This is really such a gem in the Centennial area. Everytime I crave breakfast I always think about Waffles Cafe's Breakfast Sandwich waffle. It has literally everything you need- eggs, bacon, cheese, waffles, & real maple syrup. It also comes with a crispy hash brown on the side which is personally my favorite part. Great hole in the wall place! Went here because wait somewhere else was too long. I was able to get seated and got the food within 10 minutes! The mango smoothie was fresh and creamy. The boba had a good texture, but not a lot of flavor. Also had the breakfast special and the waffle pizza. The waffle by itself was very crispy and fluffy on the inside. The waffle pizza was also very crispy and everything held up. It also had a lot of cheese so be prepared for a cheese pull. Staff were also very friendly and overall made for good experience! We've been coming to this place for over four years now. Waffles are always perfect, both the savory and sweet ones.. the fruit and other toppings are always fresh too. It's a casual local spot and perfect to bring family and friends for a chill lunch or brunch. The hash browns are super tasty too! This waffle place is an okay spot for breakfast. I liked the texture of the waffles but the flavors fell flat. I had banana, whipped cream and caramel on mine. The waffle was bland so luckily the toppings helped. My friends ordered the apple pie filling on theirs as well as a pizza waffle. We came in for a New Years Eve brunch with my mom and little cousin. I got the breakfast platter my cousin got the double waffles and my mom got the flaxseed waffles. My mom's chai latte wasn't hot enough but they rewarded it for her without any issue. I got the iced chai latte which tasted good like the dirty chais we have back in DC. Not sure if it could be a bad batch in our case but it was me and my family's first time there. Also, we ordered separately and they accidentally gave us an apple juice instead of an orange juice. When we told them, they brought it out asking us to buy it. We said no, just it was just incorrectly given to us. He set it down and then took the "extra" apple juice away. You order at the counter and seat yourself in this venue, so if it's busy, you might consider a to-go order. The staff are probably the nicest bunch of people we have ever had in a restaurant in Vegas. Very personable and friendly. The woman serving the food welcomed us, thanked us, and then apologized that the food took so long to cook, which it didn't at all, it was hardly any time from order to receipt for 3 full meals with fresh HOT waffles! These waffles are huge! One thing I will caution - I was not expecting the waffle to be sweet, so we ordered the waffle sandwich and in biting into it, the sweet and savory together was a surprise. This would have been a 5 star review, in my case 3 times was not the charm. i felt the waffle was way undercooked and the place looked somewhat neglected, empty creamers, neat empty salt and pepper shakers. my previous 2 visits were different, everything stocked, the waffles were cooked to perfection. we both ordered the breakfast special which is a waffle, 2 eggs and 2 sausage links. The presentation is a tad irregular with the eggs and sausage on a small 5 " paper plate( Everything comes on paper plates and paper coffee cups, with plastic utensils). The restaurant is a family affair with the son at the counter and his parents doing the cooking, they are extremely friendly and will come out to talk to you if they have time. we returned 3 times because of the personalized service, and delicious waffles.
