He shared that he's been going to this food truck for a while and he chooses them because their food is always fresh, and the truck is family-owned. I love to support family owned businesses so I was really excited to learn that. The tacos arrived in about 10 minutes and they included both their red and green sauce for me to try. When I got back to my hotel room and opened the top I was so surprised! These tacos were filled to the brim with meat and toppings! They didn't skimp on anything. When I took my first bite, it was mixed with the asada beef, cilantro and onions, tomatoes and guacamole with a squeeze of lime, delicious.
