Brittany provided an extremely accurate estimate for my children's dental services based on our insurance, which I greatly appreciated. The hygienist Tammy was gentle and thorough, and I didn't experience any gum discomfort or bleeding. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but the staff here makes it a little bit easier. Each visit, Dr.Moskowitz comes in and checks the teeth to make sure that everything is okay with your teeth. TMI but I always have a ton of plaque and they are always so patient with everything and take their time to remove as much as they can. The hygienists explain everything they are going to do and make sure to not hurt you too bad with the instruments.

A new dentist (I believe this was her first job after school) did the procedure. I ended up with my mouth being numb for more than 24 hours and 2 days later had intense pain and facial swelling. The practice admitted the fill in was in too deep but insisted I needed a root canal after failed antibiotic and steroid treatment. I asked to speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones and was completely dismissed. There was no ownership to the damage that was done. No one offered to redo the fill in that was done incorrectly. I had a consult with an endodontist who confirmed I did not need a root canal and the error was in the fill in. All I wanted to do was speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones, express my concerns and discuss a plan to fix my issue. I was completely dismissed and the provider would not speak with me. As a healthcare worker with over 25 years of experience, this was not customer service. This was not ownership to a wrong. This was rude and insulting. To date, I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get this resolved. I am now being told that I have completely maxed out my insurance in June and would now have to pay out of pocket. This indicates that Trinity billed incorrectly and took the entire annual plan benefit!!! Honestly this has been exhausting, unfair and completely unnecessary.

I had also expressed that I've been having tooth pain for a couple years. She gave an "educated"guess that it could be a hairline fracture, but didn't even look at my teeth just looked at the x-rays? Then loudly, proceeds to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I don't care who knows or doesn't know, but it was unprofessional. Proceeds to give me a referral to a dentist that could look into that. On the referral, my last name isn't even spelled correctly? After I gave them my ID.
