Dave Miller makes all the bread in the best old world tradition- he mills all his own organic stoneground flour each week and makes all the products himself, selling only at the Saturday Chico farmers market. This sort of craftsmanship is unheard of even at the Acme and Tartines of the world. The loaves are wonderfully light for using whole grain products, the biggest challenge using a complete flour. The flavor and look of these loaves are gorgeous as well, the craft of a true master baker.
