    Paintings and great atmosphere!

Super cool place with amazing food! The outside has some character, but wait until you venture inside.... what a cool place. Murals, paintings, and old eclectic architecture. The second floor is just as cool and the food was amazing! The burger was huge and tasty, and I had the salmon. Salmon, capers, and onion was perfect and a generous portion. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood!

Wanted to check this spot out since we moved here. Downstairs is really cute and aesthetic. We were taken upstairs to dine and that seemed like a cigar lounge/bar combo. I didn't smell any smoke (non smoker here) but my friend said she did ‍. There were bottles of liquor lining the bar but the bartender said the establishment didn't have their liquor license so we weren't able to order anything hard. We both got the boss lady which was fried catfish, grits and eggs. The fish and the eggs were phenomenal!! The grits needed a little help but nothing some salt and pepper couldn't handle. I wish the plate would've had the fish on the grits and not the eggs but I'm sure that's just my preference. If I could've ordered the fish à la cart and took me another piece home, I would've. Service was a little slow BUT it seemed there was one waitress for everybody and she was communicating wonderfully. My friend and I weren't in a rush so we didn't mind at all. Just be mindful that this might not be a quick in and out option.

When we first walked in I KNEW I was going to LOVE this place- the music, the art, the eclectic vibe. Janette greeted us with a sincere friendly Good Morning and she was so attentive throughout the time here. The coffee was fresh brewed and delicious, the quiche was AMAZING- my husband couldn't stop commenting about the crust. The best part- the strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast. GET HERE!

Wow! This a great new spot on North 6th Street and is destined to be a hit. The interior and atmosphere are amazing. The owner did most of the interior renovations himself and preserved many if original architectural details His vision and care are evident throughout. Everything is top notch and thoughtfull, right down to the coffee service. My companion ordered buttermilk pancakes and I enjoyed the "B Pop Tart." Both were excellent, as was the coffee. I look forward to working my way through the rest of the menu. Service was friendly and enthusiastic. The staff is still learning a bit, hence 4 stars instead of 5. However, I expected this and there were no major mis-steps. I have zero doubt that the team will improve with time and practice I HIGHLY recommend this fantastic addition to Harrisburg's restaurant scene.

Found this place while looking for somewhere to eat. Food was really good and the atmosphere truly was amazing to top it off. We would definitely come back.

It was such a great experience. The girls and I swung by for brunch. The selection was good, my food (I got the quiche and grits) was awesome, and the vibe here is soo chill. Everyone was so friendly! If I lived here, this would be my new spot. This one will he marked for every trip to Hershey!

We showed up late afternoon for a brunch sweet and they didn't miss with anything. We walked in and were promptly greeted by the owner, Jameson. He showed us to our seat and from there it was all gravy. Our order included the Blueberry French Toast and their massive cinnamon bun. You might want to share the bun with someone because it was gigantic and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, soft lighting, but you're surrounded by lovely artwork from local artists. It's a whole vibe. There are a couple couches as part of their seating too. Jameson has a wonderful history behind his restaurant and I'm here for it. He honors his grandfather with an entire wall covered in a mural on the outside of the building. Don't let the area intimidate you, Jameson and his crew know what they're doing to serve up a lovely, genuine and tasty experience.

    Smoked salmon

What an incredible food experience with a touch of artistic flair! The customer service was outstanding, and every dish was packed with flavor -- from the peach French toast to the smoked salmon. Don't miss out -- make a special trip to Harrisburg, PA, for a truly memorable culinary experience!

This smoked salmon on potato latkes is amazing!

My waitress (Danyell) immediately took my order of shrimp cocktail and the prime rib special. The food is where the experience soured. The shrimp cocktail (6 pieces) was cooked well and arrived chilled. The issue I had was with the garlic aeoli, cocktail sauce, and old bay seasoning dust that was generously sprinkled on top of the shrimp. Both sauces were under seasoned and the dry old bay seasoning added an odd texture and taste that detracted from th flavor of the shrimp cocktail. The prime rib was extremely tough, had no flavor, and was missing the cap. This was a big disappointment as I expected more from award winning chef Dougie Krick. The meal included mashed potatoes, however, as they do not offer a baked potato, I substituted for steak fries which arrived greasy. Total with tip was $85. Given the quality of the meal served, not a value. The server was very attentive and frequently refilled my drink without asking.

Fairly busy Saturday morning, the order line moved at a nice pace, allowing my friends and me time to examine the menu while we waited. I wanted to order the Crab Rangoon pizza again, but I went for the Crab Hash & Eggs, which didn't disappoint. It's great to see the dining room filled with customers enjoying their Valley View menu choices and the people they are dining with. Note: the parking lot fills up quickly on Saturdays.

I found it a little difficult to take in the HUGE menu and make a decision while standing in line, but that's just me. So we ordered, got a table sign and went to find a table. There weren't many available. Like, maybe 2. We sat. We watched some amazing looking food go by. The food was brought out, along with our coffee flight and other beverages. I had a 2-egg breakfast combo and upgraded to the Fruity Pebble French Toast. It was a huge amount of food, likely enough for 3 people. The French toast was beautiful dish and I couldn't finish it all. Once food is dropped off (wordlessly) there is no more "service." You refill your own coffee mug and bus your table when you're done. The food is imaginative and excellent. It's not really a service style I prefer outside of theme park vacations, but the food is good enough that I'll be back.
