I also really enjoyed the texture of the sausage. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars (but wish I could give it 4.5 stars) was that the majority of the bottom of the crust was coated in oil. I don't mind the flavor of the oil, it just made the pizza floppy, challenging to eat the 1st half of each slice, and a mess. I'm hoping a subsequent visit will yield different results.
