I came in and ordered three carne asada tacos with cheese. I asked the lady what came on the tacos, and she told me just cilantro and onions. I asked if I could add sour cream and guacamole. She told me they didn't have guacamole, but they did have sour cream, so I said "OK, cool." Communication was a little tough--her English wasn't great and I had to repeat myself a couple of times. But I tried to be patient. The place was totally empty when I arrived, so service was quick. Parking is wide open and it's kind of tucked away, but the inside is decorated cute, with a nice little fiesta vibe. The tacos were about $3 each. I ordered three corn tacos with carne asada, cheese, sour cream (which I later found out they didn't have), and guac (which they told me from the beginning they didn't have). Here's where it got weird: after I had already paid, she told me then that they were out of sour cream. I was a little frustrated because I had already paid, so I just said "I guess that's fine." When I got my food, it wasn't what I ordered at all. It looked like they gave me birria tacos with corn inside the meat and a cup of dipping sauce on the side. I'm not sure how that happened because all I wanted was carne asada tacos. So there was definitely some miscommunication. The birria tacos (if that's what I got) were just OK--honestly kind of bland for birria. You'd expect more flavor and seasoning. If you're looking for a quick bite, it's not the worst, but make sure you double-check your order before paying

Tacos are delicious and so flavorful. Taco Tuesdays are the best! THe burritos are also delicious and full of meat. Skip chipotle!

Recently I had dinner at Lighthouse Seafood Market & Cafe and it was my first time there, but…read moredefinitely not my last. Lighthouse is both a full seafood market and restaurant, giving you that fresh off the boat quality seafood cooked exactly how you like and served right to your table. I had the Blackened Grouper with broccoli and parsley red potatoes. The fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly, super juicy and incredibly fresh. The sides were just as good paired with the fish perfectly. I also had a tasty little side Caesar salad. The house Caesar dressing was great, lightly dressed so it didn't drown the romaine like some places do, and finished with grated parmesan and crunchy croutons. Overall, this was a great meal. The service was great, the food was excellent, and I would highly recommend checking them out.

First visit at this establishment. Was recommended by friends, before going I checked the website…read moreto get an idea of what others ordered. My sister started with the clam chowder, which she thought was a little spicy but good. I had a small Caesars salad. For the entree my sister ordered one snow crab cluster which I know for a fact their market price was high, also they don't offer them in any kind of seasoning. Putting Old Bay on them just makes the shell spicy. I ordered the 15 reds, which are peel and eat shrimp. They were great, cooked perfectly. We ordered the hush puppies 3 count, now this was a problem because first they should never be that big and on the oily side to me. Problems I noticed, some of the wait staff is not that friendly also most of the staff serving food without gloves. A young man brought a bowl of food to a customer with his thumb on the rim, gross. This is my major complaint and take away that confirms I won't be back. There are two prices listed on the menu, one if you pay in cash and a higher price if you use a card. That is unacceptable, because some places will state that there will be a percentage up charge , not for every item. The place was somewhat busy when we arrived, but it was a constant flow of traffic, because they also have a seafood market inside to buy your own. I wasn't noisy at all when we went, not sure what it's like later in the evening. My personal takeaway is it's a nice enjoyable place for the locals, but if you're looking flavorful seafood, look further.

Disappointing Anniversary Celebration…read more My husband and I chose Enzo's on the Lake for our first visit to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment our server introduced himself, he appeared overwhelmed and distracted. We understand it was Magical Dining season and restaurants are busier than usual, so we tried to be patient and understanding throughout the evening. After placing our drink order, it took some time for the drinks to arrive, but since we weren't in any rush, this wasn't an issue. In fact, the drinks were excellent and were one of the few highlights of the evening. We ordered the meatballs and Caesar salad as appetizers. Surprisingly, they arrived only a few minutes after ordering, which may explain why the quality was lacking. The meatballs were only room temperature and not particularly tender, while the Caesar salad was wilted. For our entrees, I ordered the Fettuccine Al Aragosta e Gamberi and my husband ordered the Ravioli della Casa. The meals arrived just 5 to 7 minutes after ordering. Although the plates themselves were hot, the food was barely warm. The ravioli had decent flavor, but the fettuccine was completely tasteless. Overall, we were left with the impression that the food was not freshly prepared. What was equally disappointing was the lack of service. Throughout the meal, our server never checked on us to ask whether everything was satisfactory or if we needed anything. We were never offered another round of drinks. To make matters worse, when he cleared our table to bring the dessert menu, he took my drink even though I had not finished it. He then offered to bring me a "half drink" as a replacement, which was confusing and inappropriate. Between the disappointing food, inattentive service, and overall poor dining experience, our special anniversary celebration fell far short of expectations. Unfortunately, this visit did not leave us with any reason to return, and we will not be dining here again.

They take reservations, but when I called I was told that they don't take them past three p.m. because they get incredibly busy. Judging by the quality of the food, that's not hard to believe. There's a series of appetizers available. We tried mussels and their fried calamari, and both were delicious. The portions are generous, so you can bring a large party and order a few to share. We were a party of six and we did fine with the two appetizers. There's also some bread that's complementary and comes with a delicious spread on the side! This alone is a great reason to visit here. Our mains also came with either a soup or salad. I had the Caesar salad, and it was great! Nice croutons with a light dressing and some shredded cheese. I ordered their carbonara for my mains. You can pick from a variety of pastas, such as spaghetti and linguine. I chose spaghetti, as I felt it would better absorb the sauce. The sauce was a nice creamy sauce served with prosciutto and had that classic carbonara flavor. Totally delicious! For drinks, they have many options, such as coffee and soda, as well as a wine selection. Great options for drinks in this place. The service is also great. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us regularly. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant. Great food and great service. You may want to plan ahead if you're going later in the day, as it looks like they don't take reservations past 3 p.m. as I understand it. If you must wait, though, I'd say it's worth it. I highly recommend this place!!
