ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! The buy one get one free $20 Champion wash is great but you only have 2 weeks to use your second free wash. Just scan your receipt to use your second wash, and you can use it at any Raceway location. The Champion wash comes with a dash wipe, microfiber towel, and a new car scent. Staff is friendly and helpful, and I love how they have restrooms and water fountains on-site. They have strong vacuums here as well and a compressed air spray.

I was charged the initial 10 dollar hold but then charged a total of 40 dollars on one transaction and 4 on another.
