Discount for multiples and it is really an excellent car wash which provides towels and air hoses and vacuums if you want the lesser monthly fee or the full service which we have on two of our cars which lets me have coffee, tea, cold water and a rocking chair while I wait the few minutes for hand drying and interior cleaning. The attendants are always so polite and accommodating. They continually Thank me for my time in the Military, thanks to the staff. Today I decided to try the full service wash, I was somewhat disappointed, not to the point where I will not utilize their wonderful service, etc. They are supposed to wipe down the door panels, NOT, see attached picture. the wheels were never touched and maybe that's not part of the service??? went to this location for years and every time got less of a wash due to employees turning off all middle top brush. my truck did not look clean. at times I would request to turn it on and I would acknowledge my tailgate and toolbox would not be hurt my truck or their equipment. managers would only allow my truck to be washed off the brushes are to be turned off. currently I will be going else where and I strongly recommend everyone else to do the same being how disrespectful the leadership and management is turning out to be. they are building one bigger closer to my home and I'm already disappointed about my experience now and already not looking forward to this same leadership carried on to the next one. please save your time and experience and find a better place than these people. First time visiting and it was a good experience. I had read reviews that this was the place was better than some of the other drive-thru washes, especially for new cars. The staff was great and the first wash on our new car was great. We got the interior service which cleaned the inside and they did a great job. I liked the conveyor belt that wasn't as hard in the wheels fitting into a track. Our only hiccup was the belt stopped mid wash which freaked out my wife, but everything else went smoothly. read more

This was my first time here and I am disgusted at a place that claims to have the latest and provide a spot free wash. Value is not there, I would not be happy if they paid me to do this to my car. I love Mr. Shine! If you're planning to wash your car at least twice a month, I highly recommend their memberships. Today, my car was overdue for a wash and vacuum.. As I was vacuuming, I discovered my floor mats were looking pretty gnarly and decided to take them out so that I could vacuum underneath first. To my surprise one of the employees, Anaiya, took the initiative to clean them for me! She was incredibly sweet and went out of her way to help me, even though she didn't have to. I noticed that throughout the 15-20 minutes I was there, she was constantly moving around, finding things to do and people to assist. Her strong work ethic and kind demeanor are truly commendable. Let's start with drive from CA, hadn't washed my truck in weeks. Parked under a tree at hotel and the birds left a lot of deposits on my hood. Ran through the wash and went to the vacuum station. Vacuumed out the car and found really nice towels to finish up the windows and interior. Windows were so clean you couldn't tell there was a window. read more

Absolutely the worst car wash in PHX! Don't waist your money or time! $30 for full service inside/out and the car looks almost as bad as it did before the wash! Called over a manager and he was zero help. Showed him all the areas that were missed and he reluctantly grabbed a rag and started to wipe things down. Gave it another crack, and it's still not worth the price. I have attached the receipt and a few photos. Their work on your car is not great. So you are better off cleaning the interior yourself. Love this carwash! Been a member for a while now and just upgraded to a family plan with express interior and love as a family young kiddos who behave better getting the exit the car and watch it get cleaned vs trying to keep them behaving while I do it myself. Love the speed, the ease, and the quality for someone who likes to keep their car clean but can have it instantly look like a piñata of exploded on a quick ride. Management and staff are very friendly and when self cleaning the inside the vacuums actually work here - unlike Superstar Carwash that has quickly become trash. If you have reasonable expectations of what this type of wash service is, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it is to have the interior cleaned each time you go. It's not a detail, they aren't scrubbing stains out, etc. it a quick clean up and cleaning of the dash and windows. They also offer a brushes off option if you have a nice car or ceramic coated your car or have a black car and don't want swirls and prefer to wash it without the brushes. My advice to management would be to make that a selected option on my plan so I don't have the flag the attendant down before entering the wash each time and ask them to turn them off. read more

I was bending over wiping the back of my car, I turned around and an employee that goes by the name Max T. (Won't tell the whole name) just weirdly standing behind me. I was weirded out that he was standing behind kinda close without saying anything. He asks " can you give me a yelp review?" I said "for what?" I didn't even know him and he didn't offer to help me with anything. He responded "oh how you like the car wash, like leave a yelp review for the car wash and please put my name." Paid for the top tier wash. Was not worth it at all. The truck left with water spots everywhere bugs still in the grill and window. On the inside they basically wiped down my radio and gauge cluster. I watched them vacuum the inside but it was a horrible job. Cup holders still had residue inside, not a single door panel was wiped down. They completely missed the top of my dash and every door jam. Dirt and rocks everywhere still. I ended up pulling into the self serve part with the vacuums and finished the job myself. I will say if you're looking for a quick wash this place isn't bad. Especially if you have custom wheels they use a conveyor belt instead of tracks. How ever if you want your car actually washed go to Jackson's. They are cheeper and do a much better job. read more

Trip 1. If you just want a quick wash this is not the place. I pulled into the line to pay. There was a guy working there apparently upselling the car in front of me. He came back and told me to go to the next line. I asked him to ask the person behind me to back up. Instead, that guy cut me off and took my place in line which is apparently OK here as the sales person just let it happen. Then the upsell began with that guy. I finally left and went to Jackson's. Here comes the upsell, "Are you sure you want just the shine? It's just water and barely any soap." "That's all I want, brushless please." I guess I'm glad this happened, after reading the other reviews. I decided to try this place simply because it's new-ish and I like trying different places. But they were closed, at a time that they said they were open (Sunday about noon). Yelp even shows that they updated their hours just a week ago. I specifically drove past my usual wash locations just to try this one. He called the basic $8 wash a "rinse" and said if I wanted soap it would be $12. Are you kidding me? I get the $12 wash, there's nobody there to wipe down the car afterward and when I get home, my back bumper is literally filthy! I had to clean it myself. Probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. A three year old could do a better job than this place. I paid $16 for their ultimate wash, which included tire shine. After the wash, my tires looked worse than before. There was absolutely no shine on my tires. My windows looked as if they had dirt still over them. Not to mention, I left with two huge scratches on my roof from their shitty machines inside their car wash, because obviously they don't change out their brushes. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else for your car washing needs. This place sucks. read more

Terrible job!! I pay 60.00 dollars a month and have always been very pleased with the full service. Yesterday Jan 11th around 3:30 I took my car in to get washed. I wanted to let those who are in charge know that I got the worst service in the detail part. Usually there is a few grown adults with a blue shirt walking around making sure they are doing a good job. And when your vehicle is done, the one with the blue shirts on will come and inspect your vehicle. Not yesterday! All the guys in the blue shirts were to busy screwing around with the ones in the white jump suits. First off my car windows were wiped with dirty towels, so when I drove out and the sun hit them, they were so smeared and streak inside and out. Again, the Young Guys in their blue shirts were to busy jumping around and playing with the ones in there white jump suits. that no one was doing their job. Well, except one young man was drying off and touching up at the end. I guess he wasn't Cool enough to hang around with the guys in the Blue shirts like everyone else was. You give a KiD an adult job and let them wear a blue shirt you get a kids job when your car is done. I have recommended this car wash to so many people but if this is how it's going to be the next time I go, I will take my business elsewhere. I've been a customer for many years now, and I finally decided to write a review about my experience at Mr. Shine car wash. I pay for the best membership you can purchase at Mr.Shine but you definitely dont get the best service. Firstly the employees are very nice and polite, but the service where they wipe your car and vacuum its is not worth the headache and the time it takes just to get your car back with clean mats but not vacuumed. Once you move the mats, you can see they never vacuumed, and I mean not even a little, as you can see in the photos. It's happened multiple times, and I've even called to let management know so they can talk to the staff about being thorough when vacuuming and wiping, but it seems to be without any resolve. Every time we go to the car wash, we always say it helps or saves us time with the cleaning even though it's still bad, but it's getting worse and worse. The staff would rather talk to each other instead of work, just standing around and tell eachother joke which i get work is supposed to be fun, but when one person is working and the other two are just standing there joking with eachother with rags in their hand instead of actual doing something is ridiculous. I would rather take my money and go somewhere else. I'm going to cancel my membership and look somewhere else to get my car wash needs. read more
