Came to pick up a giftcard for my mom for carwashes. She is amazing. My gift is serving and I get it from her. She just loves to be there for us. I went in to purchase. The gal rang me up and handed me the card. The card looked like it needed a car wash. It was scratched up and black. It looked like it was ready for the trash. I asked her if this was it? She said yes they reuse their giftcards. I told her it was a gift. Ha ha She didn't know how to transfer funds to a new card. So she washed it up for us the best she could. This is the only Yelp review I have ever written/ felt the need to write. I came in for a ceramic coating and was greeted by Robert Higgins in the service bay. Robert asked if I wanted to upgrade to the clay bar option. I asked how much that would be instead of the ceramic coating. He said $150. $40 more than the $110 ceramic coating I thought that sounds great, I'll do that. I also asked for my two front seats to be shampooed he said he could do that no charge. Great. He walked me over to the computer showed me him typing out the $150 charge on the screen. I Instead I was charged $454 which was not divulged to me at all for a clay bar ($150), exterior polish and protect ($250) (asked for the ceramic coating $110) , and an ultimate wash($38). Unfortunately I hadn't noticed until Robert had left for the day and I could not speak to him. Luckily the car wash manager (Brian Anderson) was there. I let Brian know the situation. He gave me his personal number and said they will investigate into the situation and let me know in the next few days. I would also like to add that it took them about 2 and a half hours to get my truck done. The exterior looks great but the seats could have been done better and they forgot the air freshener. As of right now I will be leaving this as a 1 star review until I hear back from the car wash manager. read more

My truck was in dire need of a wash and cobblestone is the best spot for a wash in town. It's always insanely busy so we paid and walked over to grab a bite to eat while we waited. Service at the pay counter is ok, but nothing to write home about. Store itself is clean and plenty of snack and drink options. If you don't have time for a full detail they have drive thru option and self vacuum as well. The detailers work their butts off and we came back to a super clean truck. read more

Car washes at this location are awful. We continue to try them over the years because we like to have lunch while we wait at nearby restaurants. However I'm over them. Who pays over $100 dollars and they never clean the cup holders , I pay for Armor all and there is still dust on the dash they always forget air freshener so why do they bother asking? Here's ago. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend went to get his work truck detailed, paid over $150, only to get it back and have nothing done to the truck. It was obvious the workers didn't even attempt to wipe down the dash or vacuum and shampoo the carpets like promised when the truck was dropped off. These issues were brought to the attention of a staff a member who attempted to reclean the vehicle very poorly. When asked for the manager, manager was extremely rude and stated "I don't have time for this just give him a full refund he can leave a yelp review I don't care." Manager did not attempt to be apologetic, did not offer a new cleaning, just gave us the refund and walked away without another word. We had planned to bring 3 other vehicles back to this location today for detailed however they just lost our business forever and we will constantly tell everyone we know to not give this place the time of day for the absolutely terrible service we received. Brought my xterra in for a wash. After talking to employee checking me in, I upgraded to the ultimate wash and purchased a coupon book for an extra $5.00. Took our mini van in Thusday with the back seats folded down ( we haul dogs) I didnt expect perfection but I did'nt expect tuffs of hair rolling around in the back and none, none, of the plastics wiped down. I didnt notice it till today Saturday and had to do it all myself ( I tipped myself well). Friday I took my truck in it was much busier. The value of the full service cleaning is not there. I paid $40 today to essentially get just the outside sorta done with some tire shine. they didn't even attempt to vacuum at all leaving some small crumbs on the back seat and front seats. Had to wipe down my own center console as well and the back seat cup holders weren't even looked at. Front window still had bugs in it and bugs still on the front bumper. I went to the self service spot and EASILY wiped them off with a rag. Had to pay a high price to do it myself. Ridiculous! I came in on 3/4/24 and paid to have a full interior and exterior detail, and ended up dealing with yet another, horrible experience with your company. The last 3 or 4 times I have came in and paid for a full interior and exterior detail I have always been disappointed, and no kidding I'm there for 4 hours and they legitimately didn't even do a good enough job to charge me for a basic carwash in my opinion. I typically am so angry when I see it, I ask for a manager and then sit there for ever waiting and keep being told someone will come out and they never do. This time was even worse as they completely damaged the paint on my truck. I paid for a clay bar, polish, and wax on top of the full detail. When I arrived and talked to the sales guy on the line, I explained to him I wanted a full detail, and explained my last several experiences and that I would only have it done and pay for it if he made sure they knew all my previous experiences and that I wanted it done properly so I get what I'm paying for. He assured me he would relay the message and make 100% sure that the detailers took their time and did an excellent job, then worked me up my pricing package for all this service PLUS an additional future full detail for the price of $858.00. I felt that was SUPER expensive given me explaining the troubles I had had the last 3 times there, but I wasn't looking for a discount, I was wanting what I requested to be done properly, so I agreed if it was done proper and paid for the service. I waited patiently for 4 hours for the services to be completed before my truck was done. I went out to get my truck and spoke with a guy that barely spoke English who got me my keys and walked to me truck with me. I handed him a $40 tip in cash hoping it was all done properly. Upon walking around the truck I noticed the wheels were soaked in detailing sprain, still covered in dirt film, dirt all over in crevice's in the bumper and window seals, no detailing spray on the tops of the bedside plastics, dirty film covered windows, dirt and grime all over the wheel well lips, they never cleaned the headliner as requested, the seats still had stains on them even though I paid to have them cleaned, detailing spray soaked interior running down my dash, radio screen, speedometer screen, and there was detailing spray all over my windows. I asked for a manger and while I waited, he was trying to clean some stuff up, but no one came so I told him I would just call in today to see what we can do to fix the problem. It gets worse. I get home and take some more time to look over the truck and notice that the entire trucks paint is COVERED in surface scratched everywhere, the hood, the front and rear fenders, the doors and bedsides and tail gate. Either they had dirt and debris in their clay bar, or polishing wheels, but it destroyed the surface of my paint and now my truck looks like absolute crap. It does not appear at first look that it is so deep it can not be repaired, but I am having a body shop give me man an estimate to fix the paint surface and I 100% expect your shop to cover the expense due to your error and negligence. Lastly, this morning I noticed they never put any of my weather tech floor mats back in the truck either. I looked in the bed of the truck to see if they were back there and they were not. What I expect: 1. My paint repaired, and no I'm not letting your shop touch my truck again as you are the ones that destroyed it. (Estimate Being Obtained) 2. A full refund of my purchase yesterday for $858.00 3. A refund for me to purchase replacement floor mats for my truck that were not put back in it. $258.90 I have been using your company for 10+ years, in most cases consistently opting for the most expensive services when getting work performed, and sometimes its good work, most of the time its rushed horrible work. You're the closest detailer to my home, so I always come back and hope you wont mess it up the next time, but you always do, so I will no longer be using your services. In all honesty, you really should be refunding me for the last 2-3 $3 - $400 full details you did for me as well that you can see on file. Those were horrible as well, but at least you didn't ruin my paint those times. I am not typically the type to complain and come after a business as I am a business owner myself as well and I know mistakes can and do happen. How about train your lube techs. Car oil change down there 3 months ago the jerk tech rounded the bolt to my oil pan. Didn't say anything plus torque it on so bad that I cannot remove it. I went to cobblestone today off Bell and Litchfield Road and bought the $30 package. The outside of the car looks fantastic! But they didn't do a good job of vacuuming the inside of the car. My seats in the front didn't look like they were touched. The console between the seats didn't look like it was vacuumed or wiped down, even the inside of my doors ther a few things of small trash that was left. I don't think I'll be going back for the price if they charge you and can't do a thorough, vacuuming and wipe down inside your car for that price! read more

Was quoted 1 1/2 hours for a convertible wax at 10:40am , within minutes was told an extra 30. I know how long waxes can take, so his estimate was a sign of confidence. Dude kept on patting me on the back as some sort of weird sales tactic as if I was actually assured. I checked multiple times. There was just one guy handling the car. It's half the size of other cars that were waxed beside it. It's now 1:35 pm. They didn't even start waxing it until I brought it up. The other cars were completed. I had a recording session with my band at 12. I could have afforded to be late. Not this late, as of my writing they're still not done. A lot of standing around to be witnessed as several dozen cars pass by within these several hours. When I brought it up they got 4 guys on it and then they started waxing it. Just wish I was informed of an actually realistic quote before I threw down nearly $600 dollars to have my schedule thrown out the window. I gave them 4 hours and they didn't even finish washing my car. They made sure my time and money was thoroughly wasted. Never coming back and have half a mind to chargeback those thieving scam artists. They tried to cover up the absolute nothing they did for an interior wash. They straight up didn't even try for the 100+ I was charged for the wash itself, I didn't even get an air-freshener. I was robbed of nearly $600 and 4 hours of my time when I could have fractions doing it myself, defeating the whole purpose. Never come here, anybody. You WILL be stolen from. I took my car in to have it cleaned at the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Cave Creek North Tatum Blvd. AZ. The attendant told me for 36$ they would clean it inside and out and hand polish it. When I got it back there were water spots on all the windows and chrome trim. The mud flaps and running boards were not wiped down and still had dirt on them. The inside was hardly touched. The floor matts not even vacuumed. It was a lousy job and way over priced. I will not be returning ever! read more

Went there today for a car wash. Without asking me what wash I wanted the attendant keyed in the ultimate n tire wells for $56! I had them remove the tire well washing. When my car was finished it appeared that the leather seats and dash had never been wiped down. When I pointed this out I was told they do a light clean. Light clean? They didn't even dust the dash. All I can say is avoid this place like the plague! They stole over 400.00 from my account after I tried in vain to cancel a subscription. For over a year and a half they continued to charge my card every month. I am in the process of disputing it now but they are making it very diffuicult. Why can't these companies operate with integrity? It should have been obvious to them after I brought this to their attention that I was not coming in to get my car washed so I was obviously telling the truth. So now they are making me fight for my money back. All I can say is don't sign up for one of their monthly plans...if you can't come in for any reason, you'll have to fight tooth and nail. I am very disappointed in Cobblestone and the manager Tyler. Brought my truck in for a wash; left with a poorly cleaned vehicle and a large scratch on the center console. Immediately brought the damage to the manager who said they never scratch or damage cars. The scratch had to of been there. He then proceeded to tell me, I can call corporate, but they will only refer back to him and he will tell them it was not damaged by his team. Basically, I am SOL. He is always so nice and welcoming and always trying to find a way to keep me coming back for more services by providing great value options for washing my car. I also have made them my go to for my oil changes as well. They are fast and don't try to unnecessarily upsell you. Ryan was very helpful for me today and as with the car wash, I have had great service in the quick Lube section as well. The four stars Is because they cleaners could do a better job at being thorough with their cleaning particularly inside the car, cleaning out the cup holders and dash areas better, I feel like I have to always go behind them and clean it again. read more
