I was visiting family in Arizona, but I really needed to get my car washed just to get some of the bugs and debris off the windshield, etc.. My sister suggested going here since it was a quick "drive-through style" car wash. I pulled in and followed the signs to the car wash entrance where you can pay by credit card. Some people do have a pass, which I do not. Once the arm raised up your directed by the employee to enter the bay. Take your foot off the break and gas pedal put the car in neutral and off you go. It kind of reminds me of a disco car wash. I took the basic car wash just because I was traveling, but there's other options for add-ons. I thought the car wash did a very good job removing some of the harder stuck on dirt and bugs afterwards you can use the vacuum. I did not. I'm not sure if there's a cost associated with that. It probably took less than 10 minutes to run through the car wash with my SUV and dry with the blowers at the end. I would definitely come back and if I was living there, I probably would get a pass. I started a membership May 15 and paid $24.99 and then I was again bill on May 26 for $24.99. I went into the location and I spoke to an employee by the name of Levi and he said it must be a glitch in the system. He was going to speak with a manager and have them get back to me. No manager ever got back in touch with me. I have contacted the location several times leaving several voicemails without any return call. Now I was again build another $24.99 this past Wednesday. I canceled my membership on June 10. These people are terrible and I will not do any further business with them. This is the only car wash I use because it is conveniently located, clean, and has helpful personnel. Free vacuums and once you proceed to the wash side, you are given an air freshener and a dash wipe. The wash itself is very thorough and there are clean towels available. Let talk about "Bait and Switch"! Why advertise when you're not going to give the customer what your advertising the sign says by any single use wash and get 30 days unlimited use but when I went to ask them how that works they said that the sign is misleading and that's not what they are selling they are selling a 30 day unlimited use plan for the cost of a single use so you don't get to purchase any single use and get 30 days free, you have to sign up for a 30 day plan which auto renews and you get charged for it if you forget to uncharged it and you get it for the cost of a single use for that first 30 days after that they charge you the normal amount so for those people that don't get to remember to cancel that they end up getting charged anyway how is that right for anyone at this location? The vacuums did not work well and the class that normally that you use that are usually somewhat damp so they can help wipe things off. We're not wet at all. So this is two star for the wash itself but lack of customer service for the bait and switch I minus three stars out of five. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because if they can't honor what they advertise then why would I expect them to honor anything else that may come up.! read more

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I was about 1/2 way through the wash when I felt the car lurch. Once through, I inspected and found minor damage to the front clip on the left side. I went inside and asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none on duty (this was 4:30pm). Only people there were 2 teenaged kids, one ran and hid and they other walked out and looked at the damage. He decided I should do an incident report, which I did. I asked him if he wanted pictures but he stated the camera is always dead (isn't that convenient). I suggested he use his cell phone which he did. I was told to expect a call within 24-48 hours. This was Thursday. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, I called and again asked to speak to a manager. David Stated he was a manager. I explained what happened but he stated he was not THAT manager, but he would text Hunter (apparently THAT manager) and to expect a call within 24 hours. It is now Friday and no one (not even Hunter) has attempted to contact. This is unacceptable. I used to use this place almost exclusively but no more. If you choose to do so consider yourself warned! Growing up in Phoenix, we had an expression we often used. We would say "Last night we had a 6 inch rain." People would think "OMG, it must have been a flash flood. Are you alright?" While a 6 inch rain may seem like a gully washer, in Phoenix, it means six drops of rain 6 inches apart, carrying with it all the sand and smog from the sky which muddies the car and makes it look like it had competed in an off-road Moto-Cross mud race. We'll, we got a 6 inch rain last night and my freshly washed and detailed car looked like crap. I don't enjoy breaking the bank and spending $29.95 for a wash each time it "rains," so this time, I decided to use 3 Minute Express Car Wash and I'm glad I did. Very simple, $9.99 for the basic, in and out with a great blow dry. This used to be my favorite car wash. I visited tonight and pulled out of the wash with a car so wet it was dripping a puddle. I asked the attendant about my dripping car who initially told me some wetness is normal. When I mentioned dripping a puddle is not at all normal the attendant said "oh, and we have a blower out" Would have been nice to know before I entered the wash. Before I could ask for another turn at the dryer, the attendant said "and no, we won't give you a re wash, it'll be the same story" and set out to continually pulling in signs an hour before closing. Well this has become our car wash. We haven't had any issues with damage. and my husband's truck is big! All but this last time has my car came out squeaky clean. I always get the same wash so I do not know why the last time it ended up with a lot of spots. Usually after a wash here it takes forever for things to stick to it and get dirty again. Maybe it was just an off day and maybe something was running low? I always have trouble swiping my card which is my issue, but is very entertaining. If you do something incorrect give it a second to reset before trying again or you will be there a while. My flaws give entertain me and give me a needed giggle once in a while. Can't beat the free vacuums. I haven't tried them yet as other wash vacuums have hurt my ears being so loud so I just do it at home. read more

I always roll with the cheapest option available. I have an older Corolla and shes not the most beautiful car in the world, but damn it, shes treated me right. I always go with the "light wash" options at these type of places and am happy with the results. Clean car, free vacuums with great suction, can't be beat. Love that this place is only $3.00, too. Most other washes of this type are now up to at least $5.00 per wash. They start out at $3.00, then increase their prices over time (not that its a bad thing, just that I'll take $3.00 over $5.00 any day of the week). I used their service several times and decided to do the monthly car wash service. I discovered they were withdrawing twice a month on my credit card. I have spoken to a manager, employees and corporate and have gotten nowhere. Someone will get back to me in 5 business days, this is now 3 months and no one has contacted me. We had to contact our bank to stop any further transactions, the BBB and the attorney general and still nothing. Stay away from the 3 minute car wash on 115th and Bell. read more

Been here x 3. Not very well attended. They barely pre-spray before you enter with $9.99 wash. No little compressor hoses to use inside car for blowing out dust, you know, little hoses with air nozzles that sprays out the vents etc. Generic, no personality. Employees do bare minimum. I am big on washing my car often. I even have a monthly membership to a competitor of the 3 minute express. I was in the area for an appointment and decided to check it out, pay for a wash and see how it compared. I was so impressed right away. I always vacuum my car first so I can leave right after the wash. I always have issues at my membership wash. The vacuums are always clogged and the hoses are always a bit too short to reach my third row seats in my SUV. These vacuums picked up everything and reached to the back of my car. It looked great after. The wash was just as great. The air fresheners smell awesome. I was given cleaning wipes for inside the car as well when entering. For 9.99 my car looked great.
