This is a "must visit" every time I come to Las Vegas. They, literally, have the BEST waffles I've had anywhere in the world. Light, crispy, and oh so good. Even the gluten-free free waffles. The restaurant is homey and no-frills, though very clean. The family is always very friendly and attentive. Please keep this family business going fir years to come.

Waffles Cafe is cozy and casual with a friendly, family-run vibe. Service is welcoming and the food comes out fast. Ordered the breakfast special with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and a waffle. The waffles are fluffy and delicious, whether you go sweet or savory, and portions are solid for the price. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

This is really such a gem in the Centennial area. Everytime I crave breakfast I always think about Waffles Cafe's Breakfast Sandwich waffle. It has literally everything you need- eggs, bacon, cheese, waffles, & real maple syrup. It also comes with a crispy hash brown on the side which is personally my favorite part. They are family owned and the owners are super nice and inviting. The interior is super cozy and homey. Love yall!!

We've been coming to this place for over four years now. Waffles are always perfect, both the savory and sweet ones.. the fruit and other toppings are always fresh too. It's a casual local spot and perfect to bring family and friends for a chill lunch or brunch. The hash browns are super tasty too! I always get the Hawaiian pizza waffle or the pepperoni + sausage waffle for savory, and for sweet I choose my own fruit. The service is great too I mean we just love these guys. I meant to leave this review years ago but we finally went back again and I was reminded once more how homely this place is.

This waffle place is an okay spot for breakfast. I liked the texture of the waffles but the flavors fell flat. I had banana, whipped cream and caramel on mine. The waffle was bland so luckily the toppings helped. My friends ordered the apple pie filling on theirs as well as a pizza waffle. The apple pie filling was just canned apple pie filling dumped on top and the pizza waffle was the same with canned sauce. Both were nothing special. Additionally, it was very hot inside the restaurant.

If You Know, You Know - Waffles Cafe Is That Spot Let me say this straight up: I don't hand out glowing reviews lightly. I've eaten my way through polished brunch spots, hyped diners, and "hidden gems" that felt more like PR stunts than real food. But Waffles Cafe? This place is different. It doesn't scream for attention--it just delivers. Quietly. Consistently. And honestly. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I'd found something special. It has that unfiltered, mom-and-pop soul--the kind of place where the walls hum with the energy of regulars and the air smells like butter and something just pulled off a hot griddle. It's clean, it's cheerful, and you can feel the pride baked into every square inch. Now, about the waffles--because let's not kid ourselves, they're the reason we're all here. I don't know what they're putting in that batter (I suspect sorcery), but it's addictive. Not sweet-for-sweet's-sake, but balanced--crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and just enough chew to make you slow down and actually taste what you're eating. Syrup doesn't just sit on these waffles--it becomes part of them. It seeps into every crevice like it's meant to be there. This was my second visit, and I still haven't managed to snap a photo before digging in. That says everything. Food this good makes you forget your phone exists. We've sampled a few things on the menu now, and each dish has hit hard. The breakfast sandwich waffle is obscene in the best way: scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, melted cheese--all layered between two golden waffles like the gods of brunch themselves built it. It's not refined. It's not trying to be. It's just damn good. And here's something rare: the service matches the food. Everyone is genuinely warm, no fake hospitality here. Just happy people making and serving food they're proud of. It shows. It matters. I've read reviews from others--folks who practically dream about these waffles, coworkers fighting over deliveries, even a five-year-old who swears it's his favorite place. I get it now. Completely. That five-year-old? Has better taste than most adults I know. If I had to nitpick, sure--maybe a lighter option or two wouldn't hurt. A fruit bowl for grandma, a yogurt parfait, something on the side of indulgent. But then again, this place isn't trying to be everything to everyone. It's doing one thing--waffles--and doing it extremely well. Bottom line? Waffles Cafe isn't just my new breakfast spot--it's the breakfast spot. The kind you tell your friends about with a grin and a warning: "Come hungry. And don't expect to leave light." Final Call: If comfort food had a chapel, this would be it. Massive portions, unforgettable flavor, and a warmth that sticks with you long after the last bite. Already counting down the days till my next visit.

This adorable family owned and operated business offers all kind of waffles with fun customizations. The menu is simple but impactful for waffle lovers like me. I got the Sweet P without ice cream, which is a pumpkin waffle with apple compote and whipped cream. The waffle was fluffy and warm and the apples had so much flavor. In addition for a full size waffle, I felt like I got a good value for my money and was full after. The service was super friendly when they took our order and brought the food to the table.

Very cute little cafe on the northwest side of town near Centennial hospital, this spot is a go-to for your waffle needs! You order at the counter and seat yourself in this venue, so if it's busy, you might consider a to-go order. The staff are probably the nicest bunch of people we have ever had in a restaurant in Vegas. Very personable and friendly. The woman serving the food welcomed us, thanked us, and then apologized that the food took so long to cook, which it didn't at all, it was hardly any time from order to receipt for 3 full meals with fresh HOT waffles! These waffles are huge! One thing I will caution - I was not expecting the waffle to be sweet, so we ordered the waffle sandwich and in biting into it, the sweet and savory together was a surprise. This will be our go-to waffle spot from now on! There were so many options we want to try and the prices are reasonable for the amount of FRESH, HOT food you receive!

This cute little place is soooo good. We came for breakfast after my son has been talking about it for months. The food was delicious. My kids ordered the breakfast sandwich and I was hating cuz it looked good lol. I had the breakfast special which came with a Belgian waffle. The waffle was good. I prefer them a little sweeter, but it was good overall. You can tell this is a family owned business as everyone was super nice and hands on. Service was quick and good. Will def be coming back

Six stars. Waffles Cafe has the best waffles I have ever eaten. I practically dream about them. The outside is crispy and the inside has a bit of chew to it, so they stand up to syrup very well. The breakfast sandwich, with scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, and cheese is perfection, but I'm looking forward to trying everything else on the menu. Super nice people too, and an additional reason the place has lots of regulars. Delicious!

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
