find out how honest they were. Soon after, Mike, the manager, came up to me to tell me that the money had been placed in the console. I appreciate honesty so much that I wanted to tip him, but he refused. I come here primarily for the friendly, fast service and a superb car wash, but it is certainly nice to know customers are important enough to be treated with respect and honesty. My husband and I want to thank, recommend, and share our appreciation of great customer service when we believed our Chrysler 300 hadn't received the best service three weeks prior during a oil change, just before a two thousand mile road trip.. We contacted the Auto Service Manger Chris upon return to Gilbert, he told us to come right in to see him, even on a busy busy Saturday! My husband's father had a very successful auto shop in Oakland/Alemeda California in the 60s-80's and my husband continues to carry on the family tradition of "motorheads"! So needless to say when he heard a new sound and the change oil light came on, he was suspicious of this new place to us that I had chosen (Cobblestone Gilbert-love love love the car wash service)! We brought the car in and Manager Chris, his co-workers Patrick and Joshua took the time to re-examine, take photos of the new noise problem (that had nothing to do with prior service), showed us how to reset our cars check oil light (had nothing to do with their prior oil change (ahhh the good old days before computers! Lol). My husband and I both grew up in families that owned their own businesses. We want to express the talent it takes to be able to educate and not offend customers that have experience in an industry but not current on the all new computerized technology. These gentlemen did a great job with not only the car of our car but also with us, professional, personable, confident without arrogance, fast without pushing us through. Auto Service Manger Chris was especially admirable in his leadership of co-workers and his respect to us his customers. Cobblestone Gilbert has our auto service business! It costs a little more for the seeming oil service change but in the long run Cobblestone Auto Spa will save us so much more money because of their honest inspection and teaching. I brought my new 2017 car in there to get its first wash and they ended up scratching the tint I don't know which I'm more up set about the fact that they scratched the tint on my window or the fact that there not taking responsibility for it and blaming me . Rarely do I write reviews, but feel Cobblestone deserves the time it takes to write one. Just moved to Gilbert from Chicago and looked for a reputable place... this one was close so I gave it a try. I was greeted by very friendly staff who explained the program options and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism both from customer service & from the wash itself. Car was perfect inside & out AND rims were cleaned along with air freshener & tire dressing (something you have to pay extra for in Chicago at a much higher cost). I'll definitely be back. After calling a couple shops that didn't carry 0-40 synthetic cobblestone was homerun. They were able to give me great service. The shop manager Chris knows what he is doing and knew what I needed. I pulled up and asked the guy what package do I need to make sure there are no bugs on the front of my car?he said he could do a mini detail and include a special wax that would last two months. Just spent 40 dollars and 45 minutes to have them wash it and left an unreasonable amount of big carcass in and on the front. When I asked if they applied the wax on top of the bugs the guys said, "it's not really wax, it's just spray we call wax" awesome. I spent an additional 15 minutes with their washcloth doing it myself while an employee (who I assume was on break) sat on a couch and glanced up at me from his phone. He rotated out and others took his place and people continued about their day while I detailed my own car. My favorite part was the guy that "finished" my car was explaining that their was chips in the paint. I said yah but this is a new car all of this (I wiped a large portion of the bumper with an average amount of elbow grease) and removed the bugs. He said, "yah not that"... I'm super displeased and will not drive out from queen creek again. I tipped the guy and then he proceeded to wipe down my windshield. Thanks champ. I will not be back. read more

Me and my wife went to Danny's carwash today for an oil change and wash and was given such a line of garbage and lies we packed up and left before it started. horrible people and now our morning started horrible. We decided to go to Cobblestone which was over 9 miles away. the second we got got and pulled in we knew everything changed. the service from the second we rolled down the window was pleasant and honest. no trying to up charge us just friendly helpful and actually funny.
