From the awesome staff to the organization and system they use, to product knowledge and pricing, this place is the best. I've never had a bad experience, even when I made the mistake of ordering inside pickup instead of curbside. I assured the staff it was most definitely my fault and went to walk in the upstairs. The employee downstairs must have called up and let them know. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I was Caleb and immediately took me back. (I assured them as well it was my fault, and I didn't need any special attention.) Now, although this is one experience, they have consistently gone the extra mile every time. Never have I had an employee not smiling or not having little conversations with each customer they can (while still being insanely efficient and quick). Even to the point that I cannot think of a time that I was ever there for longer than 10 mins. 10 mins that's all, but I still always felt so recognized and like I had a conversation with a friend. Also, the way all of the employees interact with each other is amazing. I know, don't ever say work is family, but the way they have little banter with each other like siblings just makes everyone laugh and have a good time.
