He talks things out with you and will come up with the best route to take instead of putting you on bunch of medication until finding one that sticks. He will let you switch or change doses if it sounds good to try and get you on the perfect plan. He has always been so kind and seems to really care. I have crazy anxiety. It comes on strong in traffic. So if I'm willing to drive out to his office all the way out in Keller then to have a Doctor here in Fort Worth where they wanted to push every kind of medicine on me or a Doctor that won't give you medication you have known to work and been on for years. Dr Musgrave listened to me without judgment and came up with a plan for me that got me off of too much medication and now I'm off of medication ai didn't need and on the proper meds with the proper does. I'm taking way less medication and feel better then ever. I recommend him to my best friend who is Now a patient of Dr a Musgrave now! And she is a nurse, so she is not naive about Doctors and medication. The office staff is nice which is always nice. And their website has a patient portal that is easy to use and messages and requests are answered is a timely manner and always get a response within a day at most. It's a nice clean Building and most importantly especially since I drive a long distance, I have never had to wait longer than under 10 mins. Usually my name is called in 5 minutes. I've never waited like other offices. So yeah, great Place, great staff, Great Doctor who gives great care.

We tried "Wise" doctors and "Texas Health" doctors, but were very disappointed with their lackluster and lack of care. They care more about money than you as a patient! So we thought we'd try Baylor Scott and White because our chiropractor specifically highly recommended Dr Beau Ellenbecker to us. We could not be more pleased with Dr Ellenbecker!!! He is down to earth and very knowledgeable! His breadth of expertise in all areas of medicine are incredible and his bedside manner is calm and reassuring! Their website is so easy to check on results, make appointments and even chat with Dr Ellenbecker. And Dr Ellenbecker, or one of his staff are very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Most of all, Dr Ellenbecker is so nice and down to earth. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all my questions and concerns. His polite and calming bedside manner is such a relief compared to other doctors who are more concerned with the bottom line, rather than their own patients care and concern. If you want a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable doctor...Dr Ellenbecker is the best!

I have NEVER had a place deny me because I was late. The rude guy continued to say I could be seen at 4pm by their nurse but I said no thanks. He AlSO said "Maybe if I came in at 2pm they could squeeze me in." what do you mean 'squeeze me in' my appointment was at 2!!! I called back to complain and he said "we are not a walk in clinc we are appointment only and you have to be on time." I said so you're telling me everyone is always exactally on time to an appointment? That is a lie. Don't go here, awful just awful.Rude and mean. I reported it to Baylor Corporate. Should be hearing back soon. Will avoid Baylor until then.

Walls are a little thin, but that's just a building issue. Medical staff changes somewhat frequently but I have no issue with them in any case.

Extremely annoyed and disappointed that offices continue to screw people out of more money. After my beloved PCP retired/moved out of state, I decided to try Bridlewood Family Healthcare due…read moreto proximity to home and because my prior PCP had stated that my medical records would be transferred there. The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

I've never had a bad experience…read more Getting in touch with someone on the phone can be frustrating for those that are not technically inclined. But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

Awful experiences. Each time, I have to follow up myself to…read moreensure I get the care I need. During visits, Dr. Leon seems SO busy or over booked (or just does not care), doesn't know which pt he is seeing, who I am or why I am there. He does not take time to get to know you or educate you at all. For example, during my very first visit with Dr. Leon, he asked if I have "any pertinent family history" - the average person may not know what that means OR what is considered pertinent. My patch test came back posistive for items, including nickel. He asked if I eat a lot of canned food to which I replied "not really, well we have been eating a lot of tuna lately". He did not acknowledge that reply and moved onto his next question. Should I be avoiding tuna or other canned foods??? I guess I will never know. He asked many questions like this to which I replied yes, and he just moved onto the next question with no education or guidance. I asked him the best way to know if I am allergic to a products ingredient if that item was not included in the patch test, to which he replied very odd - giving me a non answer and just telling me to scan my products in the allergy app. Ok, well if we dont test for X, the app will say I am not allergic to X - so that does not help me. I asked him about 3 different, nice ways to which he replied "This is the gold standard and we do patch testing multiple times per week". Again, a non answer and he seemed almost offended that I would ask how I know if I am allergic to something or not that we do not test for. It was super weird so I dropped it. During my follow up with him, he walked into the room and asked ME to remind HIM what my "chief complaint is" bc he didn't take 30 sec to review my chart first. We were in the middle of talking, and after a few min he opens the laptop and says "Anne right?" as though he didn't know WHICH pt I was for sure and had to double check. At my follow up, I had to remind them I was also there for a nasal scope. Dr. Leon was supposed to send a medication to my pharmacy after my appt, that same day and did not. I had to follow up the next day to ask them to send it. Appts are very long, I am often put in a room and wait 45 min or more to be seen. I was also told I needed a sinus CT scan but they could not see me for 5 weeks! Insane. I explained I cannot wait that long and asked to be fit in that week, or send the order to an outside facility, so they did fit me in. I went in this week, Thurs 8/13 for the in office CT scan and waited in the lobby for 30 min. The front desk went to check on my wait time, and when she came back, I heard her tell her coworker that the main guy who does the scan was out that day and the girl covering was not monitoring the CT scan schedule. Great. I was told Dr. Leon would call me with the CT scan results (he reads them in the office), I was given option to wait for him to come talk to me about results in person that day while I was there or a phone call and chose a call because I needed to get back to work. It was implied and understood by me that he would call the same day, this was Thursday. Of course, he did not call me with the results. I sent a msg on the patient portal Thurs 8/13 evening asking them to call me Friday before the weekend as my symptoms were very uncomfortable and I am hoping to know results/treatment plan/meds etc before the weekend. At this point, it's been several weeks since I started coming here and we've tried two diff meds that have not helped. I still did not get a call before they closed Friday 8/14 for the weekend. Do not expect any bedside manner, education, answer to your questions, or prompt care here. I plan to follow up again next week on the scan results and I have already scheduled with a new doctor/office to transfer my care
