Let's start with the kountry boy kolache. They have venison and jalapeño-we opted for the jalapeño. They basically take this great smoked sauage and wrap it like a mummy in some buttery dough. You get a nice snap as you bite it. Not hot but really good. Smoked brisket, egg and cheese kolache. The smoked brisket was legit-suoer tender and nice touch of smoke with plenty of bark to complement the egg and cheese. Glad we split it because it was the size of a small burger. The donut sandwich. Oh my god. This is another level: They take a glazed donut, slice it in half and toast it. You get to fill with either bacon and egg, sausage and egg or ham and egg.
