Fun atmosphere if you like the food cart scene. Decent amount of indoor seating for colder days. Best gluten free option is the vegan food cart; one other cart did have a dedicated fryer for their fries. Servers were friendly. read more

Let me tell you about some of the best chili I've ever had- and served with the biggest smile. For starters, I love that this is a woman-owned business. Weeks be for my trip to Sisters, I searched Yelp for healthy food options in town and bookmarked this spot. I was so excited to finally check it out and it did not disappoint. The food truck is located in the lot adjacent to The Barn with plentiful outdoor and indoor seating. I ordered the vegan chili with local squash - it was topped with pickled red onions and I added marinated tofu (highly recommend). This bowl was not only hefty but so delicious. It was such a treat to cuddle up in my hotel bed on a rainy day and enjoy this meal. I would be a regular at this spot if I lived in the area. Your customer service needs improvement I came today during the farmers market at exactly 11:10am I was at the window no one in line and reading the menu as a first time to be customer and the lady at the window chopping food did not even acknowledge me and mind you I was standing there waiting to order.. so obviously I walked away and gave my business to another food cart read more

This place is hands down the best food I have had in the Bend area!!! Every ingredient is so fresh and you can tell it is made from scratch. I thought I was going to be disappointed when they took my go to summer salad off the menu but then I had my first fall menu with the soup and salad combo which is DELICIOUS! If you get a large you will have left overs. I cannot recommend this place enough! I only wish they were open 7 days a week but it's a small team so get they need days off. Your body will thank you for eating something so yummy but also so healthy!!! read more

We stopped through the Barn (amazing spot) for lunch and per strong recommendation stopped at Rootbound. I ordered the Farmers Market, a salad that boasted a truckload of veggies and orange vinaigrette. We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes, not bad. Our number is called, and the salad arrives. And this is a SALAD. It's seriously stacked, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The combo of flavors was lovely, and the large was good sized. The one thing I'd say is that $17 is a bit much for salad... but this one was worth it. read more

I was looking for a salad option this weekend and noticed Rootbound had a few options. I ended up with a small Farmers Market. The salad was amazingly refreshing with crisp, bright veggies and spring mix, and topped with a VERY yummy dressing. Not huge, but to me it was worth the money. Delicious vegan food truck in the ever-popular Sisters, OR. It's part of a larger food truck pod at The Barn which features Mexican, pizza and other fare. The salads and sandwiches at Rootbound are incredibly fresh. I loved every bite to be completely honest. I sometimes get bored halfway through a salad but not this time. It is expensive but I felt that the cost was fair for the value. Big portions of quality food. Not too shabby! read more

Absolutely one of the best vegan meals I've had. It's difficult to do a vegan nacho well, and they surpassed any and all expectations! That cilantro lime sauce was incredible, the whole plate was absolutely stacked. Well worth the price! I can't wait to come back for more. read more

Ordered a large Bountiful Flora Salad here last evening. It was huge and loaded with everything good to eat. It was too big to finish. The ingredients were so fresh that they held up well overnight, even with the salad dressing! The grilled marinated tofu was some of the best I've ever had! Very friendly and helpful staff. New food truck at The Barn in Sisters. Vegan food but very tasty! As a local here, happy to have them. Had the Sunshine bowl and the flavors were spot on. Sauce was unctuous ,beans and rice were yummy, more grilled pineapple please. Price for what you get is very high - $16 for a small bowl and I got the tofu upsell add on for $3 which resulted in 7 tiny cubes of tofu.(!?) Also the black beans were cold ( maybe on purpose?) and the coconut rice very very clumpy. So - flavor is a 5 star but value maybe 3 stars and have some kinks to work out but I'll be back. I am happy to recommend a new addition to the Sister's Food Court - ROOTBOUND. I chose the Sunshine Bowl and it was packed with flavors - Peaches and coconut, and avocado on a black bean base, with a delicious light dressing, was a hit. My friend ordered the Vega Bowl, with potatoes, broccoli, quinoa in a mushroom curry sauce, and she said it was delicious. The fully plant-based menu gave us plenty of options. We chose a bowl and a special nacho dish, both with grilled tofu. We found seats inside The Barn and had a couple beers. As Sisters local plant-based eaters for the past 10 years, we couldn't be more delighted to have this wonderful option for eating out. read more
