Over priced latte with a lack of coffee flavor. It is very creamy and vegan friendly which I appreciated since I can't drink milk, but besides that it tasted like I was drinking warm coffee creamer. The ambiance is super nice and I think it's worth going for the ambiance, but unfortunately, my friends and I all agreed that they could do better. read more

Cute lil coffee shop in Pasadena! Super IG worthy. They have a faux plant wall near the entrance, as well as some outdoor seating, and a cute entrance with a bike and flowers. The drink was really good! I got the pink matcha latte with oat milk. The pink is from beet juice rather than dye so it's more natural and it was surprisingly tasty. It was just the right amount of sweetness to matcha ratio for me. They do take longer to make it, but you can tell they are really crafting each drink. My only wish is they sold MORE plants in here. I only saw a few. read more

Great food and drinks but service could use some improvement. Walked in to three employees earlier today and nobody greeted us and when we greeted the cashier at the register, the girl didn't say hello back and was not friendly to us. As someone who also works in customer service, I wanted to bring attention to how the employees may affect the experience and may prevent returning customers. I love the drinks but this was not a pleasant experience for having driven out from LA. I will likely stick to my local vegan coffee stop from now on. read more

This place was so stinking cute! It has this happy for lucky charming quality about it! From the pink interior to the plants everywhere... I could go for hours and study. The person who made my drink was very nice, kind, and took the time to explain to me what was on the menu as I don't drink any coffee. I have the Monk fruit drink and it really does taste like cinnamon toast crunch! Tasty Donely thing is I wish the tables were better so I can put more of my stuff but otherwise I really like the place and I'll be back again! read more

The place is very cute and the coffee is good but your staff need to drop the attitude. I went Saturday afternoon and there were only 2 other customers waiting. The cashier was very sweet and helpful as it was my first time there. I paid for my drink and moved to the side/back to wait for it to be ready. Another staff says "can i help you with something?" I replied I was waiting to which says "she (the cashier) told you to wait outside". Luckily, my drink was ready so I left. Sorry Im partially deaf and didnt know I was supposed to wait outside. Between the partition, masks and music playing its a wonder anyone can hear anything. I won't be going back. Update: thanks for reaching out but my issue isnt with covid guidelines, its with your rude staff. read more

I read about this place on IG and thought id give it a try. Its such a cute set up and the decor is homely and cute. Some things to know is the street is a 1 way and you cant park on the left side its a No Parking zone. But rest assured there is public parking structures $2 for like 15min. And if its your first time this place is in a little alley area so you wont see it just by driving by. I ordered the blue lavender latte cold and its was absolutely delicious, i loved it. I also got my order super quick. Since it is plant based shop they only offer almond or oat milk, perfect for the vegan lifestyle. If it isnt for you like me, I got the oat milk and i couldnt taste the difference. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice "catch up with the girls" vibe or just having some peace with maybe a good book or your laptop. read more

Not my cup of tea/coffee. The "Rosebowl" latte was in my opinion gross because of the beet - acquired taste I guess. The "24K" latte was okay... definitely not worth the cost. The regular brew again is typical diner coffee; not great in my opinion. I usually like to taste the coffee whether a dark or light roast and I feel like neither offered coffee - Maybe that's the point and I missed it. I'm sure they have a customer type in mind and lets hope they cater to them but for someone who likes to taste the coffee, enjoy different roast etc. NOT my place. The employees were nice. Place is beautiful with all the plants that are very well cared for. Seating is plentiful. Very "instagrammable" but not drinkable. Overall, not for me but i'd say worth a taste. read more

I loved the location and outdoor seating! My beverage was okay. The problem I have with this place was the woman who was behind the counter. Attitude is make or break for me to return to a cafe. She didn't seem to want to be there and was rude and stand-offish to me :( on her phone during the entire interaction with me, never looked at me and never said thank you or you're welcome. she was a tall, beautiful brunette. Side note and does not pertain to 2 star fairing: There was construction taking place above the coffee shop, which was also a bummer but I know it isn't the coffee shops fault. Their matcha and chagachino is amazing! I did add a shot to that just get a kick but will try it without the shot next time. Natural sweeteners like monk fruit and agave which is amazing. This place was cute and the coffee was fine. I've seen this place plastered all over Instagram and wanted to see what the hype was about--and I understand why. The decor was sweet and I loved how fresh and green the space was. Everything was very clean and I now know why this place is all over Instagram, it's very aesthetic. I did not realize going in that this shop was 100% plant based, which threw me off when I ordered a cappuccino and was given the options of oat milk or almond milk (I really wanted regular milk! But I guess that's on me for not knowing their philosophy beforehand). As I'm used to cappuccinos with regular milk, I had a hard time picking out the flavor of the espresso as it felt somewhat overpowered by the flavor of the oat milk. At $4.75 for my drink, I found the price steep for what I received, and will likely go to another coffee shop for a cappuccino that is more my style. Would I come back? Sure. I'd like to try one of their trendier drinks from their menu (lavender, rose, etc.) but I don't see myself adding this place to my regular rotation of small local coffee shops. I'm sure this place is perfect for plenty of folks out there! Just not quite my cup of tea (or, I guess, coffee). Kudos to the owners for creating such a sustainable cafe concept! read more

Ok I looooove this place. If you're looking for great coffee sweetened with all natural sweeteners and want to buy a cute little plant to go with, then this is the place. They not only know a lot about coffee drinks they are super knowledgeable about plants. They also love dogs and have puppuccinos. I'm obsessed with this place. The coffee is always SPOT ON and this is honestly the BEST avocado toast I've ever had. They're a completely dairy free establishment which is amazing, and they have TONS of non-coffee options as well. Cutest shop with the friendliest staff even during difficult times. I visited on Wednesday morning as soon as they opened at 9. Tried the 24k charcoal latte which was exceptional. As I waited for my order a man came in without a mask and was approached by female employee who kindly advised him of the policy and although he claimed to not speak english, she was very patient until he got the point. Anyhow, I sat outside for a little while just enjoying the scenery. What is there not to love about this place? I can't wait to return. read more

This is a VEGAN coffee and pastries shop. I wish I had known before I went. There should be mentions of this at a more prominent place. I don't see it on the Yelp page and have submitted a request to add this info. I didn't like my beverage with oak milk and the staff gave me the wrong croissant. Love that this coffee shop is all vegan and non-dairy milk is the default! They're seasonal drinks are great and can't go wrong with a dirty chai latter. I've also had the sweet and savory croissants and they're 10/10! Their staff is really sweet and the coffee shop is adorable. Don't know much about their parking situation, but I found street parking right in the front. They also do delivery, and 3rd party orders. My first time, but definitely not the last. The drip coffee was barely above lukewarm and just didn't taste good. Again, it was hard to put my finger on exactly what was wrong with it, but it didn't taste particularly fresh. I noticed the bag of beans on the counter was roasted on 6/30 and marked down on clearance. Anyway, it's probably a perfectly fine place if you're not obsessed with excellent black coffee or high-quality espresso drinks. The space is large, there's lots of outdoor seating, and the staff is nice. I just wish I'd known going in that the coffee wasn't very good, so I'm writing this review for the other people out there who are equally insufferable about their coffee.

I definitely recommend coming in early because a lot of things in the front displays were cleared out by the time we got to the front. They do keep making more but it's not a guarantee.

Just found this supposedly lovely and quaint spot to sit down, enjoy my coffee, and catch up with my embroidery. I ordered the iced rose bowl latte, and it had the perfect balance of rose and turmeric without overpowering one another. However while I was sitting down and doing my work, the place had the A/C on even though it was 65 degrees outside. I told one of the baristas, and her response was, "Yeah it's cold huh?", and did not change the A/C settings or turn it off. I asked the other barista if she can do so, but she said she can since the storage room/kitchen would be super hot. If they can provide a better solution to cool off their storage room/kitchen AND to make sure their customers are NOT freezing that would been better. read more

Found this little coffee shop from our way back of dinner at Il Fornaio, which is in the same square. The super cute decor is what drew my attention and after takin mom for her Mother's Day dinner we decided to stop in and check out this place. We ordered a Matcha and a drink that was blue with coconut. It was so good it was not overly sweet and it was a very refreshing taste. My mom loved her blue drink even though it did not contain any coffee but after our dinner we were already tired so I guess that was a good thing. If you order a cold drink, it's packed with so much ice that you're essentially paying a premium for barely an ounce of liquid. Like the decor is mehhh and the people are either rude or just creepy. Totally not my vibe. The manager was some short dude, kinda creepy.
