Have passed by this place a few times while in Red Bank and didn't have the time to stop, so to kick off my birthday weekend celebration, we came here. We wanted to try a fresh cup and also get some freshly roasted beans to bring home. This place did not disappoint- we were happy from the moment we walked in. Cute theme! Friendly, knowledgeable barista who was, as the BF put it, "so joyful about his job". We had a great conversation and learned a little about the place's inception. And the coffee! Quite delicious. I was able to try a taste of it without any milk. That says something right there. Also had some with milk, and that was equally delicious and full of an assortment of flavors. Will definitely be back. This place could easily sway me from my current coffee supplier. read more

Found.this great little spot in our travels through Red Bank on a Sunday afternoon. I had the delicious Brazil dark roast. My wife enjoyed the Mermaid latte which was very earthy but still enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon to try a few other drinks on the menu. Worth a stop when in the area. read more

Coffee Corral is one of the most quality coffee shops in Monmouth County. While it is slightly more expensive than normal, you don't get an average cup of joe here. They have beans from all over the world so there's something for everyone to try, no matter what your preference. (It bears mention to any coffee fanatic that this is the ONLY place I've been able to get Jamaican Blue Mountain, which was on a limited basis.) I typically just go for the coffee but they have a wide selection of pastries, hot drinks that are not pure coffee, and smoothies (which are amazing in the summer!). Not surprisingly, the staff is always very friendly and well equipped to help customers find the beverage that works best for them! The only reason this gets 4 stars from me is not for lack of quality goods but the inside is very small and there isn't a lot of room to sit. There is a high top table with a few stools but this is better suited as a grab and go sort of place. All in all, definitely a great place to go if you're a coffee lover or looking to get started! read more

Food and snacks are delicious, the ethiopian is a delicious light roast. All of their beans are roasted right there. In my opinion i think they roast most of them too long. Giving them more of a burnt skunky taste. But over all its a cool little place i go here often. read more

My husband and I needed a chilly caffeine infusion. Luckily, we drove by Coffee Corral. The two gentlemen working were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, able to steer us in the right directions! The baristas recommended the New Orleans blend, and it made for an absolutely delicious iced coffee. The iced tea was legit--freshly brewed and so refreshing. Just a preface: the only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five is that it is too expensive for me to afford everyday, however the price is really worth the quality and flavor of the coffees in addition to the overall experience/customer service! I love when I get to visit the coffee corral! I am super lucky because it is just a short walk away from my home and I can easily make a quick stop on my way to work. It is always a treat when I order from them from getting to engage with the super nice baristas to getting to try new and different, high quality coffees! I had explored some of the coffees on their chalk board for the first few visits but after that I have made sure to ask for a recommendation from the barista every time because it has always been a different product and has always been so delicious! I have yet to be disappointed with their recommendations and what's better than ordering from a place you can truly trust! It's unfortunate that I don't have the funds to have coffee from them everyday but I think the times that I can treat myself are totally worth it! It is really about the experience so enjoy yourself! I recommend trying their house blend cold brew which I would buy gallons of if I could! And their limited edition blend which is a mix of their three strongest beans and a portion of the proceeds are given to a charity! Even if you do not like a strong bean, give this one a try because it will surprise you! read more

First time stopping in - very slow service. Ordered coffee and muffin at counter. Got to checkout and was told muffin was just sold to man who came in after I was already there waiting. Poor communication between staff. Also was out of raw sugar - how does a coffee shop run out of raw sugar? Will not be returning. Visiting my niece in RB last year, dropped into Corral & happened upon the best iced coffee ever. Return visit this week, and the coffee lived up to my fond taste memory. Corralled a bag of their house blend to take back to Virginia, which apparently is the secret to their mighty fine brew, along with their technique. Comfy cozy & relaxed vibe. Friendly peeps. This is hand's down one of the best cups of coffee you will find in all of New Jersey and possibly even the east coast. The baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable and make waiting for the perfect pour-over a pleasure. The espresso shots are tamped and pulled on the spot(Unlike corporate chains) and have yet to disappoint. If you are into exotic coffees, they have a very wide selection to choose from (I highly recommend the Sumatra). I am a home coffee roaster and have been looking for a local coffee shop that really knows what they are doing. I have been roasting my own coffee for about 8 years now and have never understood why someone would bother opening up a cafe and not roast their own beans.
