This is true of just about every coffee place, including the Voldemort of coffee places (they who shall not be named, SB). Only difference is when you get your latte from SB it tastes like charcoal. I honestly appreciated the customer service and the owner willingness to remake the drinks for us; however the drinks were lacking a lot of coffee flavor perhaps bc the beans they used aren't strong enough to give off good coffee aroma and taste.
