Used whit stitching so totally noticeable it was repaired.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total rip off. They repaired a shoe strap and it was still too loose. Took back to redo and they charge $30. Again. So I paid $60. For strap to be tightened. I was so shocked. The rude man who helped me said "well you told us how much to take off. We don't just do it for free. That would be stupid" First off I never told them how much to take off. The second time they measured but not the first. I regret raising my voice after he said that but I was furious. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They did a lousy job on top of it.

Slow and unresponsive. I will take my shoes elsewhere in the future. The lack of communication is the primary issue.

I called to get information on their services and was told to "google it" when asking a question about the shoes... just a bad attitude.

When you enter this place there is a layer of dust that is about 20 years old covering everything. A path has been worn in the floor from the door to the sales register. The abandoned shoes on the shelves would be great for a 70's party. Do not despair - the housekeeping does not reflect the care & quality of workmanship that goes into your shoes. They do everything in house and were able to fix my boots for next day pick up. Most other places have to send them out and that can take days.

I thought for certain the shoes were ruined - they had a black metal-type button (not sure what you call it) missing after I had worn them a handful of times. I went to the shop, which looked like it had been there forever. I showed the guy the shoe and what was missing and he said "they don't make replacements for those anymore, but I think I have a jar of them somewhere...". He wandered to the back and returned with an old baby food jar filled with miscellaneous "buttons" and found one very close to the one missing on the shoe. I agreed to the repair and was delighted when I picked them up later. They were great! It took a few weeks for the repair, but I don't think that is normal. One of their repair guys (there may only be two of them) had been out on medical and they were behind on their work. If you need to find someone who really knows how to repair shoes, these are the guys to go to.

Anyway, I saw a "75% Off" sign on Eisenman's door, so I was thinking, "YAY! Cheap shoes!" But no... These are designer shoes, duh. Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Robert Zur, UGG, Anye Lu (I'm pretending like I really know any of these designers). Anyway, 75% off of these shoes is still A LOT of money. Although, a pretty damn good deal for these pricey pieces, I suppose. Even though I didn't buy anything (since I was not mentally prepared), I enjoyed the short time I spent browsing. It's spotless inside; I felt like I wasn't supposed to touch anything, so I just poked a couple heels. The staff is extremely polite but they keep their distance - they don't jump on you as soon as you walk in the door, which is nice. Sale shoes are arranged by size, which seems a little weird for such a pricey place... that aspect reminded me of Marshall's... But they were discounted pairs, after all, so oh well. Gorgeous designer shoes, great sale prices, awesome staff, no pressure. PS: Fabulous purses all over the place!
