Hes been working with my externship coordinator making sure I am in the right office for me and progressing. They never even examined mine, just said it would be $200 to tune it up and that I should "just buy a new one." It honestly felt to me, in my opinion, the prices were set high to maintenance the machine to push customers into purchasing new machines instead of repairing what they already have. When I said I only wanted mine looked at because I can't afford a new one, the tone was rude and dismissive. Then they quoted an outrageous amount of time just to take a look at it. My husband and I were shocked by how we were treated. Upselling and pressuring customers into buying something is not the kind of business I want to support, and they won't be getting our business again.
