This is the photo from May 8th. Date and time stamped. The shoes no longer look like this.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I called ahead and asked if they could help with my absolute favorite pair of Jordan's I waited months to get.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have a picture from May 8th. On May 23rd, I took my shoes into get cleaned and to have the upper suede to get dyed to have them look pristine. I went to get them yesterday June 24th. My shoes were completely ruined. The suede was not soft, hard, and scratched. The lower nubuck was completely discolored. It went from gray to light blue and patchy. The inside of my shoes were not cleaned. There are white lace holders that were stained with black dye. The lower gray stitching had black dye into it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager stated thats what they looked like when I brought them in!! I have proof that they weren't and how can someone say thats what they looked like a month ago!?! She didnt even know kind of shoe I brought in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They sent them off again. I asked if the people who clean and dye them look at photos of what they should look like. She said they do not!! If you have a favorite pair of shoes, do not take them here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked what happens if they cant fix them, she said she would have to go up the chain to figure that out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, I am not optimistic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hope they do the right thing and do what they can to resolve this issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've used this cobblestone location for decades. Followed them from the gas station down the street to their own storefront. I always trust their opinion as to whether it's new tip/sole time or not as I've actually been told that I could probably wait a month or two longer. On this particular visit I took advantage of the $20 off full sole and heel replacement coupon. I also got a full condition and polish. Another job well done - boots look beautiful!

    Looks new again.

This place save my Givenchy suede boots. I mess up on shoes w the cleaning liquid I bought from the mall, that liquid works fine on sneakers but I swear I will never do it again or try to clean my shoes by myself. The liquid took off the color and the texture of my boots. It looked totally damaged. I brought it here and they bring it back to life.

    Damage and poorly replacement heel.

Average service. Sole came off one week after the repair. Had to go back to get it fixed a second time.

I had some concerns over a new pair of leather shoes I had bought, and they more than gave me ease of mind.

When I brought them in, the person who took my order, said it would be 7 to 10 days until they're done. That's where the runaround started. I called on day seven to see if they were done. The individual at the counter said it can sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks. I said they told me 7 to 10 days when I dropped them off. He came back after taking my ticket number and told me it would be 2 to 3 more days. On day 12 I called and they still weren't done. The person who answered the phone said they had been shipped off to the factory and they weren't even in the store. I told him that's not at all what my understanding was I was when I dropped them off. I understood they would be done in the house and it would be 7 to 10 days. Then he said 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. I told him we were at 12 business days, with 10 of those being business days. Then the story changed again. He said it would take longer because the holidays. Once again, first heard that there was any delay due to the holidays. On day 14, I went into the store. The guy took my ticket and spent about 3 1/2 minutes looking for my boots. They were still being stretched. He said to come back tomorrow. I told him I was leaving and I wouldn't be there tomorrow. He said come back in one hour. I came back in an hour and the boots were done. They looked really good. They fit really well, too. This is where I'm conflicted. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It's probably the worst customer service, I've had any place I've been in a very long time. Whoever's answering the phone has absolutely no clue what's going on in that store. But, the boots were actually pretty good when I got them. The price was reasonable as well. All this to say, because the boots turned out pretty well, that brought on from zero stars to one star. I will never ever go back to this location. It's not worth it to me to deal with the customer service. If you can wait, and don't min abhorrent customer service, this may be your place!

I thought for certain the shoes were ruined - they had a black metal-type button (not sure what you call it) missing after I had worn them a handful of times. I went to the shop, which looked like it had been there forever. I showed the guy the shoe and what was missing and he said "they don't make replacements for those anymore, but I think I have a jar of them somewhere...". He wandered to the back and returned with an old baby food jar filled with miscellaneous "buttons" and found one very close to the one missing on the shoe. I agreed to the repair and was delighted when I picked them up later. They were great! It took a few weeks for the repair, but I don't think that is normal. One of their repair guys (there may only be two of them) had been out on medical and they were behind on their work. If you need to find someone who really knows how to repair shoes, these are the guys to go to.

Anyway, I saw a "75% Off" sign on Eisenman's door, so I was thinking, "YAY! Cheap shoes!" But no... These are designer shoes, duh. Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Robert Zur, UGG, Anye Lu (I'm pretending like I really know any of these designers). Anyway, 75% off of these shoes is still A LOT of money. Although, a pretty damn good deal for these pricey pieces, I suppose. Even though I didn't buy anything (since I was not mentally prepared), I enjoyed the short time I spent browsing. It's spotless inside; I felt like I wasn't supposed to touch anything, so I just poked a couple heels. The staff is extremely polite but they keep their distance - they don't jump on you as soon as you walk in the door, which is nice. Sale shoes are arranged by size, which seems a little weird for such a pricey place... that aspect reminded me of Marshall's... But they were discounted pairs, after all, so oh well. Gorgeous designer shoes, great sale prices, awesome staff, no pressure. PS: Fabulous purses all over the place!
