Here at Aloha Bakehouse & Cafe which I was surprised to have found down in the ground floor o Topa Financial Center, it's a pretty decent size which is filled with basically all things grab and go. All sorts of baked goods, Banana Bread, Bagels, Pound Cake, Scones and of course their Aloha Bread. If you need substance to start your day they also have sandwiches, Breakfast Croissant, Somen Salad, Summer Rolls, Breakfast Bento, Fried Rice and Musubi along with every type of coffee, cold brew, bulletproof, smoothies, lemonade, iced tea and more you're sure to find that item to start your day. Being slightly hidden in the Topa Finacial Center does have it's benefits of blocking out all the downtown morning hustle which is nice to have a bit of me time which I did since it was my day off to just quietly enjoy my moment. PARKING: free garage OVERALL COMMENTS: I go to Ala Moana all the time so when I saw that they opened there I had to stop by. I decided to order what I got back in 2018, which was their taro ube latte but instead of it hot, I got it iced. Creamy n' full on taro + ube flavor throughout. Never a bland or diluted sip. I can see why it is their signature. My 1 y/o enjoyed the keiki grilled cheese n' so did I! The rosemary sourdough gave it extra flavor n' the inside was cheesy. The fruit added a nice fresh touch. Definitely plan to return to try more of their lattes n' matcha while I know my hubz would L.O.V.E. their cold brew!

I've been to the downtown and Ward Village locations of Ali'i Coffee, so when I heard that they have a new shop next to the Jollibee at Makai Market Food Court, I had to stop by! The free, covered parking is much appreciated... and so is the wonderful air-conditioning and beautiful wall mural! Note: This space used to be Honolulu Bistro Service was super friendly and efficient! The friends of the employees were hanging out and chatting in a welcoming manner! Thanks! The charming gal at the counter listened to me and figured out that I would enjoy the Ali'i Cloud because it was dairy-free and contained coconut milk already! The base was the Purple Haze iced tea - and some vanilla was added to the mix... very clever! Thank you so much for a great foodie experience! I'll be back!

The sticky buns were not too gloppy and quite tender. Very yummy. The cold brew coffee is excellent, not bitter or acidy, but nice and strong if you get light caramel. And the matcha shot was superb. I am rushing of caffeine as I write this. Just the thing for heading to class, you will be awake and happy.

It will be crowded here during breakfast and lunch time. It's worth standing in the line for the bentos and baked goods. Yes, it's that delicious. It costs @$12.50. Walk into the POB 3 Building from the garage or main entrance and you can't miss it. Located just before the building's main elevators, just look for an open counter area. It's a small space, but houses a big taste of foodie offerings. Service is quick and fast. They do run out of food at times. Come early to secure your choice of bento and other goodies. There is an outdoor area with tables and benches that you can sit down and enjoy your meal. Enjoy!

If you like simple like me, this place is for you. I went first thing this morning to get my matcha fix. The gentleman working the front counter was welcoming and soft spoken. I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and a magic bar. The matcha is whisked in a bowl in front of you. I could tell they make their beverages with care. The matcha latte was smooth and creamy, unlike Starbucks where it's sometimes chunky and chalky. The magic bar was a nice little treat to start my morning off right. Will definitely be back again. Skip the big corporate companies and support this local small business.

They also forgot my ham until we finished everything French omelette was basically just scrambled eggs with bacon and rice . And the rice was dry . Portions were small for the price point . Food wasn't bad enough that it wasn't inedible but it was definitely not worth $80 including tip .
