Pretty cafe in a pretty location with pretty food and drinks. All they can offer is just looks. The drinks we got were awful. Incredibly watered down. The matcha was probably the worst I've ever had. I literally went home and made my own matcha after. The banana cake was very bready and dense with a grainy texture. Customer service was good. I appreciate small business owners and that's why I drove 30min to try this coffee spot. I like the idea of outdoor seating, weather permitting bc sometimes the weather in Vegas can too hot to sit outside and there was limited seating inside. Here's my review of the coffee: Snickerdoodle coffee: all I could taste was milk and cinnamon. We kindly asked the owner to remake this and the remake was not much different from the original. Honey lavender chai: it tasted like a yankee candle. It was not good. We had ask the owner to remake it and it tasted a lot better but still not good Iced Honey lavender latte and macadamia nut latte: very watered down coffee last and didn't have much flavor. I honestly appreciated the customer service and the owner willingness to remake the drinks for us; however the drinks were lacking a lot of coffee flavor perhaps bc the beans they used aren't strong enough to give off good coffee aroma and taste. read more

Aspire is located right next to Skye Cannon Park. It's a cool concept, with tons of beverage options and food made in house. We went on a Saturday around lunch time and it was packed. The inside is small with only a couple of tables. There is a large outdoor patio area with covered sitting. I tried a turkey caprese wrap and a pour over coffee. We also tried the homemade twix bars as a sweet treat. The pour over was served in a paper to-go cup despite ordering to stay and eat. That was a let down. The food was quite delicious though which was redeeming. Side note, there were no bathrooms attached to the coffee shop. I understand there might be some in the community center, however I'm not sure if the community center is actually open to the public, or just Skye Cannon residents. Overall, its a neat spot and the food was good. Just a couple off-putting things that have me going with 4/5 stars. The do have live music on Saturday's from 4-6pm which we might try to come back for. read more

Such a nice spot! I didn't even know it was here! The patio was packed full of people and almost every table inside had guests sitting at them! I ordered a Nutella latte and it was really good! We got a chocolate milk for my grandson and Hubbs had an iced chai and an apple fritter. Everything was yummy! We will definitely enjoy coffee here again! I had an appointment in the area so I made sure I added a stop to Aspire to my schedule. It was around noon on a Sunday and both the patio and inside were pretty full. I thankfully arrived before a group of people, so I only had a few others ahead of me in line. I originally was going to have my go-to, a dirty chai but after seeing their spring specials, I opted for the Carrot Cake Latte. This drink was delicious, but definitely on the sweeter side. The spices unfortunately sunk to the bottom of the cup, so I didn't get the full taste until I was mostly finished and mixed it with a straw. The cheesecake cold foam was sooo good! This was a fun seasonal special and I look forward to trying a different special next time I visit. read more

This spot is not for me. The vibe is not what I enjoy, and it feels like work to be here. Not a single door is normal, either deal with an emergency door, but not just for emergencies, or giant sliding doors that may just open to a table on the other side. This spot is nestled into a community, so I'm sure it's great to have if you live here, but as a visitor i am just not willing to find joy in it. Bathroom is a short walk away at their fitness center and it's clean and private, but still felt inconvenient. Coffee was just alright and the packaged foods gave me the impression it's meant to last at least a few days in the display. read more

Food was quite tasty and the portions were pretty decent as well. Service was good with ordering at the counter being fairly quick and easy. The inside is a bit small with only a handful of tables, but the outdoor patio area is very cute and can accommodate a good amount of people. They were quite busy, so food took a little bit, but they did let us know that when we ordered, which I appreciated. I ordered the snickerdoodle latte with oat milk, which I really enjoyed, but my daughter didn't like the snickerdoodle chai that she ordered. They promptly made her a new drink with zero issues. I really enjoyed everything we had and I'd definitely go back to try some other things as well. They do also offer some vegan options on the menu, which is nice to see. It is open to the public despite being in the community center, next to the community pool. First time trying this spot (bc it's near my house) but I legit thought I was in the wrong place and not able to go in LOL. It's a small cafe with a handful of tables inside and a lot of seating outside. It's a drive for us to get out here.. but we love checking out new coffee spots and this place was worth the drive. We were promptly waited on at the counter. We ordered a drip coffee, a super food pour over and avocado toast. Drinks and food came up in a timely manner and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. They have a variety of healthy coffee drinks (mushroom, super food, etc..) on the menu and a good selection of savory and sweet breakfast/brunch options. Lots of seating inside and a large covered patio with seating outside as well. I come here almost every morning unless I am out of town. I really enjoy having a good coffee place to come to. Coffee is more of a habit for me than an addiction. When I lived in Hawaii, I would take my Pomeranian to Morning Brew or Arvo in Kakaako and we did our little walk. It was a ritual. I am happy to have a new home at Aspire where the coffee drinks are great and the staff are friendly. I bring my new little Pomeranian and do our walk around the park and stop in for our coffee. My new ritual here in Vegas. I only ever drink lattes but they are great. Relative to long wait times, it's part of the coffee culture to wait for espresso drinks made to order. This is true of just about every coffee place, including the Voldemort of coffee places (they who shall not be named, SB). Only difference is when you get your latte from SB it tastes like charcoal. One of my absolute favorite coffee houses in town. It's tucked away in a community center at Skye Point. I discovered this place about two years ago, and have never had bad customer service from anyone. The owner is friendly, and remembers your face, which gives you a sense of community and not just another customer. Also like that, they have a punch card system, so you feel like the money you spend there will at least come back with a free drink eventually . The beauty of the community center, and the coffee shop makes for a scenic escape out of Vegas. Being out there close to the last exit for Mt. Charleston makes you feel like you are out of Las Vegas and somewhere where the seasons are enjoyed and not taken for granted. They also have a nightlife on the weekends where you can get alcohol, order pizza and sit outdoors and enjoy live music. read more

What a vibe. This is probably one of the ideal places you can go to get some work done. It's spacious, clean, it's a community center so you have actual comfortable seating and clean toilets to access. Love that there's an area where you can chill outside in the patio. Last several visits here are all the same. Wait times are absurd, it takes forever to get anything, even a simple latte. Last time latte took 30 minutes and nothing. When I asked why 15 people in front of me got their coffee while we were still waiting, they couldn't figure out my order or where it went, despite charging me just fine. After wasting half an hour, just got a refund. What a joke. No return to this clown show. Basic food regularly takes 30 minutes...last visit was quoted 40 minutes so I passed. Just a total clown show every time and the funny thing is, the coffee really isn't all that great. It's fine enough but definitely not worth a wait. It's gotten busier with the neighborhood business I assume, as it's close for a lot of people to just walk, so I'm sure that helps them. Overall though, not worth it outside of a short walk with convenience. Zero chance I'm returning. read more

What a beautiful space! I don't get up to the northwest part of town so I was excited to try this spot. The service was top notch, beautiful spirits I was greeted with and I loved that! I didn't get any food but I got the seasonal flight and the flavors were amazing (see the picture with the list!) Haven't been here in a minute and finally decided to come visit. Got a hot coffee with their seasonal flavor, maple pecan. Don't taste the flavor, just the coffee which I do enjoy the coffee flavor but slightly disappointed as I was looking forward to tasting the flavor. Also, got the almond croissant which was very soggy and lacked filling. Even though the line was rather long, the staff were quick and friendly. Excellent coffee shop tucked within the growing Skye Canyon community! They are located in the Skye Canyon community clubhouse and can be hard to locate at first. They have an indoor/outdoor area as well as the clubhouse seating available with a modern, open concept design. We got seated inside and decided to go with the breakfast burrito, breakfast croissant l, and the coffee flight. Food came quickly and was everything was delicious! The coffee flight was exceptional, and being able to sample all the special coffee allowed us to decide which one was our favorite. There wasn't much much service as it was order and find your own table. The staff was nice and accommodating, and were very pleasant. We'll be back again! read more

I absolutely love this place! Today, February 19th, was my first visit. The ambiance is absolutely precious! When we first walked in, we received a warm welcome. Paige was very helpful with all my questions and told me that everything in house is all natural (A HUGE PLUS!!!)! My friend and I got the strawberry matcha and cherry latte (the cherry latte has real cherry, not the sugary purée that everyone uses!). The drinks were so pretty and absolutely delicious. I'm honestly really disappointed. When I first started coming to Aspire Coffee, it was one of my favorite spots great drinks, great food, and a welcoming coffeehouse vibe. Unfortunately, my last few visits have been the complete opposite. The staff has been exceedingly rude, doesn't seem familiar with the menu, and items that are advertised are often unavailable. Today was the final straw. I ordered a peach mojito and received a drink with no ice, barely any mint (maybe two pieces), and a flavor that honestly tasted like toothpaste. It was undrinkable and I paid $10 for it. I don't know if this place is under new management or if there's been a major staff change, but something is clearly off. The quality, consistency, and customer service have gone downhill fast. It's really disappointing because this used to be such a solid coffee shop. I hope they take this feedback seriously and get back to what Aspire Coffee used to be because right now, it's not living up to its name. read more

I was excited to come here with my friend who has never been. I recommended to meet up here with my friend. I have been here before and liked it. I liked the outdoor patio and scenery! When we got here, it was pretty busy in the patio, but there was a short line in the café. My friend and I just ordered 2 draft beers and chicken quesadillas. The cashier told us after we paid that they are behind and the wait will be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, my friend went to check on our order because our buzzer hasn't buzzed. He was told, 10 more minutes. However, our buzzer didn't buzz till 16 minister later. We waited 46 minutes for 2 small chicken quesadillas. 46 minutes. And my friend was hungry and hasn't ate since he was busy with clients. Not only he didn't get a thank you for our patience or an apology for the long wait, the chicken quesadillas were unfortunately not good at all. The chicken had no flavor or seasoning and it was very oily. The oil was dripping everywhere. The tortilla was soft and limp. The guacamole was even brownish. Sadly, it wasn't good. I remember when they operated from their adorable coffee trailer, popping up at farmers markets and in our local parking lot. I'm thrilled they've opened a permanent location at the clubhouse. We've lived nearby for awhile and have always wanted to try this place. We came in on a Monday morning and at first struggled to find it. They need better signage to know where to park. We figured it out as we saw someone else walking to their car with a coffee in the south side of the building. There is a nice outdoor seating area with fireplace, and some seating inside. The door was a slider door which was different. The staff didn't have much friendliness, mostly just straight face staring. We expected them to maybe suggest something but they just stared. The pricing is equivalent to what other shops have and their food offerings were good. The coffee itself was strong if you like that taste. read more

We arrived on Saturday morning at 10.15am and there were 9 people standing in line in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. After standing in line for so long, the Cashier told me before I placed the order it would be a 40 minute wait to get the food and drinks. Yeah .. NO! I was fuming. The food and drinks are good but not good enough to wait over an hour! The customers behind us heard our conversation, and left the Cafe along with us. They lost 6 customers that day. Part of the problem was there was not enough staff. And, the staff that were working, were working with no urgency and seemed to be oblivious to all the customers waiting. This is a management issue. Needless to say we won't be going back anytime soon and definitely not on a Saturday morning. read more
