I used them for about a month with no problems however in my most recent visit the car wash broke off my drivers side mirror casing. cobblestone says they are not liable for replacing the part because the vehicle is older (2006). If you have a newer car you will probably be fine but if you have an older car like myself it is probably best not to risk it. the employees were understanding and nice this is just an unfortunate corporate policy. read more

Went in to get my car detailed and left very unsatisfied. I told the lady at the service window I wanted my interior & exterior cleaned and when they called to tell me everything was finished the job did not look like their workers took pride in their work. My rims still had dirt on them, rubber floor mats were not cleaned, and my car was not vacuumed. I told the QC that I was unsatisfied with the work and he said well that's what you paid for. The parts of my car they did clean (doors, console, and dash) they left sprays and smudges all over my windshield and windows that I now have to go and windex myself which defeats the whole purpose of paying someone to do it. Brake dust still on my brushed 22s which I wiped off myself so much for paying extra for wheel cleaner, the tire dressing was minimal at best. I've never shampooed my vehicle and wasn't entirely sure what to expect. I had dog hair in the hatch but the rest of the car had pretty minimal hair (except the floor mats because I didn't vacuum them before coming). I was told they could get about 70-90% of the dog hair out. They didn't touch my mats. And the back hatch area looked like they just lightly vacuumed. I know for a fact they didn't move my seats. I took the car over to the FREE self service vacuum station and vacuumed it myself AFTER paying $89 for a cleaning. Highly recommend just doing it yourself at the self service. The vacuums had a good amount of suction and with some elbow grease I got almost all the hair out in 30 minutes. More than I can say they did in the 2 hours I waited for the car. I was hoping this would be a good experience and I could get the car fully detailed. HA. I would hate to see what a "full detail" looks like. read more

I wish I took before and after photos of my car for its detailing. I brought it in pretty rough shape, which is actually an understatement, and I picked it up and they were able to get it as close to new as possible! I'm trying to sell my car so I really appreciated the care they put into cleaning my car up for me. I've taken it elsewhere before and was not satisfied with their work so was happy to have cobblestone as a different option. They were also very nice and helpful and guarantee their work. Canceled my unlimited plan online a couple of weeks ago. Was still charged for the renewal this week. Called the store I signed up at and they can't do anything so they gave me a corporate number to call. I have been trying for three days and no one will answer the phone or return my calls!!!! I don't recommend this location because of many safety reasons. Its located right in front of an intersection of the end of kyrene and baseline. It's very dangerous coming in and out with bad traffic flows. I honestly just came here once to pump gas due to my red fuel light indicator on my car is on. Its my fault and I couldn't go any further to a different gas station due to a very low fuel in my car. It was only lightly pushed closed It's a classic car, I had all the original paperwork on the rear seat. Ruined by water! No apologies. When they said the car was ready I went over to it and saw the tires were not done and the whole walls (about 1inch thick) were filthy! Not even touched! I have the platinum plan it's included! If they looked halfway decent I would have said nothing but, they were filthy! I told them it needed to be done and they only brushed a semi wet towel over a section of 1 tire! I've been here before, and I've gotten good service, some of the employees have recognized me too. Money has been tight recently, but I needed a car wash and they normally have good service, but this time, I felt really disrespected. I payed 37 dollars + a 10 dollar tip. They never called me out or called out my car name when my car was finished, so I had to eventually ask a worker. When I got to my car, I noticed that they didn't put the vanilla air freshener in that came with the deal. I found bits of trash on the floor of my car and crubs along the floor of the car and the seats. Some parts of the car, on the sides, were cleaned nicely, but others were coated in dust. I also had a fresh stain in my car that stood out since my car is black, but they didn't try to clean it. When I went home, I got it off with a hand whipe, so I know that they didn't try. I completley understand that everyone has days where work is hard to get through, or workers may forget to do something, but I could tell that they didn't put any care or enough effort while cleaning my car. read more

Tried the express drive-through wash. There is the basic package ($5.99) which is your standard wash, rinse, and dry, and the special package for $9.99. I got the special wash which includes: Cleaning towel Air freshener RainEx surface and glass Triple foam conditioner Double wheel cleaner Double foaming soaps Double spot free rinse Optional tire shine I actually just got new tires so I opted out of the tire shine. The drive through was easy. You pay with cash or credit at a kiosk, then drive to the entrance which is manned by someone who will give you the air freshener and towel before your car enters the wash cycle. Your car will be guided automatically through the drying area as well as the wash and rinse which is nice since other automated washes I've been to have a timed dry that you drive your car through. The wash comes with free vacuum and there are several stations you can park your car at. The hoses are quite noisy but have a lot of suction power! Overall I think the wash did a good job at removing most of the dirt and bird poop on my car. There were a few hard caked on bits leftover but those were easily removed with the free damp towel. Compared to other automated washes this Cobblestone provides a good value for your money. read more

Happy about E85 gas!! I have been looking for E85 gas for a while now and got lucky when this place opened up across the street. Also, was happy to find out that the E85 gas is a lot cheaper than regular. While I was there I got my seats shampooed. Happy to say they look better than they did when I bought my car, and got a free Ultimate wash to go with it. Another fun fact, they have an amazing drink selection, everything from coffee, beer, milkshakes, energy drinks, etc. In addition to all your favorite munchies. We're snowbirds and have spent the winter in Arizona. We've taken our truck to this Cobblestone location quite a few times. Most of the time we've just sat inside and wandered out about the time we figured our vehicle would be ready. However, the last couple of times the weather has been nice so we've waited outside for it to finish. A couple weeks ago I was there close to 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. I thought maybe they were understaffed but was told no. They advertise hand towel dry. Well, the vehicles sat there so long they actually dried in the sun. I was annoyed with that. When I finally pulled away my open car door indicated started flashing. It was the back passenger side door. So stopping at the light, I had to get out and make sure it was closed. Then, I noticed that I was in 4 wheel drive. Evidently when they wiped the inside down, they rotated the switch. Obviously, I was also annoyed with that. So, today we took it in again. The truck again was left to dry in the sun. We were next in line to finally have our truck finished but instead the workers moved to another car. My husband had to walk over and bring it to their attention. The workers worked as fast as they can. I think the place is understaffed. And, why do we give a tip to the supervisor and not to the ones who actually work. We don't like that procedure at all. I believe there are better places and that's what we'll look for next week. read more

Took my car to be cleaned today. We just got back from Cali so paid for the Premium Wash. I told the attendant that I had gum on the side of my car. He said no problem it was $2 extra for the oil/tar remover. Totally happy to pay the bit extra. Wait was fine. Car is ready, go out to the guy and hand him my ticket/tip and ask if the gum came off ok. He said, "no that doesnt come off with wash." I explained I paid extra for the removal. He gets on his mic and says "DID SOMEONE TELL THIS LADY GUM WOULD COME OFF?" I was kinda shocked by his tone and attitude and said....no they didnt tell me it would come off I paid for the oil/tar removal. He said oh well it has to go to detail. He jumped in my car sped off. I'm standing there looking like an idiot, no idea what to expect...should I go sit back down? Are you coming right back? So I walk over to where 2 employees are standing and say to one of them, "sorry but the attendant was just super rude when I tried to tell him abt the gum on my car and idk if it's getting fixed or what" he said, "one second this guy is the manager and he can talk to you. Manager finished up with the man he was speaking with and asked what was going on. So i explain the whole thing to him and he says, "yeah I'll go chew his ass right now." And walks away. I still dont even know what's going on at this point. I didnt necessarily want dudes ass chewed but more wanted resolution to my problem. Where is my car? How much longer will it take? Maybe a discount for next time would be nice? Manage the customers problem THEN your employee. Sheesh. Anyway stand there another 20 min and the detail manager pulls my car around. Gum was gone, but the quality of my $40 wash was not great. As I mentioned we had just been to Cali. My car was still full of sand. They didnt bother to even take my mats out to vacuum. I've been taking my Jeep Wrangler to this Cobblestone since shortly after they opened. Before that, I went to the Cobblestone in Tempe at Elliott and Autoplex Loop. I still use that Autuplex location when I'm in the area, but the Baseline location is much more convenient for me. My experience at the Baseline location on July 28 was very disappointing, and I don't plan on returning. Groupon often has great deals that make a just-above-basic Supreme carwash affordable. On Sunday, July 28, 2019, the salesman wasn't at all pushy when he offered me an upgrade to their "Ultimate" wash for $13 additional to my Groupon. I asked him about the next step up, their "Ultimate Plus" wash, which included exterior trim and a 14-day "Clean Car Guarantee" instead of just 7 days with the other service. This upgrade was an additional $17, and I took the offer. I didn't look at the slip he handed me to take to the cashier, and I wasn't paying attention when I handed the cashier my credit card after he scanned my Groupon. Things clicked when he returned my card, my claim voucher, and the 14-day Clean Car Guarantee. I realized that the clerk charged me $21, and not the $17 I was promised. When I pointed out this error to the clerk, he looked at my receipt, and I assumed he looked at my slip from the salesman. I told him that the salesman told me that the upgrade cost was $17, but he had charged me $21. He didn't know what to do. I said that the solution was simple: refund the $4 that I overpaid. To make a long story short, after about 10 minutes a manager returned the $4 overpayment. This next part of the experience is what really pissed me off. After a 45-minute wait for my Jeep (which I expected, as they were doing a bunch of extra stuff that I had paid for), a driver pulled up, looked at my claim check, handed me the keys and walked away. I noticed right away that the exterior trim wasn't done, and that the Jeep was still dirty (monsoon dirty, not mud-racing dirty). I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait, so I left. Bottom line: Overcharged $4; took far too much energy to refund the $4; the Jeep didn't receive the extra handling that I paid $17 for, AND the Jeep was still dirty! I had another bad experience at the Baseline Cobblestone recently. I have never been able to remove my factory antenna. It was really in place permanently, and I always ask the service person to tape the antenna to the windshield; I've never had a problem with taping the antenna to the windshield. This trip to the carwash, when the Jeep came out of the tunnel, I noticed right away that the antenna was missing. Sure enough, someone took a wrench to the antenna after I specifically told the attendant to make sure that they DO NOT REMOVE THE ANTENNA. When I claimed my vehicle, the finisher apologized because he couldn't get the antenna back in its original, permanent place. I told him that it wasn't his fault, and he suggested that I buy a new antenna. To be fair, he also suggested that I talk to a manager. I didn't have time then to talk with a manager, and I had to buy a new antenna. I'll use my 14-day clean car guarantee at the Elliot location in Tempe, and I'll drive a couple of more miles in the future to avoid the Baseline location. read more

"Deluxe" car wash? Yeah right... I came here bc I had some daring birds poop all over my hood and thought it should come right off since it was pretty fresh still. Yet, it did not. Granted, about 70% off it came off but i was expecting more because of the pressure wash feature. I still have bird poo on my hood, have water marks running down the back of my truck/mirrors and am out some dollars to a semi-operating auto wash.
