My stance is if a coffee shop has good quality drip, then you can trust them to make anything else coffee-related satisfactory. Oh and the oat milk option is Oatly brand, so also Celiac safe! Second, the environment is a vibe. The inside is cozy, and I love that there always seems to be a mix of people who are there to work and also just meeting up to hang out. Also big bonus on art displayed by local artist Dathan Kane. Apparently this was inherited with the space and I love that they've chosen to keep it displayed. And the music they play is a perfect soundtrack for the atmosphere. Since the event was after hours, we weren't sure if we'd actually be able to order anything from the coffee shop, so we were VERY happy to see that the owner was there along with cashiers and baristas, and they were still serving drinks. I ordered a sugar-free raspberry vanilla matcha, frozen, and it was delicious! One thing I really appreciated is that you can get their drinks hot, iced, or frozen, and they have SO many options for customization. They have basically every milk you could ask for: soy, oat, coconut, cow's milk, etc. They even offer both regular and dairy-free whipped cream. There are also tons of different flavors to choose from, plus pastries if you want something to eat. But let's talk about the DECOR because this place understood the assignment. There's a huge mural covering an entire wall by @somitheartist on Instagram, filled with 90s nostalgia. I love that all the drinks can be made hot, iced, or frozen. They have every type of milk including coconut, oat, and almond. They also even have nondairy or dairy whipped cream options! Literally something for everyone. My drink came out very fast despite there being about 15 of us, and it was very good! Drip N Sip is decorated in everything 90s!
