Whoever says this is a great car wash must not know what a real wash looks like. I usually do it on my own, but due to last minute plans I decided to give these guys a try. They sold me on the most expensive service which it was discounted if I signed up for a membership, so I did. When I say terrible, it is an understatement. Seats weren't vacuumed, mats were not even moved half an inch to vacuum the floors. Doors were still dusty when we got it back. We pointed this out to a gentleman who was the closest, he spent maybe 30 seconds and walked away...well we later find out he (Tyler) was the manager. Instead of remedying the situation his excuse was "we're all humans, we missed it". As a business owner, if I used that excuse every time a customer complained, I would be out of business in days. Can trellis he has no managerial experience. I mean at least 10 guys touch one car, anyone could've called the "missed" work, that's what quality control is all about, specially if the manager is the one who touches it last. read more

I've been to many different car washes and this is one I will never return to after my first trip. I'm giving two stars because the outside was cleaned well. Not too hard to do because it's a machine cleaning it. And it wasn't terribly dirty. I ultimately went to have the inside cleaned off because I just went to the lake with 3 dogs. So naturally there was some sand/dirt/dog hair. They didn't even touch my dash!! They missed the entire thing. And then, I never got the car freshener they claim to provide. I'm pretty disappointed...the place looks like it does amazing work but the bad reviews and low ratings are true. read more

Poor customer service. I took my RV to get washed and was told the night before the earlier I bring it the earlier it will be done. I told Christopher the manager I will be there the following morning at 8am to have it washed. He said ok. I showed up the next morning at 8:30am and it sat in their parking lot for 7hours and was not a priority for them to wash! By 3:30pm I called to check the status of it because I need to take my RV back to storage by a certain time and "I really did not think it would take 7hours to wash an Rv!" I told them that I'd pick up my $250 approx charged for a Cobblestone RV wash and will spend my well earned money elsewhere. You'd think they'd want to bounce back after a pandemic. Smh read more

I have a Toyota Prius that had just been on a long road trip. I brought it in and said I needed the interior cleaned and shampooed. I let the guy up sell me their best exterior car wash as well. It was the end of the day and I was told it'd be ready in 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours later it was ready. Frustrated I took I home and noticed the interior wasn't even vacuumed in parts, their was still bird poop on the exterior and the center console hadn't even been wiped down. We called and told them. They said to bring it back and they'd make it right. My wife dropped it off, showed the guy and he admitted it had been done half assed. He said come back in 3 hours and they'd have it done. 3 hours later we pick it up and the guy working on it says to come back in 20 minutes. We just took the car. If you can't do it in 5 hours, it's not worth it. So disappointed, we will not be returning. read more

So I paid for the full detail, minus the buff and granite it was busy but I sat there for 3 hours waiting for everything to be done and wasn't able to finish. My wife was late to work so I had to stop them and take the car. They told me the interior was complete and just missing the wax and to come back and they will finish. Now the interior wasn't the best. Left my cup holder full of water, my interior is black and white so on the white there were grease/dirt marks left on my dash. The cluster was foggy from whatever they sprayed on it and missed some spots on the steering wheel. So I don't feel like it was money well spent and not sure if I will be back here again read more

Not sure why this place is rated so low, 9/10 times I've been greeted and assisted immediately after arriving. Drew personally helped myself and a friend who wanted to buy a months pass. Instead of having to go inside and deal with the cashier he had took our I.d and card while we drove through the car wash- upon exiting returned the I.d/card. I received a coupon in the mail for a free wash and went in this morning to get it done. It wasn't too busy and the people were friendly and not too pushy for upsells. Store was clean and well organized. The wash took about 20 minutes (a bit long to me with amount of cars) but the results were fine. If I could give you zero stars I would. Wife took her Kia Sol in and bought $30 "special". Complete half ass job. They didn't even lift up the mats and vacuum underneath. You can see where they started wiping down the dash and then just quit when they got to the glove box. My wife went in to ask if they could re-do it and was instantly berated by the General Manager SHAWN. SHAWN yelled at my wife in front of other customers and told her she was lying because "he cleaned her car himself". SHAWN would not let my wife talk and continued to talk over top of her. Finally another "General Manager" came out - TYLER. TYLER apologizes for SHAWNS behavior and then excuses it by stating " well if you have ever worked customer service you would know that everyone has bad days". I just wanted to let the owners of Cobblestone to know the kind of behavior their "General Managers" are exhibiting. We will NEVER do business with you again because of SHAWNS behavior. I will tell EVERYONE I know about this experience. I am also going to speak with my city council district representative and ask him to consider another business instead of cobblestone to use for their entire fleet of vehicles. UPDATE: I have to say, I am really impressed with how my disappointing experience was handled by this location. Manager Tyler reached out to me after my complaint and admitted that they dropped the ball on my Fiat detail. Because I had already taken the car out of state to sell, he offered to give me a free detail on any car of mine or my family in the area, so that I could see how it is really supposed to be done. I was very shocked to see this kind of corrective action. I dropped off my 5 year old white Chevy Volt (beige leather/suede interior) that was in desperate need of some attention. Honestly... 135,000 miles can really wear your car down no matter how careful you are. The results when I got my Volt back were nothing short of astounding. My daughter, extended family and friends all thought it looked brand new, and I agree. I showed it off to everyone! I was even telling people to feel my car after this awesome clay bar treatment, because I've never felt anything like it. You don't realize the build-up until it's gone. So, all in all... it's too bad I had to go through all this to get to this point, but I'm happily updating my review because Tyler really went the extra mile to make it right in my opinion. And, they are clearly capable of outstanding work. The lesson here is if you decide to give them a chance, just be careful inspecting the work before you leave. It seems like the management team wants to keep customers happy, but I think they can get overwhelmed at times with the sheer volume of cars they see. At the Finish Line, IF I have any problems they take care of it right away (very few times I have had problems). I have a Escalade ESV and it always comes out looking great. At cashiers station was surprised with an extra $10 charge to remove the "red for ed" paint. Guy at front had not said anything about it being a charge to remove. I am usually not one to write reviews and I'm upset that this is going to be my first however after the terrible service I had at Cobblestone today and once previously, I could not help myself. The first time I visited Cobblestone was a few months ago and I got the Diamond Detail package. As somebody who works 60+ hours a week and has a larger vehicle I do not mind paying a little more to get a clean car. While waiting for my car to be detailed I waited outside and noticed somebody bring over a delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings to those who where working. One of the employees called out orders to those who where there and distributed them there food. This did not seem like anything significant so I went about my day waiting for my vehicle. It wasn't until I drove off of the lot that I found a piece of a boneless chicken wing lodged between my passenger seat and center console that I became upset. I understand people have to eat, but please be considerate and don't do it while inside of somebody else's vehicle. Although, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth I visited Cobblestone again in hopes of having a better experience. Today I took my car in to again get the Diamond Detail (I will include pictures of what it is suppose to include) and when I got my vehicle back I was beyond disappointed. There was trash left on my seats, water spots where all over my vehicle, the inside was not wiped down, there was trash in my cup holder, and who ever vacuumed the vehicle clearly was in a rush since there where crumbs and other residue all over. Additionally, my spare tire which I asked to be dressed (you can see it was included on the receipt) wasn't even touched. When I noticed this I asked to talk to a manager who responded to me with "they are human and mistakes happen" and although I believe that to be true, this level of fault is not just a "mistake" but rather just carelessness. To the managers credit he did offer for my vehicle to be re-vacuumed but due to already spending several hours there, I had an appointment to get to and could not stick around. Not to mention the vacuuming was not the only issue. At the end of the day it should not have to take a second try to get it right. Bottom line is if you're going to market something as a "detail" please make sure the customer gets what you market. I understand mistakes happen but as you will see in the pictures it is clear that there is no quality assurance and the work is subpar. I truly hope that if you decide to visit this business you have a better experience. read more

I remember now why I hardly come here. For one I had an expired coupon---about 6 weeks and told them they usually take them as they just repeat them through the year. What an issue--as thought I would get $5 off and only got $3. Car was in line for near 20 minutes when it was washed and yes they were busy but by the time someone came to dry it---car was basically dry. I asked for new car freshener which did NOT happen. Worst Car Wash Ever! I paid $44.99+$15.99 to have my car look 'fake' clean. Where to start? 'Bug Juice' remained on the front bumper-the hood and both side panels. I was told 'this' car wash doesn't clean that off. The wheels wells had the same dust and dirt I came in with. It looked worst because of the 'black' spray they put on the tires. Told again-this car wash doesn't clean there. The sun roof still had all the dirt I came in with... Their WAX left my paint dull-streaked-ugly. The worst thing could of been tragic. As I drove home - the sun was low-as it came through my windshield - haze on the inside - spots on the outside. I HAD TO PULL OVER AND WIPE THE HAZE OFF. My rule of thumb is to give everything at least two tries. If you have one bad experience maybe it was just a once off thing. Both times were for the same issue, so it warrants a one star. I arrive for a wash, vacuum and shampoo. I'm sold into a package for a complete detail. My car was washed for a basic wash and was vacuumed. No shampooing or scent was placed in the vehicle. Always had great service/experience here. Not today. After the wash my wifes car smelled like old wash rags. When mentioned the person said it will fade away. Mats were just thrown in not placed. Floor was not vacuumed and the inside of the doors were dirty still. I just got home and looked into the back seat and the back driver seat pocket has water dripping out and on to the floor. I heard complaints from someone I referred, and yesterday I saw it for myself.I Drove out and notice dust all over the - and instrument panels and doors and the back carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed. My husband and I took our Jeep wrangler 4 door there today. This was the WORST car wash ever for us. We specifically told the guy at the front NOT to open the back and one of the guys was trying to open it. Luckily we waited to go inside to make sure no one did try. And we were able to stop him. When we went inside to pay they offered a package deal which seemed like a good idea so we purchased that. Went outside and waited maybe 5 minutes and they had pulled the Jeep out and said it was done. When we went over to leave, it was still not dried off and still very dirty on a lot of places. We called the guy over that was working on it to take a look. At that point I told my husband we were not paying for that package deal. I went back inside to get a refund and they called the manager. He was absolutely useless and did nothing for us. When they gave us the refund they still charged us for the wash today. The "manager" clearly is not qualified for his job. When we got in the car to leave, the interior wasn't even touched. Terrible terrible customer service and terrible quality of work. Obviously we should have read the reviews on yelp, they are ALL terrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Got a generic reply from the car wash saying to contact them via their email address. All the other negative reviews had the same generic reply. My husband sent them an email yesterday at the same time I left the review on yelp. I have been going to Cobblestone for a couple of years and have always been satisfied with the car wash. HOWEVER, this time I was sold on the interior detail and other items and was VERY disappointed in the quality of work. There was a large drip of something black on the roof that was totally ignored, I had t call one of the black shirt managers over to wipe off the back o the car, it was a mess, then the topper was the windows,, when I got home I had to clean the windows all over again, they were very streaky, almost looked like they wiped the windows with a rag that had wax on it and left it at that. Quality control was non existent on this $85.00 car cleaning chore. If I did not have a few coupons that are already paid for I likely would not drive all the way from Buckeye, AZ to Surprise,AZ for a car wash. Really, Really a poor job ! ! ! read more

Took my company truck in to be washed and as they moved the truck to the final area to wipe it down they turned a corner to sharp and hit a wall with the side of my truck scratching it.
