I bought the monthly unlimited package. The first car wash and interior clean was good. Not OMG, good, but I was pleased. Have been back twice and mediocre both times. Windows are streaky, lots of lint. Wipe down inside is just a swipe, have to ask for scent and it's very weak. Lasts maybe an hour. Don't trust this car wash! They sold me an upgraded wash for $11 but fail to disclose that it was a subscription. The following month they hit my card for an additional $20. I cancelled the subscription and ask for a refund. The employees said that they would refund in 2-3 days but it hasn't happened after 2 months and 2 followups. I don't get why every time I go to this location (unlimited pass) there's still bugs all over the front of my car and windshield, 30% of my dash has been wiped down and they never bother to clean or even stick a vacuum in my cup holders. I spilled a monster on my door when I was getting out of my car so I specifically asked to while down my door and this is a picture after my car was washed....the didn't even touch it, and I even upgraded my wash Response to your comment....cup holders are reachable. Don't trust the guy who checks you in. He quoted me 25 per month for the unlimited wash last year and we were charged 39. Today i asked for the $40 dollar wash and was charged 79. I was told the extra charge was to wipe it down with armor all. I will not be back. 12/10/2020 @ around 1130 NEGATIVE FIVE STARS! This was the first and will be the last time I will EVER go to this place. This place has signs ALL OVER there entrance stating they will repair OME parts, if damaged while being washed. However, after my driver's side mirror housing was blown/knocked off (mirrors were in stowed/folded position before and during the wash). The car wash manager insisted that his "wash is most powerful" and refused to take responsibility. I watched a video recording showing that an employee had to retrieve the blown off part. I also told the truth that my mirrors recently were service by an authorized dealer, to replace sensors in the mirrors. The car wash manager wanted to argue that it wasn't the car wash's fault in any way. After I stated I would never return, he said "good." PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No wonder they only have a two star review!!! Additionally, the dealership my car was serviced at, washed my car after repairing my mirrors. I had also ran my car thru another automated car wash (with "most powerful" driers) and the mirror housing hadn't fallen off. I had also driven my car at speeds of 70 MPH and still my mirror housing hadn't fallen off, until I went to this DUMP'S "most powerful" sh*t show. STAY AWAY for two main reasons: 1. "Most powerful" car wash must mean it damages your vehicle. Paint, clear coat, parts, and god knows what else... 2. Managers will not take responsibility and their customer service is garbage. The manager could've offered a free (cheapest) wash or AT A MINIMUM A FRIGGIN' APOLOGY, RATHER THAN ARGUING WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! TWO STAR REVIEWS FOR A REASON. Avoid this place at all cost Came in for a wash. Saw the rating but went because it was local and my experience with cobblestone in the past was fine. Went in and the workers were really rude despite me being apologetic about my inexperience with this establishment in particular. After the wash (mind you I paid for their 30 dollar works wash) my car wasn't even completely clean the windows had dried soap on them and my front rims were damaged (paint seems to be scratched off). CHIPPED AND CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. The "manager", Gustavo, lied and claimed the chip was already there and the water caused the crack. He rudely refused to do anything about the damage. The whole windshield needs replaced. Neither the large chip nor the crack was there when I pulled in. Something obviously got kicked up in their filthy car wash. I've had to send my insurance after their insurance. Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they destroy my windshield, but it's still not even clean, and neither is the inside. They hardly touched it with a vacuum or cloth. And the staff just make up lies to maintain plausible deniability so they can try and avoid paying for the damage they caused to the car. read more

Good Morning, I am truly disappointed in the leadership of this store. This was the last straw that this particular store has done to me and my family. I Had my car cleaned on 6-3-2020. The machine had torn off the cover to my passenger mirror and almost pulled off my roof strip on the driver's side. I tried this morning to talk the car wash manager, Gustavo "Gene" to discuss how they were going to fix this and said he was not going to do anything and it was pre-existing. How can something be pre-existing when Gustavo handed my son the cover after the wash? There isn't any ownership of what happened to my vehicle. I would like to speak to the owner or Gustavo's boss to discuss how we are going to correct this and how their leaders such as Gene blame me or my son for lying. I tried to solve this at the lowest level and nothing is yet to be resolved. The customer should not be the victim and the business should do everything they can to make the customer happy. After the rep suggested their "Ultima", I said fine and gave him the keys. He then said he'd have to charge an extra $10 to clean the mud out of the wheel wells. I said OK. So all, in, $50. When I got home, I had to re-clean the windshield to remove the bugs and streaks, clean the mud off the floor mats and wash the wheel wells to stop them dripping muddy water. Back to do it myself - absolutely no pride in work. they were fast.... too fast. Simply a horrible job. read more

I was the first in line when they opened at 7am. I asked How long it would take for the detailing. He assured me that it would be less than an hour. (I had a 9:00 meeting). They washed the car and then brought it to the detail area where they proceeded for the next 30 mins to detail another car. I went and asked. And they began working on my car at 7:45. IT BRINGS ME GREAT PLEASURE TO LEAVE COBBLESTONE A ONE-STAR REVIEW!!! And frankly, I'd leave them a zero-star review if I could. Ok, where do I begin? I made a promise to myself 5-years ago to NEVER go back to Cobblestone after a fiasco where they lost my key and remote control in a wheel well fender of my Yukon, then have the audacity to blame me for it and give my the run-around trying to avoid paying for their neglect. Anyway, as for today's visit, after shooing away the meth head who was adamant about trying to sign me up for rock chip repair in my windshield, the cashier (in the green shirt) talked me into getting a $20 (premium wash) as it was on happy hour discount and also paid an extra $15 bucks to condition the inside doors/dash/leather. Note that it was already sprinkling out and had I known there was NO rain check for a future visit, I would have just waited to another time. When I picked up my car from detail, the detailer's essentially said that the crew are supposed to clean the car prior to the wash and there is a crew who is supposed to clean the windows/interior/exterior after the wash. The detailer said those employees often do not do any of the work as it's already going to the detail shop anyway and "they" will take care of it. When I got my car, nothing was done other than a slab of shiny throughout my car. I also highly doubt this was "conditioner." To compound a felony, the detailers just applied a coat of shine to an already dirty/dusty dashboard, seats, etc. making it look worse than when I came in. The icing on the cake is when I finally got home, I noticed the key fob was missing (flashbacks from 5 years ago). After already being flustered from the situation above, I didn't realize my fob was missing as the car was already running when I got inside (out of sight, out of mind). Since I drove the whole way home with the windshield wipers on, I knew my key fob was gone. Fortunately, when I opened the hood, the fob was resting in a crevice below the wipers. That could have gotten real ugly, real fast. In closing, I guess I can't be too hard on Cobblestone. After all, I broke my own promise to never go back. I guess as the saying goes...first time, shame on you...second time, shame on me! read more

I find it funny, they reply with a message apologizing and asking me to send my info in an email. I do that with zero reply from them. It is clear that reply was a cookie cutter reply to appear like they would try to correct it. You could offer a lifetime of free car washes from that location and now that company in general and I would not accept it. read more

The Go Unlimited turns out to be very limited. When I have repeatedly pointed out to the attendant or Quality Control person about obvious basic cleaning that was missed, I've been told that "Our Full Service wash does not include more than general during down of the interior". That certainly seems less than full service to me. My wife and I both enrolled in Go Unlimited but have withdrawn from the program. I never feel like I'm getting full value for full service. read more

I took my truck to get a car wash and clean the interior. I was told it would be $40. After 15 minutes I was told it was done. After reviewing it, however, nothing was done in the interior except just running a cloth over the top of the dash. I mentioned this to the clerk, who said he'd send it through again. A second review noted that the job still was not done. While I was there waiting, a second person complained about the poor service. I do NOT recommend this business. I came in at 2:54 on 9/5/2021, and paid for a basic wash, upholstery shampoo, carpets, and excessive condition. I was informed after payment that they would not be able to complete my vehicle before closing time and to bring it back the next day. I was informed by Jonah Barnett that I would receive a complementary wax on my vehicle for the inconvenience. I told him that I would be back around 10:00 the next day. I arrived on 9/6/2021 at 9:53 am and spoke with Jonah again. He informed me that they would get started on my vehicle right away. I sat watching while 7 other vehicles were taken before mine, 3 of which came in after my vehicle. Went today, got in my car.. yes it was dirty that is the reason I took it there..I Looked around and it was still dirty inside!! Looked like they didn't even bother to wipe it out! I told the kid to wipe off my door and then I used his very dry rag a little to try and clean off the dirty areas.. that was a joke.. he didn't say hey let me redo it or anything.. I just drove away!! I will never go back again.. I cleaned the stuff they missed when I got home anyhow so they are useless!! So needless to say I won't be back again!! I had posted on Turo and not even an hour later my car was booked for 10 days and I had not cleaned the car yet. So I was panicked and rushed. After speaking to Jason, brought the car in last minute. I just moved here from out of state. Not only was this the absolute worst wash I've ever gotten it was also the most expensive. I purchased a detail and I had to tell them afterwards to wipe down my seats. They were still so dirty! It was like no one touched them. The wash took forever too so I figured my car was going to be sparkling. It was honestly hardly even clean. I got home and noticed on the outside there was still dirt and streaks all over it. I recent moved. I was a regular at the Alma School location. I was also pleased with the service and attentiveness of the team there. Having moved the signal butte location became the closest wash. The very first visit I noticed a difference. The full service has became so bad I started using the Express. This is where I started to notice the wash was being set to basic instead of ULTIMATE. How do I know? As you go through each section a panel illuminates. No pretty colored fiams. The first time, ok. Second time hmm, the fourth time unacceptable. This particular location always seems to have equipment that is broken and not working properly. The staff is hit or miss. Why pay for an unlimited car wash package to get a crappy wash due to poor equipment and cleaning supplies. Other locations far exceed this one Update - i tried another time to make sure it wasn't just a bad day. Nope, awful and worse than before. They have a short line and decide to crank up the speed on the conveyor rather than let you get a proper wash. No time to dry or fully rash. I went into the store and explained my predicament. The staff was kind and helpful and told me Joe, their manager would help me get the car unlocked. Joe was friendly and promptly went to work. It took a number of tries but with Joe's patience and skill he finally got the car unlocked. Joe had stayed late to help a customer in need. I cannot thank him enough! read more
