Great place for car washes, not so good place for car detailing. I like the car wash subscriptions and the free vacuums. The little convenience store is great also with friendly service. The detailing was a bit. . .spotty. Lots of buffing compound left in corners and seams, and the cleaning was less than thorough. They made it right, but for the $$$ I would have expected more in less time. They'll try to upsell the hell out of you when you first get a subscription, but once you pass that, you can get car washes daily if you want. Do you do Lyft or Uber? This place is a must. read more

For $45 I expected more. Even my teenager agreed that we could have done a better job. I was fine with the quoted time of 35 minutes and was happy with that amount of time because, after all, there was a lot to do. 20 minutes later my car was done and it was obvious they rushed. Sure I didn't expect a total car detail, but I do expect that when the outside is hand waxed there isn't goIng to still be dirt on the truck. I watched my truck come out of the car wash and within a minute they were coming in to say it was done. I would think it would be waxed after the wash, not before. The cab was wiped down with armor all but wasn't cleaned. Truck was vacuumed but not well. If I had paid $20-$25 for it I wouldn't have minded since it was just a few bucks more than doing it myself, but double the price for such a half assed job doesn't sit well. This place is so convenient that I was trying it out to become a regularly, I won't be back. Too bad. I had high hopes. Diana, Sometimes I will speak to an on-site manager when there is an issue, but in this case, these guys do this all day every day. This is the only car wash I bring my corolla too because quite frankly this is the only car wash I come to and my car comes out clean. The guys work really hard here and I love that there are always coupons available. Join their text club or just visit the website for deals on car washes. Warning HUGE rant - I just had the worst customer service experience ever with Cobblestone Carwash. I will never go there again. Last month I told them that my credit card I used to pay would be expiring on my unlimited wash plan. They said I wouldn't be able to update until a few days before it expired. So I had to return to do so. I don't even know what that means. Why could I not do it then? Or maybe go online or call? So I decided to wait until I had to get my car detailed for a parade to do it. Long story short, the unlimited plan I had gone up because my card expired. Another $10 per month!?!? The girl behind the counter was impressed with how long I had been a customer and stated to me that I could call some woman who may or may not give me my old rate back. I looked at her and said, "I shouldn't have to pay for this plan not knowing whether I would get my old rate back. I'm not calling someone to beg them to reinstate my old rate. That's ridiculous and I don't have time for this." One of the attendants came in and said he would comp my wash. Ok. But you're not solving my problem, dude. I can see you're upset, he said. I wasn't even at upset yet. I was irritated. He thought I would stay with them for comping my wash I guess. Then the first guy came back in and said asked me what wash I wanted when I had already told him, the cashier and the other guy!! He then stated I had been paying the new rate for the plan all along and wanted to show me in his system. I told him I could show him my bank account and basically he alluded that I was lying. He said that he had given me that rate. I was like, dude, I enrolled in the Gilbert location several years ago and you weren't the one that gave me that rate. In fact, at that time it was half of what you want to charge me now! Also, when I renewed I renewed at the rate I had been paying until that month. So he stomped off pissed at me. Who is going to pay $30 a month for a a basic express car wash? I went to pick up my car and the attendant said I couldn't leave because I hadn't paid for the service. What the ever lovin hell was this crap!? He finally confirmed that it had been comped and let me go. I was so pissed, I almost forgot to pay for my drink. I will never use their services again. On 2-28-2022 I watched an employee put a vehicle into the car wash and leave it unattended. I was behind the vehicle in the wash and I crashed into it because there was no one driving the vehicle! The manager (Patrick Mitchell) assessed my vehicle and gave me the incident report. He was holding onto my door as he was talking to me, preventing me from closing my door and leaving. When I addressed what he was doing, Patrick got an attitude and said that he was not going to follow up with me about this incident. I NEED A NEW BUMPER FOR MY CAR. I took my car to Cobblestone today and was upsold a $45.00 car wash. They took almost an hour then when they finally brought my car back out, my passenger side window was down and now will not roll up due to the glass being off track. The last time I saw my car, when I gave the employee my key, the drivers side window was partially down but the passenger side was completely rolled up and I have had absolutely no trouble with this window prior to Cobblestone taking my key. When I asked the employee (Patrick) about helping me get my window back on track I was told "it's not my fault", "your car is old", "there are 3 or 4 signs posted" (I saw no signs, no signs were ever pointed out to me and signs saying what? Not to use their car wash unless you've just purchased a brand new car??), "We broke it when my guy rolled up the other window" and "I can give you the name of my guy that will fix it" (setup/scam! I'm not paying "your guy" to fix something you broke!!) I paid over $50.00(with tip!) for a wash and to have the inside cleaned and now I have to either fix my vehicle myself, which I don't know how to do or find a place, take it in and pay someone to do it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be posting reviews everywhere, contacting BBB and my Credit Card company and calling cobblestone's corporate office until this is resolved. Always a shitty wash no matter how much you pay for it. It's all the same, every time. Also, most recently, I paid $20 for their best "express" wash. I went through the wash, (shitty like usual), then started vacuuming. There were about 4 cars vacuuming too. Not even half way through the vac, they shut the vacs off because they close at 7. Really? You can't wait another 10-15 mins to make sure all your customers can use the vacuums? You should shut off your car wash earlier if you're not gonna take into consideration that it's going to take a little more time to vacuum the car. Just my luck, it rains the next day. So I called the place and ask if they do rain checks, and the guy says yes as long as I have my receipt. So I drive all the way to the car wash and it took forever to waive someone down for help. Those are hard water stains and you need to spend more money to get those off. Detail for 200 to get those off your truck and chrome. I asked for my money back and was told no your truck is clean. This place is fine, but I am definitely starting to get annoyed with their service...or maybe I should say "their lack of service". A basic car wash is good and it cleans pretty much as well as any other basic exterior car wash. The problems arise when it comes to interior cleaning or detailing. I asked for an interior clean and it barely seemed cleaner. So the next time I came I prepaid for interior and exterior detailing. This cost me a lot of money, and guess what, I still have the card with the prepaid detailing because THEY REFUSE TO DO THAT SERVICE every time I come. They always tell me that it will take really long to detail (which I understand) and I should bring it in early in the morning. Unfortunately, I can only bring it in the afternoon during lunch because I have work and classes. I have never brought my car close to closing time so I know they have plenty of time to detail it. I am aware that if I bring it in the afternoon that it will take longer due to the high amount of customers. I am fine with waiting, but they insist I come back at a different time. Just moved to the area and thought I'd try this carwash I seen advertised everywhere. I came through the express wash lane. I pull-up to enter the wash, the attendant who does all the pre-checks grabs a wrench and takes my antenna off. I was completely confused. One, because why does my antenna need to come off. Two, did this guy really use a wrench to take my antenna off. This guy hands me the antenna, I immediately see the wrench marks all over the antenna. I'm beyond annoyed, border line pissed. After I get out the wash I screw my antenna on and go inside to speak with a manager. (3:30). Conveniently, no manager to be found. I speak with a guy. And Charles (Charlie), explain to him my situation, with no result or apology. Even had the audacity to infer it was my fault because I should have been proactive when I seen the attendant grab a wrench, and suggested that I should have suggested the attendant use a cloth to protect the integrity of the antenna finish. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to Cobblestone for oil changes and car washes since about 2019. Today was the worst customer service I have probably ever received in my entire adult life. On August 19th, I went to get my oil changed. The service tech who changed my oil first tried to up sale me which I never take part of and was not happy that I did not want any of the extra services. After asking several times for him just to do the oil change he finally agreed and shrugged and stated "its your car". When the tech was finished he came and brought me my keys which is not usual for Cobblestone. He did not run my car through the wash like they normally do. I proceeded to contact customer service to file a complaint about the unprofessionalism that I had encountered. I received a call back today from the General Manager Mario who was combative right off the bat. When he stopped me and said "I am going to stop you right that I watched the camera and what you are saying is not true" I also got combative. This GENERAL MANAGER called me a liar. I hung up and called back when I was calm. He again reiterated that he watched the video that also has no audio and stated that I was laughing and having a good time with this tech. I have never been so appalled and disgusted in my life with the way I was treated both at the time of service and on these calls. It's as if he had no intentions on hearing what I had to say. It literally made me cry. I had my husband call and again Mario was combative. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (they aren't registered with them go figure) and will continue to write reviews wherever I can about this situation. BE CAUTIOUS!!! Two days ago i brought my car over here for a detail, i paid $150 and the result was terrible. But that's not even important!!! Right after i received my car, i noticed that the entire control panel of the idrive was WET(its the navigation and multimedia system for BMWs), God knows if it was water or Windex or whatever they used to "clean" my car. And the controller immediately stopped working after i got home. So the next day, i brought my car to an auto repair shop and the mechanic told me that the controller has completely failed due to fluid contamination(the exact words the mechanic used). I was so frustrated and i went there the following day to speak to the store manager directly. The manager, Jared, was extremely unhelpful, not only did he refuse to acknowledge that it was even possibly their fault, he also kept saying stuff like "it was not our fault, it might be you or someone else who spilled soda on it" EXCUSE ME????? I never even drink water on my car, let alone soda. And throughout the conversation, he didn't even apologize once. And now, 3 days before Christmas, i have to deal with this kind of crap and pay for the entire repairing fee which came out to be $800+. I would never return to this location ever again, and if you are still coming to this location, please just use their $3 machine wash, and NEVER LET THEM TOUCH the inside of your car or you will regret for sure. read more

Three times in the past month I have gone to this location and the Coca Cola Super Soda Machine is out of LARGE CUPS and today they were out of both LARGE CUPS & ALL DIET SODA. With 3 people working the counter I would expect this not to happen. One of the ladies did offer to change it out real quick but I didn't have the time to wait so I still want to give them more than 1 STAR. I asked to have a company truck with about 11,000 miles cleaned up to look almost new. We use it for fieldwork but we wanted to have it look good because it has a company logo. The miscommunication I guess was my fault... Maybe because I was in a company vehicle the attendant assumed I had unlimited funds because I went to the register to pay and realized it was going to be $467 !!! I came back out and told him I have never expected that and that I wanted it to be clean and detailed but obviously that was an outrages price. I reluctantly agreed to the $110 detail package. Not even being sure my boss would want to reimburse for this ..my thought was a detail will be 60 or $70. It took two hours. While I was there one guy was ranting and raving and threatening to sue because I think his car may have been scratched or damaged. There was a couple next to me that was upset because they brought their pick up truck back three times within the last hour and a half because of things that we're not done. Basically paid 20 bucks to clean my own car with a cloth they so graciously provided. Wash took very little off of my truck, left soap everywhere and the machine left a nice long scratch down the drivers side of my vehicle. When I said something to the attendant he said the soap was from "crevices" like I didn't just sit in the vehicle and watch. Usually I come here and they do a good job cleaning my truck. Today,,,,, I asked for my wheel well to be cleaned. My husband also brought his truck in and also got his wheel well cleaned out. They did not clean out my wheel well. We were waiting , waiting, waiting , for someone to drive my truck to the back to get the wheel well cleaned out. Finally we asked about and they said they did clean the wheel well. I inspected it and the salt from the road was still in the wheel well, since I had come back thru Flagstaff after the snow storm. They made sure that the bike rack on the back of his car was taken off before going in, so nothing would be damaged. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was immediately hit with high-pressure sales tactics. All I really wanted was a freshen-up -- I mentioned I was selling the car and "Mike" tried to sell me over $200 worth of detailing services. After agreeing on a wash, he came running after me to mention his "boss" said he could throw in a carpet shampoo on the cheap. Fine, done. He said it would be 45 mins-1 hour. Upon paying for the wash, the cashier started his pitch about unlimited washes, blah, blah. Again with the sales. Declined. Went outside and waited. And waited. An hour and a half later, I returned to the check-in desk and asked where we were at with my wash. "Let me check". A few minutes pass, and a different guy lets me know it's coming off the wash line and is ready to go. Wait -- they already washed it once. So weird. Anyway, I took a quick look around, as I was now late to my next appointment, nodded, and left. As I'm trying to exit the premises, I notice -- EVERYTHING is greasy. Like that Armor All grease. EVEN THE RADIO. This wouldn't be such an issue except that there were still noticeable areas with dust, dirt, etc. Ugh. Greasy/"shiny" is NOT clean. Upon further review, still residue on the wheels, handprints and excess Armor All everywhere, and the kicker... THEY DIDN'T WASH THE MATS. Who sells someone a carpet job and doesn't do the mats? I would prefer the mats be done over the carpet for that price. Am I supposed to put the dirty mats on the clean carpet so it looks like nothing happened in the first place? tl;dr -- Waste of money, not clean, inept pushy staff. I've had the unlimited pass for about 4 months now. I've learned it's not worth using the full service at all! They smear the windows, don't blow out the water, and don't seem to know the purpose of vacuum. Each and every time I've used the full service I've had to edit to the self service to actually finish my car. I re do the vacuum, wipe the exterior and interior, and have to blow it out myself. I'm sure it's a tactic to have you wash your car more when they don't blow the water out and you pull away the water goes stealing down the sides and back of the car. It's just not worth it in full service. Heaven forbid you should actually say something to the staff about it cause they hit you hard with attitude! If you aren't going to do the job then don't work the job! And when you don't work the job, you can't be upset when the paying customer tells you so and doesn't tip! Until the day my car is actually done properly, you will never see a tip from me! Took my vehicle in today for a full detail - interior, exterior, & engine. I decided to drop off rather than wait, since I expected a time quote of 4 hours. They surprised me with a 2 hour quote. Showed up at quoted time, but car wasn't ready. Since I was dropped off, I had to wait. I waited, & decided to try the free popcorn. I have to say, that when my 8 year old car came out it was worth the wait. They did an excellent job! It looked almost brand new. It was the 1st detail EVER where they cleaned the glove box, the between seat storage, & removed the car seat. After 3 years installed, a bit afraid of the evil under it! The location here is small, but what they have small in size they offer big in service and standards, which are important and required tenets in a good car wash. Not a fan of the aggressive upsell-- So that knocks out a star. Still, I would love to express that the managers take accountability; I recently read a review of a moron who gave the place a 1 star review, claiming the staff didn't tell her to change to neutral: 1. A quick Google search tells me most professional carwashes tell you to do this. Hell, even Costco carwash tells you to. 2. There's a sign there that says so. 3. Attendant tells you to. 4. I visit this car wash every time I need to wash my ride. They are conveniently located, and I've never had a bad experience here. I never have to stand around and wait for someone to help me, they have an indoor and covered waiting area, the cashiers are almost always courteous and don't make you wait, and of course the car wash is great. The only negative thing I can say is, this place is super popular, so the wait can be awhile. Overall, as far as car washes go, it would be hard to find a better place. read more
