I guess it's a free side My only issue was that they didn't put silverware in my takeout bag. And I didn't have access to utensils in my car or hotel. So I was in a bit of a bind as to how to eat this. Fortunately I was able to use my free chips as a scoop and treated my enchiladas as dip.

The service was attentive. The food tasted about average, not bad but didn't wow me either. My husband liked his taco & enchilada. My chimichanga was smothered in cheese sauce & tasted okay. The tortilla chips weren't hot as they usually are in a Mexican restaurant. I'm guessing it's because service is slow due to road construction directly in front of the restaurant. The staff member who put the queso cheese reached behind him and pulled a ladle out of an old pan and used it to put cheese on someone's order. I didn't get queso. This is the reasons I probably will not come back to this Chipotles.
