On a whim, I stopped for a little treat on the way to the park and ordered a bananas foster latte and a seasonal gingerbread latte. Both were epically delicious! Coffee central uses homemade syrups, so neither tasted artificial or too sweet. There was plenty of seating inside and separate rooms to study or socialize-aka quiet and loud rooms. I noticed you can order ahead by calling in or ordering online - which is rare for a local joint. In addition to coffee, they have tea, soda, energy drinks, and beer. For keto folks, they have grass fed coffee (bullet coffee) and keto snacks. They have dairy free / vegan milk too and gluten-free options. Great place! read more

Super cute place. It appears to be an old home converted into a coffee shop. The day I went there, they were running a bit behind, because one pair of customers decided to order 8 coffees to go (well, lattes - simple coffees wouldn't have been such an issue). Seriously, I don't care if you're at a local place or a national chain. Don't be that person. It being mid November, they already had the place decorated for Christmas, had their holiday drink menu, and were playing Holiday music. So of course, I got a holiday themed drink - in my case, an eggnog latte. Along with the latte, I had a quiche. It cost more than I expected (L latte and quiche ran $20), but then that was a larger chunk of quiche than I had expected, too, so it evened out. Would definitely recommend the place for the atmosphere and the quality. The price point might keep some away, but if I lived in the area, let's just say I would probably be on a first name basis with the staff. read more

We have driven past this place several times and I'm glad we stopped today. First, the coffee shop is cute and they have indoor and outdoor seating. The weather was nice so we sat on the patio and watched the traffic go by. It was nice. Second, the staff was very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles, and they made us feel welcomed. We appreciated that. Third, I had a hot caramel macchiato, and it was superb. It had a great flavor, and I was very happy with it. Additionally, my wife and I shared a blueberry scone. Yep, we got it warmed. And bam...it was delicious. The scone was so tasty that I immediately went and got a second. I'm looking forward to my next cup of coffee! read more

Rolling through town the 2nd time chose to again stop here, we liked it very much the first time around! Although they changed the menu, my husband again chose the Elvis acai bowl. Disappointing that they've discontinued offering the veggie sausage, but my choice this time, the spicy avocado toast was yummy. The ambiance and outside seating was enjoyed every bit as last time, as was the coffee (huge selection of coffee & tea options). The reason for 1 star less is that I asked several times if there was chicken stock in the soup, each time they said they'd check, but I never did get an answer... so, never did try the soup, sorry I can't report about it's quality. read more

It's a house right next to the tennis courts in Hernando. The location and ambiance is perfect for a coffee shop. I'm proud to be the first Yelp review. I'm sure they'll be many more. Alyssa and Bee were so helpful and sweet and whoever is running the show here should take good care of them because they are representing your company well. I bought an Americano and a sticker. Stopped in to pick up lunch on my way to a friends house in Hernando. The Turkey and Gouda sandwich was huge and very good. Really enjoyed the side of fruit - nice to have the mandarin oranges. I don't always love all of the melon in fruit cups, so this was a nice change. My friend got the lime to cheese sandwich and said it was good.
