I have unlimited car wash plan, I wanted a full service today. An extra $30. I had to ask the guy to redo the interior doors on both sides, vacuum that he did not do and when I pulled away into the sun, my windshield was horrible. I didn't even throw out what was in my trashcan. This is not the first time I've had a bad car wash from here and when you ask for them to do what they were paid to do they give you a dirty look. read more

In a time when great service is appreciated, horrible service leaves its mark. I am usually satisfied with the in and out car wash services at Cobblestone Auto Spa... We are getting ready to sell our Jeep, had all maintenance done and want it to shine when people come to look at it. From a referral in our neighborhood, we had someone scheduled for Sunday, who ended up being a no show. We decided we would go to a QUALITY place and have a quality detail done. My dad stopped by yesterday, paid $270 in advance and dropped the Jeep off early this morning. They said it would be ready by 1:00 PM. Showed up at 2:00 PM and wish I had taken photos. The wash we have done is usually in the $20 range and I am not lying or even slightly exaggerating when I say the quality of their work, for a $270 interior and exterior detail, was lower than any base wash we have ever had there. The armor all protectant on the plastics was spotty at best, with lots over spray all over the running bars, push bars, etc. The headlight rigs, tail light covers and side view mirrors were basically over sprayed as well. The bugs, all over the front of the vehicle looked like the Jeep was just run through the wash one time, with no attention at all. The windshield was half cleaned... The drivers side looked like it was been wiped, but the passenger side looked untouched. The Jeep is white and there were obvious places around the door and trim and running bars that were not touched at all. My dad asked to see the manager. He asked him if the detailing resembled a bad wash or an actual detail, the gentleman agreed it was bad. Then asked him if he spent $270 with the expectation of an interior and exterior detail if he would be satisfied, and he agreed he would not be. He said they would make it right and they needed an extra 10 minutes :)... Then my dad asked him if they have anything that resembles quality control, and he told me they do, but he has other things to do and can not check on every vehicle and everything his people do. We suggested a refund and they were having none of that. He then suggested we come back... My dad said for $270 I thought it was a reasonable expectation to not have to come back... decided to leave the Jeep for 30 minutes... he told me he would give us a free car wash for our troubles. We left for 30 minutes, came back and did not even look at the vehicle and told him we did not want his free car wash that has basically zero value anyways. They have lost a customer for life, with zero exception. They might be good for the basic in and out car wash, but I estimate they basically "stole" about $250 from us for a $20 job.... We also tip really well. It bothered me that we could not tip as we really appreciate a job well done. read more

Updated (again) 11-21-2023 Please don't feel bad for me. Yes, after 12+ months, I decided to try this location again. Figured high turnover, new workers, better service. Makes sense, right? $36 later. One wash? Yikes! I'll keep it short: Got the Ultimate wash. Inside of windshield still dirty (film on it). Inside of doors (the panels) not wiped down. Did not use high pressure air to blow off water; thus after arriving home, water streaks everywhere. Minimal tire cleaner. Did not put shine on running boards. Thus I spent 15+ mins after arriving home doing what was not done or was not done well. Conclusion: Incredibly cheaper to purchase an unlimited monthly subscription car wash from the many locations out there. They include towels, vacuums, wipes, etc. And none are more than $36/month! read more

We had a major issue with this location. They shampooed the seats of our car, but failed to extract any of the water used to clean them. Now the entire interior of the car is sopping wet and everything is covered in a thick layer of condensation. Nothing will dry. We are concerned about electrical damage and mold. They have inexperienced, untrained people working there that have no idea what they are doing. Do not go to this car wash. The entire thing is toxic and mismanaged. read more

I went to get my car washed today. Picked the Premium package ($40) and was extremely disappointed in the wash they provided. When I got into my car the front seemed ok, still a little dusty but when I got home to inspected the back there was dirt on the seats, cup holders where not cleaned and there was no sign of cleaning the interior walls of the car. I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you want to clean it yourself the second time around. Waste of money. read more

I came here to get my car washed, interior detailed and headlight lenses restored. They charge me $150 for the wash and derail. Then tried to charge me $200 for the headlights which I said was more than I wanted to spend on it. The kid I was talking to told me ha can do it for $125 and told me they would look brand new when they finished. I still thought was high but I just wanted to get it done so I agreed. He asked me if I was planning on waiting or if I wanted to leave a callback number because it would take a while. I gave him my number but decided to wait in the chairs outside. After a couple hours I went home and waited for a call. After a couple more hours, it was closing in on 6:00 when they close so I went back and the worker told me that they didn't get a chance to do the headlights and gave me a gift card to come back the following day. I explained that I couldn't come back till the following weekend because I work all week. The manager came over at this point and apologized and said when I come in the following weekend he would get me right in and out. All of this is annoying but understandable the detail was ok but they left a bunch of what looks like grease or tar on the outside of the car and something similar inside on the floor mat.. The next week comes and I take the car back. I explained what was going on to the worker who would make initial contact at the car wash entrance. He took my keys and told me it would be about 2 hours. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call when it was done because I might decide to walk around the shopping center. I went to lunch and wandered around for a couple hours then came back when they should have been done. I spoke with the worker at the detailing area and he told me the guy who was doing the work got called away halfway thru the job and and would return to complete the job. I went and sat down to wait in the outside chairs so I could see when they were done. I sat and watched nobody work on my car for an additional hour and a half. By thos time i am pretty mad. I went back to the guy who gave me the story and he told me he made a mistake and it was done the whole time but didn't know where to find me. Must not have known how ro use a phone or look up at the designate waiting area.. the headlight looked like the were just wiped down with a towel. He told me the rest of the film was on the inside. I would think that if you charged somebody $125 for a job and told them that it would look brand new, you would contact them right away once you figure out that it was not going to look anything like new. That is what I would do. In the meantime I had plenty of time to figure out that I could have replaced the headlight lenses for $100. Needless to say I won't be going back to cobblestone with any of my vehicles... read more

Want to recognize Cobblestone employee, Harley, for take a few moments to assist me with drying my vehicle. Due to an injury to my foot, I was wearing a cam walker boot. As I slowly walked around my vehicle attempting to dry it off, Harley saw a spot that I missed and immediately jumped in and dried that area off. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! Outside manager is rude and arrogant. No organization at all. Express wash customers drive through to the front of the line and full service sit and wait. Only one driver moving cars from the full service area. And if you choose to wait it out plan on 45 minutes. This facility has gone to total chaos in the last six months. Just took my truck in for a wash and wax. Paid 110 dollars for this service. My truck does have to be hand washed due to size but that wasn't an issue since guys like will wash for free with hand wax. I watched as truck was sent over for wax. Guy doing it spayed something on rag wiped truck down took all of 10 mins and calls me over to say it was done. There is no way this was a wax job it was wipe and drive. Edit: Spoke with Charles about the issue. He told me bring truck in at my convenience and see what they can do to make it right. He took time to do just that. The sticker on my car never works. Nobody ever comes over to me willingly to help, they're too busy chatting amongst one another. When I tried to cancel my membership my only option was to do it online, to which I got an automated message saying a customer service agent will contact me to cancel in 2 business days (why so difficult?). Nobody got back to me. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody called back in response to voicemails and I STILL got charged I guess I'll Dispute it with the bank. read more

I should've known not to go here based on the reviews. First, they try to charge me for a premium wash when I asked for a supreme. As I'm leaving, I start to notice there's still dried bugs on the windshield, the dash still has dust on it. Once I was home I start looking more around and large particles that should've been vacuumed up were not. The back section of my jeep does not look like it was vacuumed or wiped down at all. Had my oil changed at this location on 1-20-25. Excellent service. Cherie and Lydia were very informative and explained in great detail what was needed and made other suggestions on what my car could use. I needed my air filters changed as well...and in my Ford Fusion...it is not an easy task. They worked to get me in and out as fast as possible and were friendly throughout. I will be back with my other vehicles to have the oil changed in the near future. EXCELLENT JOB!!! read more

We frequent Cobblestone for routine maintenance on our vehicles. When I pulled up this day they were busy but one of the guys working came to me and said they'd get me in ASAP. They were honestly working fast and I didn't have a problem waiting. Once in the bay the inspected everything under the hood and didn't attempt to offer me services or products that I knew I didn't need. They pulled the car around and parked for me after it was completed (we chose to go to a restaurant to wait). Overall the service was great and the price was comparable so what I'd get elsewhere so we will continue to use Cobblestone for our cars. read more

I've been going here for 10 years and unfortunately today for some reason Gustavo was in a very bad mood... I was greeted by my normal team at the oil change shop and after my vehicle was stolen asked if they could just wipe off some applesauce on the seat and was told it would be $140. They refused to clean it and had a line of 18-25 people with one register working. The person would not take the time to explain to me what the changes for. I sold my old car and it took 18 minutes for someone to come and help. The line was SO long everyone was strayed even yelling at customers. I'm used to paying $30-$35 and as a single struggling dad during Covid I try to save money when possible. They called the cops on me. When I tried to ask for the keys to my inhaler which was locked in the truck. I had an episode of SVT and my heart started to race. As this happens I start to have asthma and fell to the ground. As I fell I begged, pleaded, and asked for the keys so I could get my inhaler. His answer... Not until you pay your Bill. Never will be back. Don't go there. Policies over the human element. sad. Long time customer here... took my car to get washed, decided to have it detailed as well. So that was $110 plus a generous tip. Got home, my gate clicker was missing. I called the representative at Signal Butte but he was dismissive. He acted like I was making the whole thing up. I had just bought the new clicker a week ago for $60. Now I have to drive to Phoenix and get another one. This whole situation is costing me time and money. I doubt I'll return especially since there are other options in the valley. When we pulled into the wash we asked the guy what the cheapest wash was where we could get the inside and outside cleaned and he told us the basic wash + mat cleaning was our best option. We took his word for it. When we went to pay the wash was $21 and the mats were $20, adding up to $41. The most expensive wash they have there is $39. Had i known this I would have just gotten the most expensive wash. When we got the car back, the mats were still muddy and they are weather resistant, so they should be very easy to clean. The outside and inside was still muddy. Super dissatisfied and I feel like we got ripped off. read more

Let me start off by saying the building (store, waiting areas both indoor and outdoor) is very nice and appealing. No issues with the employees that I interfaced with during my initial check in and making the payment. However, that's all that I can say that is positive about this place. I purchased their $40 Platinum wash. I wasn't inside the store more than 5 minutes with another 5 minutes spent outside waiting for my vehicle when I was called that my truck was ready! I got up and commented to the guy that it's already done? He said yes. We walked around my truck and I pointed out all of the issues. Both interior and exterior. I ended up grabbing a rag and started wiping down the exterior myself while he attempted to get the interior somewhat acceptable. I don't expect the job to be 100% but when I pay for a full service wash, I don't expect to be wiping down my own rig for very obvious reasons. I can't believe they don't have anyone verifying quality before they release a vehicle. The quality is horrendous, and I will not be returning anytime soon. You have been warned.... read more

Cobblestone is my go to when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to go to a drive through place and detail myself. The thing is, if I'm going to pay 3x the price I expect at least a decent effort. I got in my car after what had to be the most half assed car wash I've ever had. They didn't even wipe my dash board it was covered in dust and had water spots. The air freshener literally takes my breath away when i get in the car and I have to inevitably roll my windows down to be able to breathe which streaks the windows I just paid $24 plus tip for. If you can find the time and energy find a place like clean freak and do it yoself. read more

51 bucks (36 for car wash and 15 for tip) to have my windows completely streaked. Because of where the car was parked with the overhead parking, I couldn't see the windows (rear and back side windows). It wasn't until I got in the car the next morning did I see the greasy windows. Also, my car was 6 days old and there was some kind of grease on the back spoiler. I'm guessing they cleaned the wheels or another car before doing the windows. The inside looked like they just took a dry wag and wiped it down. The scent was gone within a mile or two and the only thing that looked good was the carpets. My wife warned me not to go there, and of course, she was right. Go elsewhere or better yet, break a sweat and do it yourself. Incredible price gauging on oil changes. Don't fall for the "free car wash with oil change" either. When they know it's a free car wash they do a horrible job. They simply wash the exterior and virtually skip wiping down anything on the interior. I do 10x better with a $7 clean freak wash and doing it myself within 15mins. So after getting my Car washed I came to get the key and all that was handed to me was the key itself and not the fob or my keychain. The man who spoke to me said they are not fully liable for breaking it because these can be brittle and it just happen to go. He began to search for a replacement fob on Amazon but of course had no luck. I write this review to state if you go here, and your car or items in your car are delicate, they do not care. It was a fast car wash, assembly style and you're just a number there. They gave me a complimentary car wash and reminded me they are not fully responsible for this and that these break all the time. Would have given a '5 Star' rating but when you have a car no matter how old or what make or model- the person waving you into the wash bay with the 'come-in' arrow OUTTA BE WATCHING that your tires are lining up and that theirs not going to be a problem when entering (screwing up your tires). This has become my home gas station away from home. We have family nearby that we visit often and this is the local stop. This is usually our first stop the clean off the vehicle to get all of the dirt off from the drive. The kids love to watch the car go through the wash and there is an added bonus of having a station set up where the kids can use a wash gun to shoot soap on the cars as they pass. There is a decent sitting area to watch the game or the news while you wait. They have just about everything you would need in the gas station and the staff has always been courteous and friendly. It can take some some time to get you car back but when they are done it is pretty spotless and the inside looks great. The location is great as it is near the interstate so you can get your gas filled up before you get back on the road. read more

I bought the monthly unlimited package. The first car wash and interior clean was good. Not OMG, good, but I was pleased. Have been back twice and mediocre both times. Windows are streaky, lots of lint. Wipe down inside is just a swipe, have to ask for scent and it's very weak. Lasts maybe an hour. I will try a different car wash or location after this month. read more
