Extremely annoyed and disappointed that offices continue to screw people out of more money. I recommend going elsewhere or asking very specifically what your visit covers and which QUESTIONS cost extra...

I was told by the hospital to…read morefollow up with my PCP but he moved recently and is too far for me to continue seeing him so they recommended I try and follow up with any Texas Health provider since it was all the same system and they could easily access my files. I found Dr Olivier through my insurance. I went to her website and marked that I had not been seen in that practice in the past 3 years then I selected the option for a new patient hospitalization follow up and proceeded to make myself an appointment. I received a text confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I found (and paid) a babysitter to watch my son to make the appointment smoother. When I showed up, the lady at the front told me I had no appointment. I kept insisting I did (she didn't even seem interested in trying to verify anything and I had to reiterate about 3 times that I had one), so she finally asked my phone number to look it up. After giving my phone number, she told me they cancelled my appointment because they are not accepting new patients. I told her I selected new patient hospitalization follow up and she told me it didn't matter because they were not accepting new patients. I then asked why they didn't bother to let me know they cancelled my appointment, and she told me they sent me a text message. I asked what day they text and she said July 18. I checked ALL my texts and the only one I got from them that day was the one CONFIRMING my appointment. I tried to show her the text and she wouldn't even look at my phone. I asked why they text instead of calling to let them know and in a very condescending and rude tone, she said "that's just how we do things". I understand if you're not taking new patients. But if you're not, then why was I able to make a "new patient hospitalization follow up" appointment? And if it's a mistake, why are you just going to text someone saying an appointment was cancelled because they can't accept you? And then when they never got the text, why be condescending and rude instead of apologizing and trying to be helpful?! She was just so dismissive and made me feel like it was just my problem and I was the one who messed up. And for reference, I attached the text message I received. Dr Olivier might be a good doctor, I don't know. But her staff could definitely learn some kindness and etiquette. I walked a couple suites down to suite 125, which is another Texas Health PCP and the ladies there were so much more helpful and kind.

A couple of weeks ago, I woke up with a terrible sore throat. I tried Cepacol lozenges without any relief. Eventually, I began searching for urgent care medical facilities that were open in the middle of the night. After reviewing several options and reading through patient reviews, I decided to call Complete Care in Southlake. Initially, seeing that it was a 24/7 ER gave me pause, as those 24/7 ER facilities can be very expensive, and I even debated whether I should simply endure the pain for another five hours until a traditional urgent care clinic opened...I'm so glad I made the call. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to my interactions with the nurse and Dr. Peebles, the experience was exceptional. Everyone took their time, answered my questions thoroughly, offered thoughtful suggestions, promptly sent over prescriptions, and Debbie expertly administered the two injections I needed. Even more surprising, the cost was literally on par with many local urgent care facilities for cash pay. I'm an old ER RN so I knew the ER would be crazy, but I know a puncture can get really bad quickly, I received excellent care from an extremely experienced Doctor and great staff without the craziness and all day wait time of the ER at the hospital, I even received follow up care! In 20 minutes a provider called me after having a virtual visit with our kiddo. Had ordered some of the normal tests the nurse could do. CoVid, flu, strep ect. Then called me back a few minutes later and sent a prescription to the pharmacy and said I could pick her up. It was so convenient as I had already called our pediatrician and they were booked up even the next day. Thank you for this awesome service!

I took pictures in the exam room, as you can see the air duct is covered in mold and dust, the trash can was disgusting and the exam table is broken. I'm giving three stars because the check in staff was super friendly, and the provider was so attentive and kind. You can tell the staff really care, but management/owners are irresponsible for letting the building get so filthy.
