What we ordered: *Leafhopper (iced coffee with rosemary syrup & oat milk) *Puff the Magic Dragonfruit Matcha *WITH BOBA?!* (matcha with dragonfruit syrup & popping boba) Both were seasonal drinks. Both were consumed heartily and happily. There was absolutely a clear winner though and it was the Puff the Magic Dragonfruit Matcha! It was refreshing and energizing and good down to the last drop. The flavors went together so well - it was creamy and the matcha tasted so good. Man. I can't wait to go back! The Leafhopper was fantastic and a fun flavor combo - just paled in comparison to the iced matcha latte we had! The store itself is adorable. The lighting is a bit dim for my tastes - felt a little dungeony as a result. There were so many various seating options! As long as I've been in & out of Memphis, I've never been familiar with the city's coffee game. Belltower was a good intro to it. There was a Fall Menu & a majority of the order came from that. Whipped Butterscotch Espresso, Butterscotch Scone & a fruit cup. The ladies at the counter were really nice. The wait on the order didn't take long, it was getting pretty packed too & the orders were coming out quick. The espresso was iced & we got a medium (you can choose between medium or large). The butterscotch was really good, not too sweet. The scone was good as well, sweeter than the espresso & pair together nicely as they balance out from the bitterness of the espresso itself. The fruit cup had red grapes, green grapes & pineapple. They had other options like wraps & yogurt parfaits sitting by the counter in a cold section. Came here this morning with wifey and we had a nice brunch! This place is adorable and we got everything SUPER fast. I got the honeybun coffee (iced) and she got her usual plain iced latte. I thought my coffee was fantastic! It airs on the side of less-sweet flavored without being bitter. Big ups. Food was great! She got the BLTA, which had a great aioli on it, and I had the grilled cheese. very cheesy and the garlic was nice, but i actually wish there was a bit more of that flavor in it to balance the gruyere. overall great experience! read more

The establishment is spacious and well lit. There is a wheelchair ramp to the adjoining rooms and services. There are steps with no access to the order and pick up. The service was pleasant and accommodating to inquiries and special requests. My drinks were properly executed and tasted (okay, not an elegant term) yummy. Good parking. Great coffee and matcha. Chill vibes. Plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Service is cool...however they let the food sit in the window a little too long sometimes. They could stand to pay a little more attention to the food window. I frequently get the avocado toast with a scrambled egg. Anyone questioning whether Universities are temples of depression and disenchantment can come here to observe the students in the wild. I thought maybe the employment applications specifically say "only the irritable and self repressed should apply", but it seems this is simply the UofM vibe. Despite a cold hardness matched only by the pottery for sale on the shelves, my order was accurate and the $7 price for a $4 breakfast biscuit was tasty. I love their breakfast biscuit! I had it with both sausage and bacon & both were delicious. Their breakfast wraps are good, too. Their iced coffee and teas are good. Their patio seats in the back is a relaxing space, as it's often more quiet than the inside. Plenty of seats and outlets. Great space to chill, study, or get together with friends. Service is very friendly. You also get points for purchases over time. My only issue is that the glass cups I get for drinks didn't look the cleanest. It still had remains or spots of coffee or cinnamon on it, which bothered me. I just get my drinks in a to-go cup now. Besides that, I enjoy my time here to do work often. read more

Coffee was okay--ordered a honeysuckle latte, a little on the sweeter side for me so I'd probably go with a regular latte or cappuccino to appreciate the flavor of the espresso. Partner got a matcha latte, definitely on the milkier side and wasn't really matcha forward. Toasted BLTA and chicken sandwich were yummy, the herb aioli was stellar! Chicken sandwich was a little on the pricier side for how large it was. Service was great; had some complications with my drink but the staff was kind and remade my drink without much ask. There was a lack of organization in the place itself (te tex lack of paper towels), but I'm assuming that was just an off day. Slight ceiling condensation dripping that made some tables a little damp. read more

The service at the counter was wonderful and the food was terrific. The atmosphere was also nice though frigid in temperature. The negatives were just a couple: it was 10:30 am and they had already run out of several standard menu items they offered, food and coffee wise. There was only one food option gluten-free, but it was a delicious salad, quinoa dish. Second was their cash-out computer was not working, so you had to openly type in the numbers on your credit card in front of others. read more

Love this place! I was looking for a place with good breakfast and coffee with a quiet seating area and I found just that. The barista made me a cinnamon flavor latte since I couldn't decide. Somehow she new exactly what I liked without me saying anything. The breakfast biscuit was delicious, melt in your mouth with a taste-able amount of bacon (they weren't stingy). Although this is a coffee shop with plenty of to go orders they still manage to bring your food to your table. Everything else is self service such as dropping your plate, silverware and trash to its designated spot. read more

The staff is very attentive and friendly. I had the Southwestern Salad. It is filled with all of the goodies including lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, avocado, croutons, and topped with delicious in house vinaigrette. It was so good, I asked for them to bottle it up for me to bring home, lol! With my meal, I had flavored tea. It was so refreshing. I loved that it was served in a mason jar. There's something about those jars that just makes the beverage taste better. I met a friend here to catch up today. A few minutes before 3pm I went to the coffee bar and asked for help since I'm trying a low carb lifestyle. Cay said "say less" and she took care of me making one of the most yummy vanilla latte I've had with real vanilla extract and half&half. The coffeehouse is super cute inside and they transition to wine and charcuterie boards at 5pm. Many people were there working on their laptops as I was, they have outlets in the space for folks who need to plug in. I can definitely see myself coming back to work from here. read more

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was due to the service, my wife was being nice by bringing the cups to the lady and was kinda rude and told her to put the cups in a bucket down the side which we did not see. I would suggest putting some signage to avoid these interactions and situations. Also there was no toilet paper in both stalls in the ladies bathroom. This is a really hip place, located right near U of M. The place was reasonably busy when we arrived, and I noticed we were the only pair without laptops. In fact, you really need to watch where you try to walk in the dining room, because there are cords everywhere, connected to outlets. The menu is somewhat inventive. Unfortunately there is somewhat of a disconnect between concept and conception. I ordered the delicious sounding Honeysuckle latte and the Pear and Brie panini. The Honeysuckle latte was tasty. If only it had been hot instead of lukewarm. My panini had all the flavors, but the outside was drizzled with honey, making it sort of a sticky mess to eat. My husband's orders basically followed the same pattern- some hits, mostly misses. This really is a cool place. I love that they also have pottery classes. If I was a college student still, I would probably be a frequent customer. But alas, college was half my life ago, and it's entirely possible that I am just too old to fully appreciate this place. read more

Ok so the coffee was a pretty decent here, not burnt or acidic very flavorful and smooth. I nabbed a cold latte this am and was happy with it on a warm day. If I could give a half star I would but they lost the other star bc the muffin was just too dry and a little under sweet for me. I don't like it too sweet but when the bread needs to be moisturized that is kinda a problem. Cute little store and the staff was great and quick on a busy Tuesday.
