Everything seemed to be either overcooked or runny. The salmon was burnt, the calamari was crispy beyond recognition, and the fettuccine Alfredo was so runny it was basically pasta soup. It also took forever for our food to arrive. Maybe that's part of the strategy so you have more time to enjoy the show? Ironically, the best meal at the table was my 8-year-old's burger, and honestly, her kids portion was incredible. She definitely won the dinner lottery. However, it is still the CSA and I would recommend this for people who are hardcore about the quality of their food and the impact they make on the environment and community.
