During the massage she asked if I want harder intensity to which i replies yes but she goes onto say its "extra" and i said no thanks. After the massage is done, i tipped her and she told me its not enough!! That i need to pay extra 10USD for the "hard intensity" PLUS MINIMUM 30USD TIP. I shouldnt have tipped at all. Clearly the first two reviews were written by employees of this business, so here's a real review written by an actual customer. I had a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. After paying for an hour massage, plus a $2 credit card fee, my massage lasted only 38 minutes. Only after I had gotten up, dressed, and started to walk out did I realize that I'd been short changed so much time. At first my masseuse wouldn't believe me, but after I produced my receipt which was time stamped she gave in. She sounded incredibly irritated, told me to lie back down, and gave me a rushed and jolting extra 8 minutes of massage, still less than what I'd paid for. In addition, earlier in the massage my masseuse started some inappropriate touching, which I had to redirect multiple times. This made me very uncomfortable. Once my massage ended, I was left feeling anxious and irritated- the exact opposite of what I had come for. On principle I decided not to tip, which seemed fair given the circumstances. Because of this, my masseuse followed me yelling and deriding me as I exited the building. This is the first time I've ever felt inclined not to tip generously after a massage. I have been coming here for a while. I always get excellent service and the massage therapists are very thorough. There is a shower available and the rooms are clean and quiet. There is always soft music playing and the massage therapists always ask if there is an area that needs attention to make sure my massage adequately addresses my needs. Let me start out by saying it's the best experience I had ever received from a massage establishment. The price is reasonable for an hour massage. The place is incredibly clean and quiet and my masseuse hit every tense spot on my body. I met the owner of the business and she is the nicest lady!
