The flavors were all authentic and great. My biggest gripe was that there wasn't that much food even though it was made for 4 ppl (how many ppl we had). The short ribs were all cut, so 12 pieces was more like 2 bites per piece rather than a whole "rib". Some of the pieces were particularly fatty (that happens with short ribs, so it's not necessarily the restaurant's fault), but it decreased the amount of meat on that "piece" as well. The bulgogi was tasty, but similar to the ribs, the plate just wasn't filled. The tofu stew was good, not great. It comes with 2 clams and a fair amount of tofu. The banchan have a one time refill included which is great! We could probably eat their banchan all day. I didn't see that written anywhere though. Fun environment to eat family style and catch up with friends.
