I came here to use my birthday reward for a free cookie and saw that they had a new promotion for their dirty sodas with a free voucher in the app which was a pleasant surprise. This location had a sign on the door that stated they were in the middle of remodeling but still open for business. They had the new large kiosk screens in the back waiting to be activated but will definitely be nice for busy days and being able to see the menu and order on a larger screen. The inside of the store seemed a little messy because there were lots of ingredients out on the counters of frosting and only one girl behind the counter boxing up orders. I hope she wasn't there alone but there were quite a few people trying to get cookies and the free dirty soda so for one person it was busy. Overall my cookie tasted great in the new peach ring flavor and I got the Coke Zero dirty soda but the girl said the Coke Zero was not working and I had to do Diet Coke instead. Still tasted good but wish I could have gotten the correct soda to get the full flavor effect of that dirty soda. Would recommend stopping by Crumbl in general but maybe wait until this location is done remodeling and they hire a few more people. read more

Crumbl is very consistent - always big, warm if they are supposed to be, cold if not, and soft. They have made some changes to their menu recently, specifically with their weekly offerings. My husband loved their milk chocolate chip cookie, but didn't like the semi sweet chocolate cookie and has commented that their new "combo" cookie is "good", but not as good as their past recipe. I enjoy the variety that they offer each week, but DID NOT enjoy the Thins Only week...I'll keep Crumbl in my rotation for sure...side note, app is great for previewing the menu! read more

It is very clean inside and they were baking as we came in. They don't have alot of choices but what they have looked really good! They are priced alittle too high for the area ( 3 very small cookies for 10 bucks). I got a cookie with banana flavor topped with brown sugar for 5 bucks. The cookie was pretty good but I am not big on sweets and so for the price of one cookie ...well it's not for me. Nice packaging in a pink box. I hope they do well in this challenging economy as they are providing quality cookies! I think they would be a great gift when visiting someone! Ps. Employees need to be nicer! read more

If you want a classic cookie, this really isn't the spot unless you stick to the chocolate chip. If you're up for some fun, a lot of sugar, and trying new flavors, it's a good way to go. My children and I love to visit crumbl to try all the new flavors. We have not only been visiting on a regular basis for new flavors but it is always what my children ask for during every special occasion. Unfortunately our most recent visit will definitely be our last. I have had many unpleasant experiences at this location while being waiting on by the lady with the blonde hair, I let it slide because everyone has a bad day now and then but unfortunately it is apparent that the negative attitude and poor customer service is an everyday thing with her. Iv held off my one star review for the Chico crumble for a while now. My main complaint is that the toppings are always half assed. These cookies are not cheap. The least you can do is put some effort into the toppings. I never say anything because I get it. Horrible customer service. I walked in & was completely ignored despite making eye contact. No greeting. It was my first time there, wasn't sure what to do or how to order. The girl working seemed like she was too stressed to really care. There was a lot of people in the lobby, but majority of orders I guess were pick ups. Finally, another employee stepped in to help make the cookies & when given cookies the entire bottom of the box was covered in the strawberry frosting & not even a "have a good night" or acknowledgment. I left feeling so irritated by the entire experience. I contemplated requesting a refund & going to the other cookie joint that has employees who make you feel at least seen. Train your employees on having better attitudes or at least greeting customers & thanking them for business. You never know what people are going through. Cookies tasted okay. First off, let me say that Crumbl is normally good, but this store does not have its stuff together. You get a bait and switch every time. You check out the cookies that week and they look super tasty. Once you get your box, though, they look nothing like they do in the cookie porn videos. I've attached a pic of the cookie I got versus the cookie I was promised. As you can see, one looks appetizing and delicious and another looks like a rock hard piece of crap. I'm tired of the bait and switch at this store. The cookie you get is nothing like the cookie you are promised. If these cost $1, then I'd have no problem. It's whatever. But these are $5 cookies. This review is about the store itself. I was highly disappointed to walk in and see the shop such a mess. This seems to be the theme here in Chico, that these new-ish, beautiful establishments go to shit after being open a few years. I blame the ownership/management as it seems there is no pride being taken. The floors and countertops were disgusting, with crumbs and frosting smashed everywhere. The kiosks that you order on were so gross I didn't even want to touch it to place my order. Call me crazy, but I feel like places that serve food should be clean. Like immaculately.
