The refried beans are creamy and not salty, a mistake I often find in Mexican restaurants, and the rice was perfectly cooked to add a bit of their lime avocado salsa into it. A fantastic meal at frankly a price that's more than reasonable. She let me try a sample of the flan as a tease, because they had made a fresh batch and it wasn't cool enough yet. The best flan I've ever had. Seriously. In a few weeks they will be open for breakfast including huevos rancheros, migas ( woo hoo), and more and I can't wait. We'll have another fantastic place to stop for breakfast downtown in addition to Freedom Cafe across the street. Why four instead of 5 stars?
